"What the hell?" A man said in a confused tone. He look around and found himself in what looks like medieval city or something. He look at the demi-human and lizard people there. Also there is a dinosaur pulling a carriage. He began to sweat, "what happend?" He panic. He ran to someplace so that he can clear his mind. He found some bench and so he sit there and think.

"Ok... Think calmly for a second. I am in my room playing some game. But now i am here in what look like an armor of a knight or something. There is a bunch of demi-human and even a dinosaur here so i am guessing this isn't earth. Is it kidnapping? I mean if it is why am i free to go? Aren't i suppose to be bounded if it was that?" He keeps on look around and found nothing suspicious. Well except for the fact that there is a freakin dinosaur there but overall, Normal for a fantasy theme place.

'did i get isekai'd? That's the only explanation i can think off other than a dream, if so then where am i? What world am i in? A completely new one or an already existing one? Maybe i can find a clue if i walk around' as he keep on thinking that. Someone approach the young man sitting in a bench. "M-may i sit here?" He look up and found a half elf with silver hair looking at him.

"Yes sure" he said with a poker face but in the inside he is screaming. 'What the fuck?! I know this half elf no matter where am i! This is emilia! Does that mean i am in rezero?! Fuck! Out of all the world i can be it just has to be the world where there is some overpowerd lunatic that keep on screaming about rights and a witch that can re-write reality with a simple sentence!'

'alright. Calm down. Calm down. This isn't so bad. I mean there is a lot of good things in here like the woman! Yes the woman in here is pretty beautifull compared to my world so that was a plus. But is it worth the risk of simply living in here? Where some psycopath cultist can just show up one day and kill everyone you love and care about in a matter of second?' he look a bit pale after thinking about what will happend to him in this world.

"A-are you ok? You look a bit pale. I am sorry if my presence cause discomfort for you. I will leave if you want" the half elf said while looking pretty nervous.

"Hmm? Ah sorry i was just thinking about my situation here. I am in a foreign land with no one and nothing on me so i am just trying to figure out what i must do" he said while smiling warmly at her

"I-i see, it must be hard for you if you don't have anywhere to go and no one to help you. But i am sure you will be fine. You look like a capable person after all" she said trying to motivate him a bit.

"Thank you kind lady, i suppose i should go and sort things out a bit to make sure i will survive here. Goodbye lady" he said while leaving her there

She wave at him and said her goodbye to him.

After a few minute of walking he started to check on everything he had. 'Ok. So i have a sword, no not a normal sword. A f*cking excalibur, don't know how it got there. My phone, an armor, and a pouch with 2 gold coin in there. I don't f*ckin know what type of gold is this. It could be a holy coin or just a normal gold'

'Also, I have a book. A black book. Doesn't have any witch cult design on it but the only black book ever shown in the series is those book so i am kinda scared.' while he was thinking on wether or not he should read the book. He found a pond and quickly see his reflection on the water.

"What the hell?" He look at the reflection on the water and found a young man with a golden hair and a green eyes looking at him.

'ok. Whoever deity bring me here. Thank you! Atleast you are kind enough to give me saber looks. I hope i have his strength as well if not. Well i would just die like subaru i guess' after he finish checking on himself he started to go to the market to find out how much money he have exactly.

'well there it is. Mr.Savepoint Guy itself. Man i always wanted to meet this guy since how the hell did he manage to become the save point TWICE! Anyway since i am not planning to die today i don't think i will see him as much as subaru does but i guess business come first' he approach mr. Savepoint Guy

"Hello there good sir. What do you got here?" He said while reading the sign. 'i can read this?'

"Appas! The best in the whole world. How much do you want?" Mr. Savepoint Guy said.

"How bold of you to assume i want to buy your appas" he said.

"If you're not buying then get out of here! I have no time for a broke guy, Noble or not"

'Noble?' "Well i am not planning to buy your appas but i want information so what if i buy your appas and you answer some question"

"Sure. What do you got?"

"Can you tell me the basic currency of this country?"

"Sure. There is copper coin, silver coin, gold coin and holy gold coin. 50 copper is 1 silver, 20 silver is 1 gold, and 10 gold is 1 holy coin"

"Alright. And how much does 1kg of you appa cost? And how much is a house?"

"You sure do ask a lot huh? It was 6 copper for the appa and around 5 holy gold coin for a normal house in the commoner district."

