This Is Goodbye-
A poem from Christine's POV, dedicated to PhantomAria
My eyes are burning
My knees are weak
I cannot feel
My own two feet
You look to me
You seem sad too
Bit what I cannot see
Is how this is hurting you?
I am confused
Why end us now
What did I say
And what's more, how?
A tear leaves me slowly
And I now close my eyes
I turn to Erik
"I guess this is goodbye?"
He nods to me slowly
And you take my hand
Your pulling me away
I'm watching him again
I mumble I love you
And he seems to hear
He smiles at me softly
And releases a tear
This actually, was the first poem I wrote after a long time of boycotting writing since my friend and I broke up, but my best friend convinced me to do this and so I changed it to fit Christine and Erik's situation.
