Title: The Deaf Miracle Marriage

The leaves were turning to the colors of fall. Grissom was now completely deaf. He had to retire from the CSI and everyone was down. No one could replace him. Sara thought it would be a good idea to go see Grissom. They all learned sign language so that they could communicate to him. It was a really tragic thing. The one have the hardest time with was Catherine.
Sara walked in the door greeted by Grissom with a kiss on the cheek. She told him how things were going at the lab and how everyone was doing.
"Greg is working hard like always."
Grissom let out a little laugh.
"Nick and Warrick were still as cute as always."
"Catherine, oh and Catherine she is a different story. She is lacking her pep. Her spunk. Everything about her is not the same since you retired and lost her hearing."
Grissom suddenly got quiet and told Sara what he was planning to do.
"Sara I want to ask Catherine something special."
"Oh my gosh Grissom you are going to ask her to marry you?"
"Yes I am I think that she is the one for me, we have been seeing each other for almost two years and I think we should get married."
"Oh Grissom that is the sweetest thing."
"I think I will take her to an ant plantation and ask her there."
"That would be. wonderful. I am sure she will love it."
"Well let me call her and have her over so I could set up what day is good for her."
"Ok well let me get back to work because I left everyone there, unattended, let's hope the lab isn't burnt down."
Grissom let out another chuckle. Then they said there good-byes and Sara went back to the lab. Grissom sat on the couch and plotted how he would propose. He was baffled he didn't know how it should be done. As he sat on his couch, he turned on the TV and watched the Nutty Professor. As he watched he saw that when he proposed he used a special spray lightening bugs attracted to it and he wrote marry me in the air. Grissom knew it would be prefect, all he had to do was get the spray and get the ring.
