Chapter 1
Saturday October 25, 1986 10:04 a.m.
::ring, ring:: Marty picks up the phone.
Marty: Hello?
Doc: Marty! How are you?
Marty: Great Doc! I'm just getting ready to go to work. How 'bout you?
Doc: Wonderful! Hey tomorrow do you want to come to my house at 1:15 sort of a little reunion
since it's been a year. I also want to show you something.
Marty: uh... sure! I'll come. You know I'll help you with anything doc. (Sounding confused)
Doc: Thanks Marty! Well you better not be late for work!

Marty goes to work. He works at a radio station for his university. While walking through
the halls of his school, Marty thinks to himself
Marty: I wonder what the Doc has done?
He goes in to the recording room, says his announcements for the does his whole job then
goes to his classes. After his last class he runs in to Jennifer.
Jennifer: Hey Marty what's up?
Marty: Nothing recently except Doc called me this morning.
Jennifer: what about?
Marty: I dunno , he just said he wanted to do some sort of get together anniversary of the time
machine. It's kinda weird. Because he said he had to show me something..
Jennifer: well you better go because doc is always full of surprises and I bet Jules and V..
Marty : No it's at 1:15 in the morning it is so strange.
Jennifer: Well good luck! Love you!
She kisses him and says goodbye. Marty drives home exhausted from a hard day wishing
he didn't have to get up so early. Marty opens the door. He has a great house and a nice family.
His dad is an author, his mother works as an intierir designer. His brother Dave Works for a
major buisiness company and is married. Linda his Sister works at a botique and is engaged with
a man named Greg.
Marty: Mom hey Mom?? Dad? Where are they?
Martywalks over to the counter in the kitchen. There is a note that says. ::Dear marty, Your
father and I went to dinner and a movie. Dinner is in the fridge. We love you! Love, Mom and
Dad::
Marty: Perfect.
Marty goes over to his bed. He then sets his alarm for 12:30 a.m. and falls asleep.

::ring, ring:: Marty picks up the phone.

Doc: Marty! How are you?
