Understanding Barbossa
Though I rooted for both sides; Sparrow and Barbossa
I felt a great deal on the side of Barbossa
His evil ways and his dark aura intrigued me
There's something about him I say to all
They look at me as if I had great issues
But what they don't understand
Is that the man behind Barbossa
Is a great man who I found much respect for
As I feel no one could out-do his performance
No one could have done it better than he
Barbossa may be a villain, but he's one of the best
His pain of hunger saddens me
As he never got to taste a thing before he passed on
My sorrow grows deep for him
If only he could live how greatly this world would be
He's something else, someone who I admire
Some will never comprehend
Perhaps I feel it is my duty
To stand by Barbossa and share my love for him
Perhaps I am peculiar, but that is expected of me
Barbossa is the greatest pirate and captain
Perhaps the most magnificent villain of all
