Omega: OK, so I'm pretty sure you all will understand what this story will be about. For those who don't, this story will be a collection of short stories that use the prompt of each letter of the English language (mainly because I speak and write in English lol, however, if I learn more languages I might do more!)

Surprisingly, the first collection I'm going to start with will be my second favorite ship: Iruma X Ameri. I fell in love with this ship when I first read the manga back in 2017 and I fell in love with it as the anime came out in 2022. I hope you all will enjoy this and I hope I do this ship justice.

DISCLAIMER - Welcome to Demon School! Iruma-kun belongs to Osamu Nishi. I own not of the characters or stories so please support the original author and the original releases!

Chapter 1 - Admirable

Admirable (adjective): arousing or deserving respect and approval.

As the resounding opening bell chimed throughout the entirety of the demon school Babyls, many of its students walked into its halls. Many of them were talking with one other and creating gleeful chatter as they walked to their classes while others were joking around with each other. Unfortunately, that play-fighting turned into rough-housing as two students began fighting each other in the field of Babyl's West Wing. A purple-haired teen demon with yellow horns laughed triumphantly as he stood above a fellow one-horned chestnut-haired teen demon.

"Is that seriously the best you've got?" The purple-haired demon snickered as he watched the chestnut-haired wipe blood from his mouth. "I suppose I'm just too strong for you, I am a Gimel rank after all!" The purple-haired demon laughed cockily as he showed off his golden badge.

"Tch!" The chestnut-haired demon stood up as he dusted himself off. "You damn cheat! You only got a lucky hit in because you caught me off guard!"

"Hm? Is someone jealous?" The purple-haired demon turned his back as he guffawed. "I suppose the plebeians will always be jealous of the patricians! Let's just end this now before more people see you lose more than your dignity."

The chestnut-haired demon looked around at his fellow demon students, gritting his teeth and grumbling as he watched some of the students look worried and upset. "I'll make you eat those words!" He then formed a circle with his hands, forming a ball of green electricity. Once it was formed into a medium-sized sphere, the chestnut-haired demon then threw it at the cocky braggart. "Eat this!"

As the sphere was barreling toward the purple-haired demon, he smirked as he waved his right hand in front of himself as a wave of indigo miasma. "Have you not learned that my poisonous gas causes your lightning to vanish? It's childish tactics like this that won't get you to rise in the ranks." The purple-haired demon smirked cockily but stopped as he saw the chestnut-haired demon smile.

"Oh, I figured that out. However," as the electric ball drew closer to the toxic mist, it dissipated into six lightning bolts and spread across the purple-haired demon, causing his eyes to widen. "That was just a fake! This is my real attack!" The chestnut-haired demon thrust two fingers downwards and the six lightning bolts combined into one, the massive lightning bolt striking the purple-haired demon with great force and electrocuting him, singing his clothes and body.

The chestnut-haired demon stood up and began guffawing himself. "For someone who is a Gimel rank, it must really hurt your pride to be taken down by a Bet rank huh?! It serves you right for being such a cocky ass!" He stopped laughing as he noticed the purple-haired demon begin to get up. "Oh? Now, who's the glutton for punishment? You want more?"

"You damn bastard... I'll make you suffer!" The purple-haired demon then began rushing toward the chestnut-haired demon.

"Bring it then!" The chestnut-haired then rushed towards the purple-haired demon, both yelling at each other as they got extremely close to each other.

However, before either of them could make another attack, they both were blown back by a tremendous force. As the two demons lay unconscious in the crater of a wall, there stood a tall red-haired female demon with his right leg in the air. She scowled as she stomped her leg down and crossed her arms beneath her chest. "There will be no useless fighting within Babyls! We as students are supposed to help each other grow and become better! This is no sense of degrading violence!"

Many of the students who were watching began cheering and gawking at the redheaded demon girl. One female student whispered to another female student. "That's Student Council President, Azazel Ameri! She's amazing!"

The other female student turned to the other and smiled excitedly. "I know! She is a Vav rank after all!"

Ameri smiled as she heard the compliments from the students. She stopped smiling as she stood over the two male demons, as they awoke, they shivered in fear from the intense glare Ameri was giving off. "As for you two... You two will suffer the consequences!"

"Oh crap~!" The two shrieked as they were picked up by members of the Student Council, they both being pulled away. "Have mercy!" Soon enough, the two troublemakers disappeared.

Ameri was sitting down at her office desk, sipping on some Hell Grey Tea as she sorted through some papers. 'Student trips requests, teacher conference notifications, club activities fees...' As Ameri finished sorting through the papers, she lifted her head as she heard the resounding final bell, signaling all students that the school is closed and she began to smile brightly at this. She smiled so brightly because around this time, she gets to spend time with the person she loves most.

Iruma Suzuki.

As she walked to their meeting room, she smiled sweetly as she thought of him fondly. His sweet smile, his warm personality, and how he can somehow befriend every living being he meets. Iruma Suzuki never complained about the tasks before him and always seemed to do every challenge with a confident smile on his face. He even aspired to be on the same rank as her, proving to Ameri that he had the ambition to better himself, something she greatly appreciated. Despite the fact that this young man is not of the same species as her, she loved him just the same.

