Disclaimer: As much as I would love to own Planet Ladder, I don't. I mean,
I would really really love to own Prince Seeu. This poem, however, is mine.
Beauty Untouched
Locked away,
In the third palace made of stone,
Lives a prince
Who's always alone.
A doll-like face,
A doll-like grace,
Never to feel
A warm embrace.
He alone
Has to watch everyone die;
A calm face by day,
But at night he will cry.
A doll-like face,
A doll-like grace,
Never to feel
A warm embrace.
Such a very brilliant mind
In one so very young-
The prince has made so much
But there's still more to be done.
A doll-like face,
A doll-like grace,
Never to feel
A warm embrace.
He may grow up to be
A broken man-
Some things he can't do
Are the things that everyone can.
So in the third palace,
Lives a prince, all alone,
With a doll-like face,
With a doll-like grace,
And heart, long turned to stone.
I would really really love to own Prince Seeu. This poem, however, is mine.
