The Real World
Close your eyes,
Listen to your thoughts with-in,
They'll tell you that this feeling is real,
They'll tell you that your trying to hard,
Trying to fit into that perfect mold,
Belonging to that so called "real world,"
The world that has us run,
Run by an un-known source,
A source stronger than you,
A source stronger than I,
Stronger that all of us put together,
But there is some of us,
Some that can bend and even break "the real,"
Agents,
Agents are the ones we fear,
4 they hold an un-known power,
A power not even I can explain,
You ask me what is the Matrix,
I'll tell you this,
It is a world,
A world in which we are grown,
Grown for a purpose,
Made for a reason,
1 not as joyful,
As unplanned as ours,
Or so it is thought,
What I will tell you -you can believe or discard,
But that choice is up to you,
But what I tell you is based on a world un-like ours,
But this world is real,
More real than anything in this "real world,"
Unlike the one your living in now,
We are made so we can feed others,
Our own invention has turned against us,
A.I. has turned against us,
To be born into bondage,
A prison 4 your mind,
Do you believe in fate?
I don't,
Because I don't like the idea that I'm not in control of my life,
It is this that has brought you to believe that,
There is something wrong with the world,
What is wrong you cannot explain but,
It is there like a splinter in your mind,
I will leave you with that,
Whether you choose to live by it is your choice.
