Peter Pan flew into the clearing and froze mid-air when he saw a small figure stretched out on his stomach. He was wearing a cap, black pants and a striped t-shirt that was wet with blood.

He did a quick search around and determined there was no one about other than some animals, the boy and Peter himself. He picked the boy up under his arms and flew to the Underground Home.

When Tink saw the young pirate, she was NOT happy. While Peter cleared off his bed and laid her down on her stomach and worked on her bloody back, she scolded him. "A Pirate, Peter! He'll murder us in our beds! And now he knows where we live! Oh, Peter!" He calmly said, "He's unconscious and injured. He can't hurt us.

The lad yelped and woke up when Peter touched one wound harder than the others. "W-where am I?" he asked worried. "In our hideout." Peter said. "I found you beat up bad so I took you here." The pirate youth was silent.

"What's your name?"

"Adam"

Peter smiled at the boy and continued.

After his back was bandaged, he dozed off and Peter let him sleep. He brought the boy some fruit later for dinner.

In the morning, he had Tiger Lily come and bring the healer and check on the pirate.

They checked him over and Tiger Lily took the bandana off his head and received quite a shock when a black braid tumbled down, tied with bits of rope. The Indian Princess gasped and went out to see Peter.

"Will he be okay?"

"SHE will be fine."

"She? But he's a boy!"

"Girl. Look for yourself if no believe."

Peter went in and saw the black braid. His eyes widened and his mouth dropped open. "A GIRL pirate!?" his cry awoke "Alexander". She felt her hair not up in the bandana and swore.

"Alright, what's your REAL name?" Peter asked sitting on the bed next to her.

"Abigail. You can call me Abby."

"Abby, then. Did the ol' codfish knew you were a lady?"

"Sorta. My bandana fell off when he was flogging me so he found out. He was none to happy with me."

"Are you gonna go back?"

"Can't. My shipmates think I'm bad luck cause I'm a girl. Like I ever brought them bad luck before. And I'll have an appointment with his hook of I return."

"Do you want to stay here and be a Lost Girl?"

"I'd love to, but I can't."

"Why?"

"The Lost Boys and Tinker bell don't trust me."

"Ah, I'll talk to them."

"Alright then. Who woulda thought, me, a Lost Girl?" She reached up and undid her braid. Her hair was curly. She folded the bandana so it was like a headband and tied it in.
