The birds chirped as the sun rose from the horizon, they flew away shortly after as the winds picked up. The luscious green fields danced as the winds blew through them. The heavenly sounds of water flowing through a river was heard in the forest as several animals drank from it.

"KATARINA!" The moment of solemn peace and tranquility was ruined by one single cry of a mother, who was currently preparing to reprimand her daughter.

"I'M SORRY MOTHER!" The daughter, by whose name was being cried out, answered her mother's cries by escaping her as she ran through the halls of their home.

"YOU'RE NOT GETTING AWAY FROM THIS ONE KATARINA!" Threatened the mother as she chased after her daughter.

Katarina Claes, the one who was being chased, had done it again to earn her mother's wrath. Millidiana Claes, the mother of said child who she was chasing, has had enough of her daughter's unnoble like antics and has decided to put an end to it… Like how she had envisioned it since Katarina was five and still failed to do so.

Watching this wild goose chase go on were her brother, Kieth, and her father, Luigi Claes. Both just sighed as this was the occasional sight they'd often see since Katarina was 5.

"Nee-san's at it again, huh?" He whispered to himself, giving out a smile of relief. 'When will you ever change, dear nee-san?' He thought to himself as he recounted the days he had spent with her back then.

Luigi Claes and Katarina's personal maid, Anne, had blank faces as they had expected this type of scenario to happen at any time of the month. They are just used to this display by both mother and daughter.

Change. It's a simple word, yet a powerful one. Because of change, everything was a constant puzzle, shifting from one place to another, morphing into something else. What else could change? A person of course. Their personality, their mentality, their entire being could change given with the amount of time.

Katarina was one great example of change. Her reasons? No one knew except herself. Her maid, Anne could testify for Katarina's changes as she has been incharge of taking her since. Her sudden change from her impulsive and selfish personality, to that of a kindhearted one.

What bothers those who knew her even before that fateful day, the change happened so suddenly. After an accident, she changed out of nowhere, like she snapped or she became an entirely different person. None of these has bothered everyone since they were grateful to the change.

Yet the reason why she hid it all from them is something she couldn't afford to disclose. Her goofy and whacky life continued on, up until this current situation they're in.

"KATARINA!"

"AHH!"

The number of days had passed is great, with memories created, and happiness shared, yet underneath all of those, it was all a facade to Katarina, so that she could keep her life.

It was their school break, specifically their summer break. The temperature was enough to melt a cold person's heart, that the waves of heat could be seen by the naked eye. And after that whole exercise in the early hours of the morning, Katarina was extremely sweaty, not to mention that she was in the middle of the heat, taking care of her little farm near their garden.

"Damn." She commented as she swiped some of her sweat from her forehead, "It's been getting hotter lately." She commented as she stared up at the sun, covering her eyes so that her eyesight wouldn't be affected that much.

"So thirsty…" She said, her soul barely escaping out of her mouth.

Then out of nowhere, she felt a sensation that she swore it could freeze anything.

"Ah!" She yelped as she didn' expect such a sensation, "What was th-" She turned around, and she saw Keith holding out a moist fruit juice, the ice clanked as he slightly moved aback from Katarina.

"Ah, thank you Keith." She thanked him as soon as she realized it was him.

"Don't mention it, nee-san." Keith smiled as she took the glass from him, "Are you sure you should be tending your field at this time? Isn't it a little too hot?" He said as he tried to fan himself with his hand.

'What do you mean "A little"!?' Katarina complained in her mind, while giving him a smile back. "Well, I still have to train so that I can use earth magic properly…" She reasoned.

'I think you're mistaken nee-san…' His smile didn't falter at his sister's idiocy and oblivious nature, "Sure but you need to take occasional breaks." He told her, "Besides, you haven't done any of your summer homework…" He reminded her, and cued the stack, upon stack, upon stack of papers that Katarina had left undone on her desk. It was enough to cover someone's upper body.

Katarina left out a sweat as she stopped drinking the juice, and then she gave an awkward giggle as she remembered the boatload of work she has to do in order to make it next year.

"L-Let's not talk about that…" She uttered out as she nervously continued to drink, hoping that Keith would let it slide this time, but it wasn't the case to begin with.