'I see. So by that estimation 1 copper is around 1 dollar but the house is only 50.000? Well considering there is still so much land in here looking at the arlam village as an example it does make sense that house is much cheaper in here. Though i still don't know what kind of coin i have'

"Are you still there boy? You are spacing out" Mr. Savepoint Guy said (A/N I will not call him with a different name. His name is Mr. Savepoint Guy therefor i shall call him Mr. Savepoint Guy)

"Huh? Oh yeah sorry about that anyway as i was promised i will buy your appas. Get me 1Kg, Is this enough?" I said while showing 1 coin to him.

"Well look like you really are a noble huh? Walking around with a gold coin like that. But sure that will be 6 copper" he said while giving me the appas and looking for a change

He walk out of the district and to some random alley he could find.

'this is the place i could meet felt and emilia so it won't be suspicious if i know them'

"Well well well looks who got here. Some noble in some fancy armor just walking around in the city unprotected. Seems like this is our lucky day huh?" Some guy with a long tongue said.

"Alright. I have seen this situation so many times already so let's just go with this. You walk away and i will pretend this never happend" our mc said.

"Huh?! And why should we do that boy! Do you think you can take the three of us alone just because you have some armor and a sword?!" The big guy said.

"Yes? Isn't that what a sword and armor does? No matter how strong you are i doubt you can put a dent on my armor and with a sword i can stab you before you can reach me." He said.

"Don't get cocky cause you have some fancy equipment bastard! Give us everything you have or i will stab your eyes out!" the lanky guy said.

"*Sigh* looks like you guys won't stop huh? Well i guess this is good since i need to find out how strong am i anyway so let's do this"

When he said that he notice a little girl is running towards them. "Move! Move! I am in hurry! Move out of the way!" She said.

'There you're felt' she then proceed to jump up the walls and run through the roof

"Well that was weird but let's end this first before we do something else" our MC said

He prepare a stance. Not really he just put up his fist and prepare to fight. He doesn't know any martial arts so he just copy anything he had seen on anime

"Diiieeee!" The lanky guy with a dagger charge at him and trying to stab his gut

'he is slow. Like really slow, what the hell is this? Did i really get saber strength asweel? Sweet!' he dodge the stab and grab his hand. Twist it so the guy let go of the dagger on his right arm. The guy tried to stab his head with his left arm but he slap the hand which sent the dagger flying. 'looks like i still don't know how much force i should put to be safe' he then punch the guy in face with his right hand and the guy get send flying towards the other thugs

"Shit!" The little thug said 'Holy shit i just send some 6ft guy flying with a punch. I really need to make sure i put just enough force when doing things or else i might accidently kill someone ' our mc thought

"I'll kill ya!" The other thugs said while charging at the young man. This thug is rather big and muscular so wonder what will happend if he punch him?

The thug then punch our mc in the face but he didn't even flinch

'that's it? I didn't feel anything! It feels like a 1 year old kid trying to punch me. It doesn't feel like anything. Weak!'

He then proceed to beat the shit out of the thugs boringly because there is no thrill in fighting these guys. He feels like he is just bullying kids.

'Man i am so glad i am given this strength, i mean what am i gonna do if i was given nothing like subaru? Just die i guess' he thought.

All the thugs are now unconcious and our mc is trying to have his first loot!

'looks like these guys just got a big paycheck and because of that. They become cocky and try to rob anyone' he said while looking at the pouch with 3 gold coin there.

He also took their dagger because who know? This might become handy after that he tried to tie them but there is no rope so he just left them there. But before he can go he heard some

"Thief! Stop right there!" He heard a sound from the alley entrance

"Stop!" Come a silver haired half elf with a flying cat on her

"Ah. We meet again" he said to her

"Wait! You?! Why are you stealing my insignia! Give it back!" She said while pointing her finger at him

"Wait wait wait. There is a misunderstanding. I am not stealing anything from anyone here. If i might guess it could be the little girl with red eyes from before that stole it" he said trying to de-escalate the situation

"Really?! You see her? Where did she go?!" The half elf said anxiously.

"Well she jump on the roof there and run on that direction. But she is really fast i am gonna guess that she is already on the other side of the town with that speed" he said

"Oh no! I need to catch her. She stole my insignia and it is very important to me." She said while geting kinda pale because of the situation she is in.

