Chapter 01: "Taking the Risk"
Darkness shrouded everything that was to be and become. Nothing was visible to the naked eye, except that light in the corner. The light. The light. It kept blinking in and out of existence. never to be fully examined or labeled. The underdeveloped light that would be either destroyed or banished in the minutes to come, shone with an invisible passion.
I stepped toward that light in the corner of my eye. I knew I was part of it but how could I be sure unless I took a risk. The risk of becoming part of the light, being devoured by the nonexistent enemy. To my everlasting dismay, I had become a sector of the enemy. I looked around with a deep dark feeling inside of my body. My soul. My outer rim. Through the gazing eyes of mine I saw two human beings, two much like myself. They had become part of the light, before I had even had the thought of plunging into this nonexistent force. There was a female, going by the co-existent name of Danielle. I watched as he and the male one kissed with pleasure, and yet, a feeling of trust. She said "D.D, you have been the greatest thing ever to come into my life. I love you." The one who in which I figured was named D.D opened his mouth, to release the great words she had been waiting for : "I love you too, darling."
Then they noticed me. A mild looking 13 year old boy, standing there, watching their feeling expressed. I felt rude and unkind to their feelings, but they assured me it was quite alright. I asked them with a simple smirk on my face if they would care to join me, to explore the inner life of the Light. Not even having to hesitate, they agreed. They told me of a being known as the knowledgeable helper of the Light's masterful power. They spoke the words with a powerful happy urge, feeling as if what they were about to say was as great as their love. "Lunatic," they spoke, as I too now felt the great urge of happiness. But suddenly, a woman appeared, dressed in the elegance of red. Red., I thought to myself. Why does she dress in only red, when other colors would look far better on her lovely body. "Saya it is good to see you. We were on our way to see Luna, the wise master of the Light. This is. erm, I never caught your name young one," Danielle said looking back at D.D as if he knew the answer. "I'm Yuudaku Juo, but Yuu is what I prefer to be called," I said, as my words left my lips I felt a sudden force of friendship his my soul. "I would like to find out what this Light is," I said again, feeling as if talking to much could disrupt the friendship. "Here, I will join you. I'm Saya, Yuu, and its nice to meet you. I feel we have met before but one cannot be certain," she said, as she grabbed my hand along with the other two beings'. We suddenly got a boost of power, as now, for the first time, I thought maybe this wasn't such a great idea after all.
