"U-Um, excuse me,"

White looked up from the floor to see the boy who she once battled in the park before, the same person who was battling Green before her. She frowned at the thought of the battle, knowing how Green made fast work out of her.

It was to be expected, she had to remind herself. Green was a much more experience Pokedex Holder than her. So now she was waiting by the healing stations, a convenient machine which all White had to do was to put Amanda's pokeball inside and wait. It seems she wasn't the only one waiting.

"Oh," she stood up, "Its you" she smiled. "I never thought I'd run into you here,"

"Y-Yeah," the boy stuttered, and then immediately bowed.

"H-Huh?" White was taken aback,

"I-I'm sorry!" he apologised. "I knew t-that you were a-a pokedex h-h-holder," he looked up. "But I n-never warned you a-about P-Paradise,"

White waved her hands around, seeing that he was still bowing. "Ahhhh, no please stop bowing, I never really blamed you for it,"

"But please!" he bowed harder, "I-If t-t-there's anything I c-can make up f-for it..."

Anxiety peaked as white's brain scrambled for a way for him to stand up straight. "Uhh well...then tell me why you're name!" she quickly spoke. She realized that she knew of the trainer, seeing him battle and battling him herself, but it was only his name she didn't know.

The boy stood up immediately to White's comfort. She could already the imagine the lower back pain she would get if she held still bowing.

"O-Oh well, my n-n-name is A-A-Artie," he smiled. "It's n-nice to m-m-meet you,"

The doors slid open and Kris walked in.

"Hey White, just wanted to see if you're pokemon is done" she walked into the room and as if on cue, the machine beeped a chime-like melody, indicating that Amanda was all healed up.

"Well, it is now," she laughed a bit as she went over and took Amanda's pokeball out.

"That's perfect timing, because we have other people we want you to meet," Kris said.

"Other people? You mean other pokedex holders?"

"Mmhmm!" Kris hummed. "And well, it's to finally explain to you about the whole situation we got going on, one that involves Black and Paradise,"

Her eyes widened at the mention of his name.

"So let's go,"

White entered the living room, the same large room where she first met Ruby and the others. She noticed that they were all sitting away from a large screen that Silver was standing by, that and the three new familiar faces.

The one with blue hair clasped her hands together. "Ahh, you must be White, welcome," she bowed while slightly raising the ends of her skirt. "My name is Platinum but please, you may call me Platina," she smiled.

"Welcome to our base," the blonde with green scarf spoke. "I'm Pearl, it's nice to meet you,"

"Arn Ire Deea!" the last boy with a red hat spoke, with buns in both hands and his cheeks swollen. White almost laughed at the sight as the blonde boy smacked him.

"Stop talking with your moth full idiot!"

The boy showed signs of struggle before he finally managed to swallow the last of his food. "And I'm Dia!"

"It's great to meet you all," White giggled.

Y clapped her hands together. "Now that we're all finally here, we can finally start the meeting, so makes yourselves comfortable," she announced as White made her way to sofa, sitting on an empty spot as Kris sat next to her.

She scanned her surroundings. Silver was still standing by a board, assuming he was the one presenting. Gold was resting in a comfortable position on the arm of a couch with Emerald next to him. Ruby and Sapphire sat on the floor with X all curled up as usual. Dia, Pearl and Platina sat on another couch together.

Blue was sitting on another sofa with Green who was resting his head on his hand, looking like he was in another world with Yellow in between them. Her eyes stayed on Yellow momentarily.

The look on her face. She confirmed it. The way how her eyes stared into an abyss, it was a look she knew all too well. Silver's voice snapped her out of her trance.

"Alright since we're all here, we can finally start"

"Man I'm looking forward to this movie," Gold joked, earning a few laughs and snickers as Kris responded by smacking him on the head.

"Ow! Hey!"

"Gold shut up," Silver said.

"What! But she-!"

"Shut. Up." Y growled.

Gold stopped speaking immediately and White almost laughed at the dynamic. It's been awhile since she felt this surrounded with friends. But she knew that deep in her heart, there was still someone missing. She waited eagerly as Silver cleared his throat and began to press a button on a remote.

