Hello and welcome to an Owl House/Batman crossover story, still trying to figure out the story but here is a list of everyone in this universe so far.
The Clawthornes (One of Gotham's oldest and formerly wealthiest families that has an infamous history during the city's founding with the accusation of witchcraft and curses)
Edalyn "Eda" "The Owl Lady" Clawthorne
A local pawnshop owner who constantly scams her customers via gambling and other means and who also owns two owls (Owlbert and Hooty) as well as a terrifying but lazy guard dog named King.
She is a slightly heavy drinker and sufferers trauma from an unknown childhood incident which caused her to be committed to Arkham Asylum and was never the same following her release slowly drifting away from her family and former lover Raine while also slowly being addicted to drugs causing her to go into debt with her dealer Mort.
Lieutenant Lilith Clawthorne
Eda's older sister and a member of the Gotham City Police Department (G.C.P.D).
Having risen through the ranks in the course of a few years and is publicly shown to be "Clean" while in reality she secretly tampers with evidence, stealing money from crime scenes, reselling drugs back to their owners, and letting low-level criminals off in exchange for a small fee.
Her reason for it is to simply help her sister go on a straight path while also helping her with her "Condition" by paying dealers to help replicate an "Elixir" causing her to get in trouble with local gangs and eventually the mob forcing her to join one of them for protection and a higher payment (Which she used to buy a pet, Raven).
Moving up to the rank of enforcer and landing a fancy room in a high elite club and despite the luxury, she still cares for her sister and fears for her safety.
The Blights (Another old family of Gotham who accommodated their wealth with technological advances rivaling those of Gothcorp and Wayne Enterprises)
Odalia Blight
The Head CEO of Blight industries, who constantly makes all the company's financial decisions mostly cutting workers' pay and health insurance by half or terminating them from their jobs.
She sets high standards for her three children despite them being completely different personality-wise with her two oldest constantly being suspended or kicked out of the highest of schools while her youngest struggles to be her mother's perfect image.
Alador Blight
The tech genius of the company, who works 24/7 on his projects and sketches and barely having any time to spend with his family and is constantly distracted by nature and is pressured by his wife to work non-stop in order to be on schedule and questions his wife's constant funding towards the local Asylum.
Edric and Emria Blight
The oldest of the Blight children are both twins who constantly get in trouble and barely care about their high status in society, only when it benefits them.
Amity Blight
The youngest blight sibling, who is mostly homeschooled by her mother about the family business although she wants to follow her own path and constantly sneaks out into the city with her pet cat Ghost.
The Nocedas (A small immigrant family from the Dominican Republic)
Camila Noceda
A single mother and nurse who works at Arkham mostly in giving medication to the less violent inmates although she believes she can handle the criminally insane.
Luz Noceda
Camila's only child, who constantly stays at home under her mother's concern for her safety although she sneaks out once in a while to explore the city and mostly worries about her mother's line of work and is a constant trouble maker with the risk of juvie hanging around her.
Other Characters
Morton "Mort"
A local drug dealer and the Clawthone sister's supplier for Eda's "Elixir" which he gets from his contacts at Janus Cosmetics along with the company's recalled facial creams and other failed products which he rebrands and sells on the streets.
Raine Whispers
A street musician who dropped out of college following their breakup with Eda and hopes that one day that they'll get back together, Raine also makes a makeshift band with other musicians making a name for themselves by being a band for hire.
Steve
A low-level thug and constant driver assigned as Lilith's semi bodyguard much to her annoyance although she slowly gets used to his charisma and humorous personality despite his fear of working the "Night Shift".
Philip Wittebane
A local politician who plans to run for mayor and has several connections to Gotham's Elite despite him being a new face to the city and plans to change Gotham with "Project Unity" backed up by his anonymous supporters and benefactors.
Subject #5/"Vee"/"Jane Doe"
"Born" inside Arkham Asylum, Known only as #5 or Jane Doe by a very few selective doctors, nurses, and orderlies she eventually settled with the name "Vee" after being branded and tattoed with the roman numeral for 5 and is constantly physically and mentally tortured in order to be obedient.
Despite her human-like appearance, she is slightly covered in scales with yellowish-green skin with sharp blue eyes, light blue hair, pointy ears, and sharp venomous fangs while also having a voice modulator surgically implanted into her voice box in order to copy and mimic other's voices.
She has the ability to shapeshift into other people and remembering their appearance through photographic memory but at the cost of her body going through constant pain of changing and her shifting being limited to a few minutes when impersonating older people while changing into someone her size and age can last up to hours or a few days and wishes to escape the cruelty of the asylum and her "Father"
Jacob Hopkins
A conspiracy theorist who hosts a local podcast and believes in a Secret Society that runs Gotham from the shadows as well as a connection between Gotham's Elite, Blight Industries, The Mob, and Arkham Asylum.
