a/n: We have arrived at the "I don't think I could handle losing you again" SAPSAPSAPSAP(!) scene that practically converted me to this pairing. As stated, my fandom and everything else with Star Trek is directly linked to The Search for Spock. And Captain Picard. (hee hee...yummy ^_^;;) And, as always, it starts with McCoy.
"Hey it's.. you."
"Indeed."
"You look... kinda dead."
"I -am- dead."
"No you're not. He... you... is.. are alive. See? Life signs? Ta-da?"
"Indeed."
"So... is there anything we can do to get you back in... you?"
"There is this one..."
"Spock?"
"This one rite, it's called..." fades off
"Spock? SPOCK?!"
silence (a/n: He's gone now)
"Oh jeez. Well then, let's hope we can get you, where ever you went outta here." taps own head "And back into there."
lights blink, slow laboured breathing
"Dammit, you put this thing in my head. What do I do with it? You were never paticularily clear about that. And now look at you. Practically dead, again, laying in some Klingon tin can, dying, again."
soft beeping, breathing
"Y'know, I never thought I'd har myself say this, but... I missed you, in physical form. I've missed you so damn much. And now, now you're right here in front of me and I don't know what to do. I don't think I can bear to lose you again."
bleeping, breathing, a twitch
"I know I can't bear to lose you again."
soft breathing
"There's so many things I have to tell you... I need to tell you... so wake up. Talk to me. Please?"
silence, breathing
"Damn, come back. If I never get to talk to you again I at least want to say good-bye. Jim got to say good-bye."
breathing, bleeps indicating heart function
"Fine then. I just talk to your almost alive body and hope to hell you remember this. I lo-"
doors hisses open, steps
"How are we, Bones?"
"Fine, Admiral. But he is gone again."
"Ah, well, we're almost there."
"Almost."
"Hey it's.. you."