"Alright," he began, "Let's start it off with this,"

The slide began and showed multiple pictures of a men with black uniforms with the all too familiar P insignia. They were wrecking havoc in cities, commanding pokemon to attack trainers, forcefully taking pokemon away from them and going as far to set a building of what looked like a Pokemon Orphanage on fire.

Whit stared in horror at the last picture.

"We still don't know too much about Paradise, they only appeared around a year ago, but as of now, they're a target of not just for Unova, but for the other regions as well,"

"That's why we're all here," Y clenched her hands into a fist. "Kanto, Johto, Sinnoh, Kalos, and now Unova as well,"

"And what we do know," Silver said, "Is that they're a pain in the ass to deal with, We had multiple reports of large scale raids and attacks but we managed to deal with it without having any casualties," he explained.

White spoke up. "Large scale raids?" Her eyes widened in shock. "When did these kind of things happen?"

"It started happening around close to 2 years ago," Y answered.

"2...years ago..." she repeated. Just a year after the whole Team Plasma Incident. This couldn't be a coincidence, she told herself. After all...

Ghetsis hasn't been caught.

Knowing that fact was still more than enough for her to succumb to the inner fear that sat inside her. She couldn't easily forget the horrible things the Team Plasma leader has done, especially knowing that he was the reason Black was gone.

Kris noticed White curling her hands into a fist.

"But we still have no idea who the big boss is," Y sighed in annoyance. "He sure kept himself anonymous,"

"Even the one grunt we managed to get before turning him in didn't mention a word about his boss, but luckily, we managed to get some info on some of their generals,"

"G-Generals?"

"Some of the higher up guys from Paradise, people who we ran into on multiple occasions that led the raids," Gold answered for her.

Silver pressed a button, and the screen showed a mugshot of a purple haired woman with thick make up on. Alongside with the picture, showed more pictures of her in crimes scenes commanding various grunts and pokemon.

"First up, we have Octavia Spellman, a general known for her use of psychic pokemon. Not only can she easily command them, but she seems to have psychic abilities herself,"

White couldn't be surprised at the fact. The world is huge after all, just hearing about psychic abilites instantly reminded her of the Saffron City Gym Leader from Kanto.

"It was said that she used her abilities to murder her entire family when she was young, then from then on she only made sure to work on her own abilties,"

White gasped.

"Psychic bitch," Y muttered.

"I see you haven't gotten over that time," Pearl commented and instantly regretted it as Y directed a face of anger.

"The next time I see that woman, I'm tearing her apart myself,"

White gulped. But then realized one thing, the pokemon that had put her to sleep, a Mismagius, a psychic type, and how she managed to hear her voice without even being there.

Gold seemed to catch on to White.

"Yeah," he spoke for her, "She's the one who got us,"

"The International Police even has it's own codename for her, The Witch,"

A fitting name for a fitting person.

Before White could continue, Silver cleared his throat.

"Moving on, we have our next person,"

He pressed the button and the slide showed a mugshot of a large bald man and like Octavia, pictures, some blurry, of him in action.

White widened her eyes at his large and muscular body. He had a menacing smile on and the pictures showed him grabbing and lifting other people by the head. A look of pure satisfaction on his face.

"Blaine Hull, a general known for his physical strength. Power to even match pokemon itself, master of fighting pokemon, The Beast,"

White noticed Pearl flinching at the image of the man.

"He was a former student of a reknown karate master but..."

The next slide showed a news report from 10 years ago. White squinted her eyes so she could read out the titles.

BREAKING NEWS : KARATE MASTER FOUND DEAD IN DOJO. KILLED BY FORMER STUDENT

"This happened,"

The image on the report showed a picture of a blood stained floor of a wodden dojo.

"Interpol still hasn't found his true motive. When they tried to interrogate him, guy wouldn't say a thing. And there no clues left behind at his apartment complex as well, all we know now, is that he's a murderer,"

White became speechless. She had clearly underestimated how bad the people in Paradise was. No... were they even considered people?

