I have been walking alone through this tranquil forest for quite some time. It is enjoyable to get lost in the flow of nature. The sounds are sparse, however each noise subtlety tells the same story. The sun is dwindling, animals of the day transition into a state of quiet so the creatures of the night may wake up to a world for themselves.
I walk slowly and purposely. The ground is firm but gently succumbs to the weight of my lower limb with each step. The air begins to feel calm yet energizing. If I could not leave the forest of my own free will I may have gone into a state of panic by now. It no longer matters as it is time for me to leave this world.
It is nearly sundown and I find a nice nearly level spot under a large protective willow tree and align my spine along the dense bark. I sit cross legged and focus. Focusing on the feeling of my inner world. How the muscles are aligned. The flow of blood through my fingers and toes going up into my limbs and torso. Feel my body. Feel my body. Feel the body.
Feel the ground beneath my ankles and rear. Feel how it supports me.
Feel the tree along your spine. Feel how it keeps my body aligned. Feel how it supports me.
Feel the ground and the tree. Feel the two working in tandem to support the body.
Focus on the outer world. Listen to the sounds of the forest. The sway of the loose willow branches. The birds singing quieter and quieter. Hear the wind slowly whistling the leaves above the head. Feel the cool air along your face as it enters through the nostrils into your lungs.

Feeling your whole body expand with each inhale. The diaphragm going down and filling the entire gut and pumping the energy upwards as you exhale. There are no inner and outer worlds. Just the meeting of different perceptions within your own body. I am a part of this world. I am a part of the energy of this beautiful forest. I am a part of the energy of this amazing world. I am a part of the frequency of this universe. I am a being of pure energy.
I no longer need this solid form.
Release the energy trapped in your frozen matter. Allow it to flow to where it is needed. Energy never rests, it only flows. If need be, breathe in the higher energy of this multiverse to aid you.
I feel a subtle shake. Like a small earthquake or gust of wind shook the tree and transferred the energy into me. My body is still yet I feel myself rocking backwards then upwards. Feel myself going higher. I am lighter than a feather, lighter than air. Feel yourself going into the heavens. Accept this feeling. Trust this feeling. I am ascending out of this universe.
The universes are amazing change engines. Constantly growing, developing, and reproducing. Infinite possibilities all existing.
Align myself to the universe which I desire. What do I desire?
I desire to enter a mass effect universe.