Yes, she knew Iruma was a human. She always knew without Iruma actually disclosing this fact. Ameri turned to look outside a hallway window to gaze at the massive cherry blossom tree that Iruma had created during his first year at Babyls. She began chuckling as she leaned down on the windowsill as watched the cherry blossom glide in the wind. 'You know, Iruma...' She began to think to herself. 'I don't know how you do it. You're a human living with demons, at any moment, you could get killed or eaten but you just keep going. You keep bettering yourself and exceeding my expectations of you, so enough you'll become just as strong as I am.' She then frowned as a pessimistic thought came into her head. 'I'm afraid that once you'll surpass me... That you won't stay by me anymore... I'm afraid you'll leave me...'

"Ah! What am I saying?!" Ameri spoke out loud as she slapped herself and stood up. "I need to be on my way! I can't be thinking those kinds of thoughts when I'm needed! If anything, I can just ask Iruma how he thinks!" She then made her way to her secondary office. She breathed in before slowly opening the doors and as she opened the doors, she was greeted by the same sight that always made her heart melt.

Iruma turned around and smiled brightly at the redheaded demon, his face and blue hair seeming to give off bright sparkles as he smiled. "Oh, hey Ameri! I hope everything is going OK with you!"

Ameri smiled as she fought the urge not to blush. "O-Oh hello, Iruma!" She coughed into her hand and mentally cursed herself as her voice squeaked. "I hope that I didn't make you wait long."

"Oh no! I just got off the phone with Grandpa, I told him that I was going to spend some time after school with a friend anyway. Besides, I like spending time with you. It's fun!" Ameri couldn't help but blush slightly as Iruma happily exclaimed that. "Are we going to read some chapters of First Love Memory today?"

"No, I actually wanted to let you try this." She then reached inside her jacket and pulled out a bag of cookies. "I... I hope you like them."

Iruma's eyes widened as he took the bag. "Oh wow! You made me cookies, thank you Ameri!" He then opened the bag and took one cookie out to taste and smiled as he found it to be delicious! "These taste great! Have you been practicing after the lesson with Opera?"

"Y-Yes, I was just hoping that you would like them. I'm happy you like how they taste." Ameri looked away as she twirled her hair. "I can make you anything else if you'd like, Iruma..."

"That'd be amazing, thanks so much Ameri!" Iruma then happily went back to eating the cookies which made Ameri smile. She bit her lower lip as she stepped closer to Iruma.

"Say, Iruma..."

Iruma looked up at the redhead, tilting his head as he noticed the change in her attitude. "What's up, Ameri?"

"You've risen to a He rank, only one rank below me which is amazing. You've grown so much after being a student here for two years and I know you'll continue to keep rising and rising." Ameri smiled softly at Iruma before she looked down with a frown. "You'll keep growing and one day surpass me and that is what scares me... I know it'll happen but what I'm scared of is... Once you get stronger and become able to surpass me, will... Will you leave me behind and forget me?" Ameri looked at Iruma with sad eyes. "I... I don't want to forget you."

Iruma's eyes widened before he pulled Ameri into a tight but warm embrace. "Of course not! I would never leave you not because I care too much about you. Not because you're a dear friend, no. You're not a dear friend, you're more than that." Iruma pulled away from her as he smiled brightly at her. "You're amazing, both on the outside and inside! You're not only amazing in battle and so strong, but you're also one of the most kindest people I know! You do everything to help out your friends and fellow demons! You also help save me and my friends so many times! You've done so much for me that I can't even think of how many ways I can thank you for it! What I'm trying to say is that... You're so admirable that I can't let you go, I want to get better so you can admire me just the same. You're incredible, Ameri, and I love you for that. You'll always be my reason for my strength so I won't lose you no matter what." Iruma smiled with so much determination and warmness that it caused Ameri to begin to tear up, causing Iruma to become worried as he saw those tears. "I-I didn't mean to make you cry! I'm sorry!"

"You idiot..." Ameri wiped the tears as she smiled warmly at Iruma. "You did nothing wrong, you just made me so happy. You have such a way with words, you know that? It's probably why you have so many friends." She joked as she hugged him.

"You included." Iruma smiled brightly at her as he hugged her back.

"You're absolutely right. How about we walk home together today? I'd like to chat with you some more if you don't mind."

"I wouldn't mind at all. Hey, maybe we can get Opera to cook us something as well?"

"I'd like that." And soon the two exited the room and Babyls, making their way to Iruma's home and enjoying each other's company as they walked. Iruma's warmness and bright smiles made Ameri smile back at him. 'You're the true admirable one, Iruma. You always seem to make me smile despite my intimidating personality.' As she watched Iruma smile at her, she smiled softly back at him with a light blush on her cheeks. 'And one day, I'll be sure to tell you how much I love you and your admirableness.'