"Well. You know there is another way you can catch her other than running around aimlessly in middle of a capital with thousands of spot she can hide in" he said.

"Really? How?"

"Well first you can try to deploy every guard here since you said that this is very important so i am sure they will do it"

"No! I-i mean i can't bother the guards because of this" she snapped at him and then try to fix the situation

"Okaay then maybe you can hire people to search the capital with you? You know 2 head is always better than one and 100 is much better than 2" he said

"But. I don't have any money on me" she said while looking down

"Alright then that mean you are helpless and your only option is to ask for help from someone" he said.

"But. I am a half elf, no one is gonna help me" she said looking rather sad at her hopelessness

"Well if that was the problem then i can help you. Since you have been very kind to me earlier i will help you find this thing" he said while smiling at her

She snapped her head up and look at the blonde young man with an eyes full of hope and confusion.

"You... Will help me?"

"Yes"

"But... I am half elf with silver hair"

"I know? Is that a problem? Or are you perhaps scared that i will abandon you just because you look like the witch of envy?" He said while smiling.

"Well..." she said looking sad

"*Sigh* Alright Listen. I don't care even if you are the daughter of sattela herself. That has nothing to do with me. In my eyes you are just a cute half elf girl with a silver hair. That's it, i don't see a monster in you, i don't see an evil incarnate in you, i don't see a psychopath running around causing disaster and cursing everyone to death when i see you. You are just a kind lady with a flying cat apparently that is in trouble. So yes, i will help you find your insignia because that's what a knight suppose to do" he said with a smile.

'well if i am gonna look like the king of knight himself then might as well act like a knight'

She looks rather shocked when he say this. Probably because this is the first time someone didn't give her prejudice because of her look.

'Well not really puck also didn't care about her look. Roswall, rem, and ram just didn't care about her at all so i am in the same place as puck apparently'

And then a ball fur just fly at him with a fist.

"Haacyaaa!!" Puck said. And our protagonist in the face

"And what is the meaning of this mr. Flying cat?" He said.

"I am not a cat! I am a great spirit! And sorry for that i just have this tingling sensation that i need to let out" puck said.

"Well i forgive you since it doesn't hurt anyway but i think we need to start moving if we want to catch the thief" he said.

"R-right! Umm.. thank you for helping me!" The half elf said.

"Save it until we found the insignia okay? Now do you have a plan to catch the thief?" He asked.

"Umm... Well..." She look to her side trying to avoid me.

"Don't tell me you're just gonna search the entire capital to find those insignia?"

"Ummm..."

"That will take forever. By the time you found the thief the insignia must have been sold or something"

"Then what should we do?"

"First we need to know where the thief is going. from what i see the thief is 12-13 years old malnourished girl with a dirty clothes. She have a dagger but she doesn't look like the fighting type kinda thief. More like the hit and go thief. So the dagger is just for an extra protection. And if she is stealing your insignia she must have been trying to sell those thing or someone probably ask her to steal it. In any case she must have gone to a place where she can exchange that thing for money to buy food. So where will you go if you want to buy a stolen goods inside of the capital?" He ask her.

"Ummm... The market?" She said.

'is this girl serious?'

"No. Cause the knights and guards would have catch you and put you in jail if they found you there. It must be in the slum. A place where guards doesn't have that much authority. Se we need to go there and buy your stolen goods."

"Wait. Buy? Why would i buy something that is mine?"

"Lady. That girl is malnourished and live in the slum. She obviously doesn't have enough food to eat so she stole thing to buy food. If she didn't do that she might die out of starvation. This is a city not a village where you can just go hunting to get food. So what you're saying essentially mean "let's take back my insignia and let a 12 years old girl die from starvation" is that what you want?"

"N-no but. What are we gonna buy it with? I don't have any money" she said

"I have. I don't know if this will be enough but if it didn't then i have something that i can trade with that will deffinetly be enough"

Hello everyone! english is not my main language so please tell me if there is miss spelling in this chapter or something like that

I always want to make a rezero fanfic because that world is just simply too good to pass.

And this fanfic will be almost similar to "rezero why me?" In fanfiction so go check that out first. I like that fanfic so i just decided to make it similar. But not entirely the same. The plot will be different. The villain will be different. The power will be almost different? And the romance will be different. I think the only thing that is gonna be the same is the character and the equipment.