Monsters

The word repeated in her head. For her, it was a suitable word for them. Murdering your own family, murdering your sensei, taking away the so prescious thing given to humans called life. At the hands of these monsters.

What...what do they want with Black?

"And finally, we have our last one," Silver said as White stared in shock.

Another one?

The slide showed a picture of a figure, dressed in a black cloak with the P insignia. But what caught her attention, was the metal mask shaped like a skull donned on his face. But besides that, no face, no identity.

"Interpol called him, or her, the Phantom," Silver said, "Out of all of them, we have the least amount of info on this guy, but from what we seen, he's proficient in using Ghost types,"

"So...all of them mostly specialize in just one type?"

Y nodded. "But that doesn't mean we can underestimate them. After all, besides you, we all firsthand seen how well they can battle with their pokemon,"

White took a quick scan around the room and saw hard and regretful looks on all of their faces. Green didn't say anything, merely keeping his eyes closed before suddenly opening them.

"And now, that that's out of the way," silver cleared his throat. "It's time for the main reason,"

Silver pressed a button and it showed a picture a place which White clearly recognized.

"Is that...Dragonspiral Tower?"

Silver nodded. "A group of archeaologist was doing an excavation around the area, underneath it, they found large ruins left by what we can only assume the ancient civilization of Unova," he explained and he turned to White. "I'm sure you already know this, but since some people don't, I'll repeat it,"

"We all know the legend of the twin dragons of Unova. The two royal brothers, a prince of truths and a prince of ideals, commanded a single powerful dragon pokemon of unknown origins," Silver stated.

"But with different goals, the dragon resonated with them, thus, splitting itself into two, one of truth and one of ideals..."

"Zekrom and Reshiram," White finished.

"Two dragons so equally matched until both brothers gave up in the end, but that's what everyone thinks," Silver looked over to Y.

"Apperantly, one dragon became not 2, but 3,"

White widened her eyes. "T-Three?"

"A single soul of a dragon split into 2," Silver started, "But a third one, created with the empty husk left behind, Kyurem..."

The slide changed. It showed a picture of a wall from the ruins. On it, was a drawing of what looked like a dragon-like bipedal pokemon that stood on it's two large legs with it's body bent over.

The face, showed a ferocious emotion, instantly reminding White of both the times when she met Reshiram and Zekrom for the first time in person.

"Kyurem..." White repeated.

"We don't know what happened to it. It revived so many years ago but then it suddenly disappeared. But legends has it, that it only resided in Giant Chasm Forest, it would always go out to eat children and pokemon, that's why a giant wall was built around it,"

Kyurem

That name repeated itself in her head. Here she thought she knew a lot already about Unova's myths and legends, but she guessed there was more to uncover. But that name, even during her adventures, not once had she come across the name.

"The reason why I'm saying this, is because we found this,"

He pressed the button and the next slide almost made White's heart dropped.

It showed the same style drawing of Kyurem. On the left side, was a drawing of Zekrom but one the right, it was a drawing of Reshiram. Underneath the drawing, there was a piece of writing in Unown language.

White shuddered at the drawing of Reshiram. Just looking at it instantly gave her a flashback of the events that occurred 3 years ago.

Silver zoomed in on the Unown writing.

Only when one embraced by a blazing thunder, only then shall the frostbringer be sent forth

From the spirits of yin and yang, shall the true dragon be reborn

"Blazing thunder?" Ruby repeated.

That was when it struck White. "Blaze and thunder, fire and lightning, doesn't that means it connects to Reshiram and Zekrom?"

Kris nodded. "Yin and yang, wouldn't that also refer to Reshiram and Zekrom?"

Sapphire spoke up. "Then this frostbringer, or true dragon, refer to Kyurem?"

Murmurs slowly began around the room each of them speculating about the picture of the ruin and the decoded writing.

"Based on what we got," Silver interrupted, silencing everyone immediately, "If Reshiram and Zekrom were to get together, then there's a chance Kyurem might be involved,"

"We brought the ruins to an archeology lab for it to be investigated further but..." Y donned a hard look. "Unfortunately, it was raided by Paradise,"

A look of horror appeared on White's face. "They killed almost every single person except the head researcher,"

"W-What happened to him?"

