Her breath was both long and slow, her clenched fists were swinging back and forth, thinking of all the possibilities she had to attack.

Her feet were in line with her shoulders, she had a perfect attack stance, she was just waiting for the perfect moment to start moving.

"Come on Tigress, what are you waiting for?!" Viper yelled in the distance as she watched her friend prepare to fight.

"For him to make a mistake" Tigress said without taking her eyes off of her opponent for a single moment.

"HA! I don't make mistakes in case you forgot." Crane said as he was standing in front of Tigress, also in a fighting stance. "I better start, because otherwise you're going to stand there all day!"

Crane rose with a flap of wings and proceeded to approach his sparring partner from above, spreading his legs and sticking out his claws, thus preparing to hit Tigress with them.

Tigress quickly moved to the right to avoid being hit by her friend. Crane landed hard on the ground, breaking it. He tried to fly again but when he flapped, his body stayed on the ground.

He looked down and saw that Tigress had blocked one of his legs by stepping on him.

Seeing this, Crane twisted his torso to hit Tigress with his wing, but she was expecting him and dodged this attack by going under the wing. Tigress went up and hit Crane on his beak.

Crane stumbled after this impact, but luckily he avoided falling and kept his balance.

He looked up and held his beak with his wing, he felt it wet so he proceeded to see what he had, seeing his wing he realized that he was bleeding from a nostril. "Fuck! We said it was going to be a calm sparr!"

"With me no training is calm!" Tigress said as she returned to her attack stance.

Crane growled. "If that's how you want to play, then let's play by your rules!" Crane held his hat and quickly threw it towards Tigress, it flew with such speed, that upon impacting with her friend's shoulder, it was able to make a deep wound.

Tigress groaned as she held her shoulder. She turned to Crane with a cold gaze and started to walk towards him quickly. "Now you are going to see what…"

"STOP!" A voice was heard in the distance that stopped Tigress from landing a strong blow against her friend.

Master Shifu was on the stairs in front of the dojo. "What are you supposed to be doing? This is not the way to train, save these attacks for your enemies."

"B-But," Crane said before being interrupted by his teacher.

"But nothing! You just defeated Kai, and you're behaving like beginners." Master Shifu paused briefly before continuing to speak.

"Ever since Po stayed in the hidden valley to protect his own kind you five have been like this! I know you're angry, but you can't use this anger on each other."

After these words Crane frowned and made a deep sigh, he slowly turned to see Tigress with anger and a cold stare, after that, without saying a word, he left the dojo.

"It was not necessary for you to remind us of that master! We know it pretty well." Tigress said dryly, avoiding revealing any feelings.

After these words she slowly withdrew from the dojo.

Shifu sighed in disappointment, he turned to see the three students left in the dojo. "I know you are upset. Po was part of this family, but he found one that he must take care of."

Viper shook her head in a disapproving gesture. "That is not the problem, master, the problem is that one day we woke up and he was no longer here, and the only thing we found in his room was a letter that said that he retired to take care of his real family. The question is, why hasn't he written to us? Why don't we know anything about him? It's been two weeks and we haven't heard from Po…" Viper said holding back her tears.

Shifu could not answer anything, the only thing he could see was the disappointed and hopeless faces of his students.

Mantis jumped onto Monkey's shoulder to leave the dojo. Monkey slowly began to walk towards the exit, but before leaving, he sighed and turned to see his teacher. "You can't blame Crane and Tigress for wanting to destroy the resentment they feel. I know you feel the same way they do."

Without further ado, they all left the dojo, leaving Shifu alone, thinking about the questions that his students asked him.

Later that day, the bedrooms of the Furious Five were dead silent, none coming out of their room. The only ones who were together were Mantis and Monkey, who were in the kitchen preparing dinner for their companions.

Meanwhile, Tigress was in her room turning in her bed from side to side, she wanted to sleep but she couldn't, she felt guilty for hurting her friend.

She spent a while looking at her ceiling thinking about what to say to her friend so that he would forgive her, but she couldn't find the words, she didn't know where to start.

She got tired of overthinking and without hesitation she got up from her bed and walked silently to Crane's room.

When she reached his door she knocked lightly on it. "Crane, can I come in? I have to talk to you."

Crane took a few seconds to reply, but answered yes in a curt manner.

Tigress entered the room making as little noise as possible, and sat in front of her friend, who was meditating on a mat. There were candles in the room that helped Crane calm down and meditate better.

Upon seeing him, Tigress realized that she had left a mark on Crane's beak, she slowly reached out her hand and analyzed the damaged area.

Crane jerked his head back at first, but then let his friend survey the damage.

"Sorry Crane, I didn't mean to hurt you like that, it's just that I'm very confused and..." Tigress said before being interrupted by her partner.

"I understand you Tigress, we are all feeling the same, we want Po to come home." Crane said in a calm voice. "Besides..." Crane glanced at Tigress's shoulder. "I should also apologize for putting that hole in your shoulder."

The two were silent for a few seconds, but this silence was broken as soon as they began to laugh meaninglessly.

Without saying anything, the two just hugged each other, making it clear that the damage had been left behind, that there were more important things than a simple conflict.

"How about we go for dinner, I'm really hungry" said Crane as he got up and extended his wing to help Tigress up.

Tigress turned to see his wing and without hesitation grabbed it to get up. "I like the idea." She said as the two left the room and headed towards the kitchen.

Behind them Viper came out of her room, having heard something of the conversation. The three smiled at each other and continued on their way.

Arriving at the kitchen, they sat down as usual, Monkey and Mantis served dinner, which was dumplings. Everyone began to eat in silence, the only noise inside the kitchen was the wind coming through the window.

To break the silence Mantis put on the table a flyer that he found in the Valley of Peace while buying food.

"What's that?" Crane asked as he ate up his dumplings.

Mantis turned the flyer face up, it read Xienzha Kung Fu Festival. "It's an event in a town a few hours from here, it's still a few months away, but it can be entertaining, they say there's going to be a Kung Fu competition, we can enter and even win some prizes, what do you think?"

Tigress rolled her eyes and grabbed the flyer. "What are we going to do there? It would be cheating if we went, we would win easy."

"Well yes," said Mantis "But we haven't been to a competition in a long time, and it could be good to distract us, don't you think?"

"It could be, but I feel like it would be…" Monkey said before being interrupted by his master who entered the kitchen.

"Good night master" said the five of them in unison as they looked at him.

Master Shifu nodded his head in greeting and took a deep breath. "I just came to apologize for today's events, I know we are all a bit confused by the fact that Po doesn't answer any letters we send him, and I understand your frustration.

I took some time to reflect, and I have decided to talk to Zeng so that he would go directly to send a message to Po. He will leave tomorrow and surely in 2 weeks he will be back with an answer from Po."

The five of them were silent, they didn't know how to respond to this, but they all had a huge smile, it was a smile of hope, a smile that reflected the emotion of finally seeing their friend, or know why he left them from one day to the next.

"I'll leave you with that, see you tomorrow for training" Shifu said as he left the kitchen.

"Thank you very much master" said Tigress as she waved his master off.

Master Shifu only nodded and left the room.
