Disclaimer: I do not own the Labyrinth **sighs**. I do own this story
though, hehehehe, I just don't really own any of the characters in it.
Except for maybe Cade, but now I am rambling so onward to better things.
Summary: Sarah is engaged and Jareth is furious..or is he? (So I suck at summaries =P R+R anyway!)
It had been nearly three years since Sarah had fought the Labyrinth and won. Since then she had met Cade, and had fallen in love with him. They had met at an audition for Romeo and Juliet and Sarah had fallen in love with him at first sight.
Cade had an absolutely breathtaking smile. His eyes were so blue it was like staring into the depths of crystals. He had blonde hair that was short and spiky. In looks he was similar to Jareth, King of the Goblins and the Labyrinth. His personality however wasn't like Jareth's at all. Cade was not cruel, in fact he was the most generous man she had ever met.
Sarah came back from her thoughts and looked down at her watch. Cade was picking her up in thirty minutes for a costume ball. She finished getting ready. She was in a white dress that Cade had picked out for her. For some reason it seemed very familiar but she couldn't figure out why. Sarah shrugged it off and finished fixing her hair and then started on her make up.
Once she was ready Sarah went downstairs to wait for Cade. She admired her reflection in her mirror for a few moments and then let out a startled cry. She turned around and stared at the blank wall behind her. She had just seen Jareth behind her. It couldn't be though, he was out of her life, and he had no power over her.
Sarah didn't have time to dwell on the subject because the doorbell rang just then. She hurried over to open the door for Cade. He looked handsome in his costume and Sarah smiled up at him all her thoughts on the Goblin King vanished just at the sight of him.
Sarah and Cade arrived a bit late to the costume ball and everyone was already dancing. He took her hand and led her out to the dance floor and Sarah felt as though she were floating in his arms.