"Paradise took him," Silver gritted his teeth. "Whether if he's still alive or not well, I don't know,"

"That's why," Y continued, "our next goal is to make sure that this doesn't happen,"

"And how are we going to do that?" Pearl asked, "I mean, we know that they plan to revive Kyurem, we don't know where and how they're even going to do it,"

"Have you forgotten?" Silver retorted. "I didn't just infiltrate Paradise just to save Gold's ass,"

"Hey!"

"But I've found other things," he changed to the next slide. It showed two pictures, pictures of places which White instantly recognized. A dark cave with light blue crystals, and what looked like sandy ruins.

"Chargestone Cave and Relic Castle," she said.

The picture showed a photograph of two idols. One black and the other white, both shaped like a dragon. The top of the black idol had the shape of a lightning bolt, while the top of the white one had the shape of a flame.

"From the data I found at their base, they plan to find these two idols, The Black idol and the White idol, they have a connection to Zekrom and Reshiram. The data says that it can be used to properly bring the two pokemon under one's control,"

"Under one's control? Is that even possible?" White questioned. "Zekrom and Reshiram only follow orders of trainers that deemed worthy, in tis case, it was Black and N,"

"N?" Emerald questioned. "What a weird name,"

"Excuse me?" Y shot a look of anger towards Emerald. Even X brought his head up to give Emerald his own death glare.

"I-I mean well..." sweat appeared at his head. "it's a really cool sounding nickname! Just your names!" he quickly replied.

White ignored him. "While Black was the Hero of Truth, N, an old...friend, was the Hero of Ideals, he was actually the King Of Team Plasma, but everything he belived in was a lie, it all turned out to be a plan by Ghetsis,"

"Do you know where he is at the moment?"

White shook his head. "After the battle, he flew off with Zekrom. It's like he disappeared from the face of the Earth...wait..." Her words trailed off. "If Paradise needs both Reshiram and Zekrom, wouldn't that mean they would have to find N?"

"Assuming that Zekrom is still with him, then yes. So let's pray that he's still out there somewhere not captured by them,"

"But that doesn't mean we have time to waste," Green spoke, suprising everyone in the room. "The two people we need aren't with us, that gives us more reason to get those two idols before Paradise does,"

"Green's right," Silver said. "We need to plan ahead, we're going to split into groups, one group will head to Chargestone Cave and one to Relic Castle. We need to find those idols before Paradise does,"

Heavy tension filled the air as White gulped. She eyes the idols closely.

It was weird. It was her first time hearing of these artifacts, objects that could be used to control Zekrom and Reshiram even without their chosen heroes, but why has she never heard about it before? Is Professor Juniper unaware of this as well?

But that was also the last thing she was thinking about. If the idols could be used to control the legendaries, that meant if they were summoned, there's a chance she might see him again.

A feeling of glee and determination slowly filled her heart.

"When do we leave-"

Loud beeping noises were heard and everyone suddenly turned their heads towards to White, who seemed to be the source of the noise.

"Huh?"

"I think it's coming from your watch?"

White gasped. Her Xtransceiver. She didn't even realise that it had been turned off until it automatically turned on just moments ago. Her composure fell when she saw the number of silenced missed calls and messages from her colleagues who still thinks she was being held captive on Paradise.

"Ahh..Ahh! I forgot about this!" she panicked as everyone suddenly laughed, immediately erasing the tension in the air. Silver and Y looked at each other for a second, sighed, and then smiled. Blue walked up to her just as she was still dealing with her machine.

"Well," she started, "I'm sure the answer is pretty obvious, but I wanted to properly ask you, on behalf on all of us,"

White looked up at her.

"Will you help us?"

Gathering back her composure, White stood up. The answer already present in her head.

"Of course,"

Everything was so quiet.

Everything was so dark.

It felt so lifeless.

His body floated in air, among the abyss of darkness that surrounded him. There was nothing to hear, smell or taste. His eyes felt blinded from the black and his fingers grasped nothing but air.

How long was he like this?

His lips slowly parted, one word escaped weakly.

"White..."
