Now your probably thinking to you self that why is Hojo the one who can help Vincent with his problem? Well when Cloud and the gang went to go stop Hojo from firing the Sister Ray he escaped to the icicle inn area and made Professor Gast's cabin into his own little house/lab. He has been trying to make new mutations. (Secretly).And then you are thinking how Hojo can help Vincent; well Hojo was the one who mutated Vincent in the first place. He was trying to make "super" spies for Shinra. But to do that Hojo want to make something to help him be a success, so Hojo used the only thing he could use. Cells. So before Hojo did the experiment he went around the world and collecting all the monster cells he could find. But he wanted really strong monsters. So the only cells he could get were the Galian Beast, Death Gigas, HellMasker, and Chaos. But that's when Vincent joined the Turks. It was part of a top secret project. But he was a failed test subject; they still let him join the Turks of his way of getting in to things, and of course Vincent's excellent gunmen ship. You might think the experiment was a success, well it was but the y wanted to have the transformed to use materia and could transform back with having to be killed. None the less he couldn't do both. So he was a failed project, but no side effects. yet. So they let Vincent join the Turks because he was the strongest of all experiments, but not the wisest in war. Now he is trying to find a cure. He regrets ever being experimented on. And that's why he is trying to find Hojo. Now we get back to Cloud and Vincent when they just made it to Nibelheim...
