[Scene opens with everyone except Ross, at Monica & Chandler's. Ross comes
in, a blonde girl follows him, her arm wrapped around his]
Ross: Ok, guys, I have someone I want you to meet.
[Everyone looks at Rachel]
Becca: It's really great to meet you guys, I've heard so much about you.
Ross:[points to everyone as he introduces them] Becca, this is my sister Monica.
Monica: Hi.
Ross: her husband Chandler [Chandler gives a small wave], Joey Tribbiani [Joey smiles], Phoebe Buffay[Pheebs smiles], and this is Rachel Greene[He smiles at Rachel, and she smiles back]
[Ross looks at Becca, his eyes have that twinkle in them..the same one he used to have when Rachel was in the room, or in his thoughts. Rachel looked at her hands, afraid of what was to come]
Later that day...
Monica: Rach, are you ok?
Rachel: Yeah. [looks up]
Monica: Are you sure?
Rachel: It's Ross, I'm never sure.
Monica: I know.
[Ross enters]
Rachel: He'll always be Ross, at least the Ross that argues about being on a break, or the Ross that I see in Emma. It just hurts to see him with someone else.
Monica: I know, I'm sorry Rach [hugs her; sees Ross] It'll be fine, don't you worry about it!
Rachel: I can't just not worry about it.
Phoebe: It's like riding a bike, once you learn, you always know how!
[They all look at Pheebs, confused, but then go back to what they were doing]
Rachel: [looks up and sees Ross] Ross..
Monica: I'm going to go..
Phoebe: Costume shopping!
Monica: Yeah, costume shopping. Pheebs, coming?
[They both exit]
Rachel: I didn't see you come in..
Ross: I didn't know..Rach, you didn't tell me.
Rachel: I know, you're happy, with Becca, who's great by the way, perfect for you [tears up]
Ross: Becca's, she's...she's not serious Rach, we're not seriously seeing each other.
Rachel: It's hard Ross, just seeing you...with her..
Ross: Are you saying what I think you're saying?
Rachel: It'll always be you Ross [walks over and kisses him]
[Enter Becca]
Becca: Oh, I'm sorry, I just left my scarf..[turns towards the door, but realizes who it is, and turns back] Ross?
Ross: [pulls back from Rachel, and turns, looking at Becca, who runs out the door. He looks back at Rach, and runs after Becca]
Rach: [Sits down and puts her head in her hands]
Ross: [Runs back in, kneels in front of Rach, putting his hand under her chin.] It'll always be you Rach, if you'll let it.
Rach: [looks up, smiling, with a tear running down her cheek] Always.
[Scene shows when they first met Rach, it goes to Rachel running in a new wedding dress, with Ross shortly behind her. Everyone's sitting on the couch. Phoebe has her guitar, and she starts to sing]
Phoebe: Hello Newlyweds, did you run from the feds? Don't get the mean reds[Smiles, and puts her guitar down]Definatley the best wedding.
[Scene shows Ross's apartment, his answering machine. Carol's calling]
Carol: Ross, it's me. Uhm, I need to talk to you..it's important. Susan and I..we uhm..split up. Call me..
[Scene goes a few weeks later, in LA, Joey's holding a framed picture of the whole group. The bottom of the frame says 'Friends are Friends']
Joey: Forever..
Ross: Ok, guys, I have someone I want you to meet.
[Everyone looks at Rachel]
