Draco sits at the Slytherin house table, eyeing Harry, Ron and Hermoine. He scowled, "Stupid Potter and his stupid friends!" he exclaimed. He turned his head away from them, his attention fully on his breakfast, he picked up his fork and started eating his scrambled eggs slowly.
"Don't throw food at me!" Hermoine screeched, traces of scrambled eggs present in her thick bushy hair. She grabbed a handful of scrambled eggs and pitched them at Ron, only half hit him. She cursed.
Harry laughed so hard at the sight of Hermoine's hair that he fell off the bench he was sitting with a loud 'CLUNK!' Thats when the fun was over, Snape had seen them.
"SILENCE!" he yelled, his voice magically made at least 5 times louder. Silence filled the hall, puzzled looks filled the Hufflepuff and Ravenclaw tables. "Come with me you three." he said coldly.
He sat down in his black leather chair and turns it to face the three students, "Please explain your behaviour back there.." he pauses waiting for an answer.
"Excuse me. Professor but it was just a bit of food, nothing the swish of a wand won't fix.." Hermoine said with a serious bit of attitude present in her voice.
"Young lady don't tell me what will fix a problem.. I already now how to fix it I want to know why you did it." he said with
Harry gasps, this was of a shock to him as he had never seen Hermoine stand up to a teacher before, let alone Snape. "Hermoine.. you told of a teacher?!..." he said in bewilderment. He looked over at Ron. "Ron... did you see that?.. I'm not seeing things am I?".
Ron starts laughing "Yeah I saw it alright Harry, and it was bloody amazing.
Hermoine blushed. "You guys!".
Snape just stood there a cold, angry look upon his face. "I'll give you all a months detention.. and a extra two weeks because you decided you were too good to stop chatting to listen to me" he says ignoring the 'But' and the 'Sir', "Your detention starts tommorrow night." he finished off smuggly.
Harry turned to leave signalling for Ron and Hermoine to follow him.
