Lost Love

Piper sat on her neatly made bed with Wyatt in his crib at the foot of it. She glanced down at her beautiful baby and tears formed in her eyes. She couldn't help it, every time she saw her and Leo's son it made her think of Leo. Her Leo. And especially Wyatt's Leo.

'How could he do this to me?' Piper screamed in her head. It wasn't fair, Leo could stay up there and watch Piper and Wyatt mope around about him being gone while they couldn't see him at all.

Piper slowly got up and dragged herself to the mirror. She looked up at her reflection seeing her sadden face and the tears streaming down. She wished she wasn't this weak girl standing in front of this mirror. She wanted to be strong, she was supposed to be strong. She was the oldest sister, it is her job to be. Yes, Leo did offer to take her pain away and make her happy again but she would rather feel what she's actually feeling than have fake happiness.

Now she was distracted from her thought by Wyatt's squeels. She looked down at her baby boy and gave a weak smile to him. She could tell that Wyatt knew his Daddy was gone.

After admiring her baby Piper tilted her head back towards the mirror. She gasped. She could of sworn she just saw Leo, for a split second, but he was there. She could hear the little giggles of Wyatt and she slowly raised her hand up to the mirror and gantly placed the tips of her fingers on it hoping she could feel Leo's loving face, but it was only the cold surface of the mirror.

This was it, she had to see him. Piper walked over and picked up Wyatt holding him close.

"Wyatt...take us to daddy." She whispered in his ear. The baby let out a soft giggle and held his arms around his mother. All of a sudden, bright blue and white lights formed around her. Wyatt actually did it! Piper's anxiety is reaching it's highest on seeing her husband.

When the lights dissapeared she saw that she was up "there" where the elders are. It was all white with golden robed men walking around. One of them quickly walked up to them.

"What are you doing here? Who are you?" He whispered.

"I need to see Leo." Piper stated back.

"Ah, Mrs. Halliwell, I see. I'm sorry, you can't see Leo."

"What? What are you talking about? He's up here isn't he?" Piper was starting to get angry.

"Mrs. Halliwell. We...we don't know what happened to Leo. He dissapeared a day after he became an elder. Our senses say that he...is...well, that he's dead. I'm sorry."

Piper's eyes overflowed with tears and she became very weak. This she could not hold in. She fell to her knees but used all her energy, that wasn't much, to keep Wyatt up.

Piper let it all out, she had to. Her face was soaked with tears. Wyatt cried too. Not like a loud, angry, baby cry. Just tiny clear tears rolled down his soft, chubby, cheeks not making a sound. He held onto his mother tightly and orbed them back into her bedroom so that they were lieing on down on the bed.

Wyatt lied there too with his mom, not making a sound while Piper cried herself to sleep.

A while later while both of them were in a deep sleep, most likely dreaming of the happy times with Leo, a transparent figure in golden robes appeared next to the bed. The person lifted their hands and remvoed the hood hiding their face to reveal..Leo. Leo slowly bent down and kissed Piper's forehead.

"I love you both," He whispered with tears building up in his eyes, and with that the ghost-like Leo was gone.

Piper's eyes popped open and she brought her head up looking at the space Leo was in a few seconds earlier.

"I love you too," She whispered and layed her head down to dream more of her lost love.
