Disclaimer: This is the fourteenth story in From the Radio. This is another song that was actually released to the radio, a long time ago. Like, '96. It's called "Me Too". It's by Toby Keith. He's an awesome singer/songwriter. He's also country, so I'm sure a lot of you are groaning. Anyway, in my entire series, I haven't had a song dedicated to Zack and Aisha. So here it is. Enjoy!

Me Too

By Julia

Zack Taylor finished spreading roses around his kitchen. He was getting it ready for his girlfriend, Aisha. She was going to be there in just a few. He had dimmed the lights, poured sparkling grape juice, (they were only seniors in high school, for crying out loud) and cooked fried chicken and mashed potatoes. He knew it wasn't the most romantic dinner in the world, but it was all he knew how to make.

Aisha Campbell entered Zack's house. He had told her to just come on in to the kitchen when she arrived. It was their six month anniversary, and she was wondering what he had come up with. Suddenly, she heard a song begin to play:

''If I send you roses for no reason at all

if out of the blue I stop and give you a call

Once in awhile breakfast in bed

and then pull the covers back up over our heads

If I call in sick just to stay home with you

I want you to know I do what I do

That's my way of sayin' what I can't express

'Cause I want you to know girl I'm doin' my best

Oh, I'm just a man,

that's the way I was made

I'm not too good at sayin' what

you need me to say

It's always right there on the tip of my tongue

It might go unsaid but it won't go undone

When those three little words come so easy to you

I hope you know what I mean when I say,

me, too.......''

Aisha gasped and her heart skipped a beat as she came upon the kitchen. Zack was sitting in one of the kitchen chairs, a rose in his mouth, and a steaming hot dinner on the table in front of him. She said, ''Oh, Zack. This is totally romantic.''

Zack dropped the rose on the table and crossed the short space to take her in his arms. He kissed her deeply and passionately. ''I love you, Ish. Let me prove it to you.''

Aisha just sighed and said, ''OK.''

''If you should wake up and catch

me watchin' you sleep

And I break the silence by kissin' your cheek

And I whisper somethin' you don't understand

Don't make me repeat it I don't know if I can

Oh, I'm just a man,

that's the way I was made

I'm not too good at sayin' what

you need me to say

It's always right there on the tip of my tongue

It might go unsaid but it won't go undone

When those three little words come so easy to you

I hope you know what I mean when I say

me too

I hope you know what I mean when I say

Me too, me too........''

After they'd finished dinner, Zack took her into the living room, where they watched "Forever Young",

Aisha's favorite movie. She and Kimberly loved it.

As Mel and Jamie kissed for the first time, Zack and Aisha kissed for all time.
