Disclaimer: Hello my lovelies! Just a quick message. This is a Percy Jackson/Avengers crossover. It is set directly after The Blood of Olympus, but I have changed whether or not some characters are alive or dead (because Blood of Olympus traumatised me) the same goes for Avengers. Sadly, none of these characters belong to me. They belong to Marvel and Rick Riordan respectively. This is just me writing for fun! it is also my first fanfic so please be respectful. All constructive criticism is welcome but please keep in mind that this is my story and so I am happy to take any interesting plot lines you may come up with into consideration but in the end it will be my decision so please don't be upset if I don't do what you want. That being said, I only really have a vague outline of the plot so chapters are subject to future editing so make sure to look out for notes on that! Also when something is written in italics the words are the characters thoughts. Ok enough with the boring stuff. I hope you enjoy whatever this is. Without further ado, on with the madness!

Chapter 1

It was over. The war was over. They had defeated Gaia and saved the camps. Saved the world. Percy couldn't believe it.

He was still in shock about it all that it took him a moment to register the cheering surrounding him. It was muffled at first, but then it all came crashing through. People were rejoicing, jumping for joy. But Percy could only think of one thing. Blue cookie. Okay two things. Blue cookies, but more importantly, Annabeth.

Percy whipped his head around, sudden panic flooding through him, but it immediately vanished when he saw who was running toward him. She leapt into his arms, engulfing him in a hug. He hugged her back as tight as he could. She had cuts and dirt all over her, and there were tears in her eyes, but there was also a smile on her face. Percy matched it with a smile of his own.

'Seaweed Brain,' she said before she leaned in and kissed him. They stayed like for a blissful few moments before pulling apart. 'Wise Girl,' he said, grinning. She laughed before pulling him along down the hill into the crowds of happy faces, but these were also mixed with sad faces. Not everyone made it out of this battle. So many good people lost to many who had lost their way.

A new wave of worry enveloped Percy. The others. Leo.

Annabeth must have realised too, because her grew wide and her smiled dropped. Without speaking they dashed through the crowds, desperately looking for their friends. No no no! They can't be gone. They must be somewhere! They must-

They both slammed to a stop. In front of the Big House, stood Jason, Piper, Frank, Hazel, Nico and Will. They all looked over at the pair, and after a moments stare of relief, Percy and Annabeth dashed over, slowing only a few feet before the steps they were all sitting on.

'You're all ok,' Annabeth said. As her, Piper and Hazel shared a group hug. 'Of course we are. You didn't think ol' dirt face was gonna get the better of us, did you?' chuckled Piper.

As the girls shared their joy for each other's survival, Percy joined the boys. Jason was grinning at him, and Percy grinned back before they too shared a hug. 'Good job not dying, bro,' laughed Percy. Jason laughed too, pulling back. 'Not a chance I was gonna die now, just got my memory back!'

Percy looked over at Frank and smirked. 'Nice job, Zhang. You were amazing out there.' Frank reddened, as he always gets when complimented or being the centre of attention. Even though he looks super intimidating, he's still a big softy Percy thought.

'Uh-who me? - uh, thanks-I mean! You too! I mean-,' Frank stammered. Percy laughed. 'Thanks, big guy.'

Percy then turned to Nico and Will. Will was scolding Nico about something whilst treating a gash on his arm. Nico looked up and made eye contact with Percy before rolling his eyes. Percy smirked before Nico looked away. He tilted his head in thought. Something felt off with those two, like something was going on with them that he didn't know about. He hoped they hadn't fallen out or something, that would be awkward. Percy shrugged it off for now.

Just then everyone seemed to converse and proceeded to gradually venture down to the lake. They were chatting, laughing, having playful banter, and Percy was happy. Happier than he'd been in a long time, as he gazed out over the sparkling water with his friends.

Then realisation hit him, and his happiness slipped away, his smile gone.

He looked up at the sky, traces of smoke still there. He couldn't be gone, he couldn't...Percy thought desperately.

The others must have sensed what he was thinking, because they all ceased their discussions. A hand slipped into his. He looked over at Annabeth. She was staring up at the sky too.

Everyone then joined in a line, holding hands with one another. Nico just so happened to be by his other side, and so their hands joined. Percy noticed Nico blush slightly at this action. Oh yeah, I forgot he doesn't like being touched. But he must be okay in this instance, as he didn't pull away.

Percy heard Piper sniffle to his left, and Jason comforting her quietly before saying, 'He was the bravest guy I've ever known. The strongest. He died for us. To save us all. He is, always has been, and always will be, a hero.'

There was a moment of silence before Piper spoke up, her voice choked. 'Leo wouldn't want us to be sad. He'd want us to celebrate.' She huffed a laugh before saying, 'He'd probably say something like "This is all too emotional and sad guys. Mcshizzle just saved the saved the day! Let's party!"'

Everyone let out a sad laugh at that remembering Leo's nicknames.

'Supreme Commander of the Argo 2', chuckled Jason.

'Flaming Valdez,' Hazel laughed.

Soon everyone was laughing, remembering Leo's antics.

While this was all happening, in the city of New York, a meeting of Earth's mightiest heroes and one very frustrated director of a secret organisation was about to commence.
