Later that day, the lunch bell rang, and Sabrina was putting her things in her locker. She hoped she'd be able to find Danny and sit with him. Dash walked up to her and tried to shoot his shot. "Hello there, we haven't formally met. Dash Baxter, quarterback for the Casper High football team. Would you like to sit with me and my friends at lunch?" the blonde introduced himself. Sabrina remembered what he and Kwan did to Danny earlier and already knew full well what he was really like. "No thank you." she said. "Well, why not?" He asked indignantly, his "nice guy" facade going away immediately at not getting what he wants. "Because you're a jerk. You bully people." she told him. "I do not!" he lied. "Oh, please. I saw you knock Danny Fenton's books out of his hands this morning." she said. There was no way he could deny it now. "Yeah, well, Fen-tool deserved it!" he said. "No, he didn't. Danny's actually nice, unlike you. You know, being good at football doesn't give you the right to bully people!" she told him. "Pfft, whatever. You'll be sorry you rejected me!" he said storming off. "Somehow I doubt that." she said. She was glad she put him in his place and stood up for Danny. But it still didn't feel sufficient. She still wanted him to get a little payback. She looked around to make sure nobody was looking before casting a spell:

"You think bullying people is cool, be prepared to think again, fool!"

A magical spark came from her finger as she wiggled it and pointed at Dash, causing his shoelaces to untie and then tie his two shoes together, causing him to trip. "What the?" he said, getting up to see what just happened. Sabrina grinned a little, glad that one of her spells worked and she was able to give Dash a little bit of karma with it. She went on her merrily way to the lunchroom. Once she got her food (a brown pile of slop, some things never change), she looked around in hopes that she would find Danny, and sure enough, she eventually did. He was sitting with Tucker and the two were sitting alone. "Is it okay if I sit with you guys?" she asked. "Be my guest. Sabrina, this is my best friend, Tucker. Tucker, this is Sabrina." Danny said, introducing them. "Nice to meet you." Sabrina shook his hand after she sat down. "You too. So how do you and Danny know each other?" Tucker asked. "My family and I just moved in a couple days ago, across the street from Danny. He helped us move in." Sabrina said. "Cool. So, where are you from?" Tucker asked. "Greendale, my aunt's wanted a change of scenery." Sabrina said. And with that, the three of them got to talking. Sabrina got to know Danny more along with Tucker, whom she learned had a love for technology, which he talked her ear off about, and despite being a nerd, he had some delusions of grandeur and saw himself as cooler than he was, but he was a nice enough guy. She also learned more about Sam, whom moved to Toronto, Canada due to her dad getting a job offer up there and them having to relocate, but she kept in touch with Danny and Tucker over Facebook. Based on what she heard, Sam was a goth who was very into expressionism and individuality, and was a devout ultra-recyclo-vegetarian. She had a hard exterior and was a bit of a hypocrite, but ultimately her heart was in the right place. "So how do you like Amity Park so far, Sabrina?" Danny asked. "It's growing on me, I already like it better than Greendale. I mean, Greendale is okay, but it's kind of boring. There are some jerks here, like Dash. But most of the people I've met so far have been really nice, you guys included. I hope we can be friends." Sabrina said. "Yeah, of course we can be friends." Danny smiled. "Great!" She smiled back. "Yeah, since Sam moved, you can replace her!" Tucker said. Danny elbowed him. "Ow!" Tucker gave him a dirty look. "Sorry, uh, he suffers from foot in mouth disease." Danny said. "I'm right here, ya know?" Tucker said a little indignantly. Sabrina giggled. "He doesn't mean replace Sam, I mean you're great in your own way and so is Sam. He just means that with Sam not here, it can be the three of us instead." Danny clarified. "It's okay, I know what he meant. Thanks, Danny." She smiled. "No problem." he smiled back.

A couple hours later, Danny and Sabrina walked home. Sabrina was telling Danny about how Dash introduced himself to her and offered for her to sit with him and the other jocks, and how she put him in his place and called him out for being a bully, and how when he proceeded to deny being a bully she called him out on knocking Danny's books out of his hands that morning. "The minute I said no to him, he immediately dropped his fake 'nice guy' act and proved how big a jerk he really was." Sabrina said. "Yeah, I'm not surprised. He probably wasn't used to being rejected by a girl, or being called out for being a bully. Thanks for sticking up for me, though. I really appreciate you." Danny told her. "No problem, Danny. You don't deserve to be treated that way, I mean, you didn't do anything to him! Also, I feel like all these bullies look alike. There's a bully at my old school named Slugloafe. Well, his real name is Horace but everyone called him Slugloafe." Sabrina said. "Did he look like Dash?" Danny asked. "Yeah, a little bit. He had red hair, and was smaller and fatter than Dash, but there was a resemblance." Sabrina said. Soon, the two walked up to her house to find Hilda and Zelda sitting out on their front yard at the table outside, talking to Jack and Maddie (Danny's mom). "Oh no." Danny thought to himself.

"Danny, Sabrina! So good to see you two." Hilda greeted. The two walked up to them. Danny was hoping that his parents wouldn't embarrass him, if they didn't already and hopefully they didn't. "Danny, we were just talking about you. Hilda and Zelda were telling us about how you helped them move in the other day, I am so proud of you! Although, I wish you would've told us they moved in, I feel so bad, Jack and I have been so preoccupied with work that we didn't notice any new neighbors." Maddie said. "I just figured, you know, that you guys were so busy with work and they were still unpacking that I'd wait it out a little until you guys weren't working and they were settled in." Danny said, not wanting to give them the real reason for fear of hurting their feelings. "Well, we still would've been happy to meet each other." Jack said. "Us too, but we understand. It's been a pleasure meeting you guys regardless. We're actually almost done unpacking. But the basement is off limits for now." Zelda said. Jack, Maddie and Danny figured they were still unpacking down there but Hilda and Sabrina knew that was where the spellbooks, potions, cauldrons and Spooky Jar were, and they had yet to find a good hiding spot for those things from visitors. "Understood. Anyway, Hilda and Zelda were also telling us that you and Sabrina really hit it off." Maddie said. "Definitely. She and I have a couple classes together, and she sat with Tucker and I during lunch. We also agreed to walk home together since we're neighbors." Danny said. "That's wonderful, sweetie! I'm glad you made a new friend, and I'm glad Sabrina was able to make friends. I'd imagine that would be hard at her age, when you move to a new town and school." Maddie said. "We had our worries, too, but Sabrina is good at making friends." Hilda said. "So is Danny." Maddie replied. Jack leaned over to Danny and said, "She's cute, too, son." Danny's face turned bright red, while Sabrina blushed and giggled a little. "Da-ad!" he said in embarrassment. "You know, you guys actually would look cute together." Maddie added, agreeing with her husband. Hilda and Zelda nodded in agreement. "We're just friends!" Danny and Sabrina both pleaded in unison, blushing like crazy. The four adults laughed. "Alrighty then. Nothing wrong with a boy and girl just being friends." Zelda said. "Would you guys like to join us for dinner tonight at Red Robin?" Hilda asked. "What a nice offer, we would love to!" Maddie said. Danny had some mixed feelings. He was happy to go to dinner with the Spellmans and spend time with Sabrina, but he'd hoped his parents wouldn't embarrass him.

A/N: Yes, I know that spell I created that Sabrina put on Dash as revenge for picking on Danny was cringe worthy, all spells on STAS had to rhyme and I'm not good at coming up with a rhyme that sounds good. There's probably going to be more like that down the line so please, bear with me.