"Alright nee-san," He started off as he grabbed Katarina, "you're going to do your homework with me." He pulled her back to the mansion with little to no effort.

"Wait! Anything but that!" She pleaded to Keith, her cries were against deaf ears now. "Please!"

"Don't worry nee-san," He turned around to face her, "I'll help you." He said, then continued to press on.

As they did, though, Katarina was leaving a trail of moved dirt, leading back to the pavement near the mansion. She continued to plead with Keith, she looked pitiful to the maids that happened to see them make their way back into the mansion.

A long sigh of despair and suffering was heard throughout the room, as Katarina slumped forward onto her desk, holding one of the papers she is supposed to work on. "I am tired…"

"Nee-san…, we haven't even done anything yet…" His expression was so blank that it made it obvious that Keith was unsurprised with her sister's antics.

"But there's too much to dooo!" She placed her face on the desk as she was still not relenting to do her homework.

'Classic Nee-san…'

"But I guess it wouldn't hurt that much to do some now, and do the rest later." Gathering her composure she rose from her posture and went ahead to work on the problems given by the paper.

This got Keith off-guard as she would usually just avoid working entirely. But he let it slide this time and went ahead to help her.

"Hai, hai." He scooted on over to the opposite side of her desk and began helping her with the workload she has.

Time passed by as they kept working through the mountain of papers, slowly but surely they got the work done. Paper after paper, pile after pile, they finished every work within no time.

Meanwhile in Katarina's mind, her five personalities were having a little chat with each other.

"Huh, I didn't expect for us to be done that quickly…" Mused the normal Katarina.

"Once you dedicate yourself to something, it's only right to go on with it." The studious Katarina mentioned.

"We would have usually eaten sweets and been lazy all day long, but we didn't get the chance to!" Said the more aggressive personality.

"C-Calm down," The timid one intervened, "A-At Least we wouldn't have to worry about that now…"

"Lady Katarina Claes does have a point." The one with a fake white mustache, wearing a judge's robe, agreed with her.

"Besides, we have more time to laze around now!" Cheered the normal one.

Both studious Katarina and Timid Katarina nodded their heads in agreement, making the aggressive one pull out from complaining further.

"You do have a point." She said, arms crossed as she faced away from them.

"All in favor of lazing around all day?" Asked chairwoman Katarina.

"Hai!" The other four raised their hands in agreement.

Back to reality, Katarina was drooling at the mere thoughts of sweets that she imagined eating, "Ehehe~" She really wanted those sweets as she hadn't eaten any yet.

"Are you craving sweets again nee-san?" Keith asked her as he noticed her in a trance as she wandered off back into her own world.

"I do~" She said, absentmindedly.

"Give me a moment, Nee-san." Keith smiled as he left to get her the sweets she wanted.

"Maria's sweets~" She mused out as she can never forget the wonderful taste of those sweet, finely scented and well made sweets that Maria gives her from time to time. She could picture out how it was made and it made her want more of her deliciously sweet pastries.

Meanwhile Keith was heading towards another room and not the kitchen.

"Okay, what is the reason you're all here?" He asked as he entered the room filled with people.

"Why such a cold tone Keith, aren't I your dear Nee-san's Fiancėe?" Geordo asked him as he gave a sharp stare at Keith.

"I am just worried for my Nee-san's safety." Keith replied with the same energy. Sparks could be seen between the two as it continued on.

'They're at it again…' Everyone thought as the atmosphere between all of them became an awkward one thanks to the never ending showdown between brother and soon to be brother-in-law.

"We're just here to visit Katarina-sama." Mary said, to which everyone else nodded along as they had the same exact reason.

"I've even brought her sweets." Maria said as she motioned her basket filled with freshly made sweets.

'You're such a life saver, Maria!' Keith praised her as he didn't expect that there would be sweets in the kitchen.

"And I've brought her the latest volume of the novel that we're reading." Sophia said as she pulled out said novel to show it off to them.

Alan and Nicol didn't bother to explain their reasons as they could just keep it to themselves. Alan was just there to show that he had improved with his Piano skills and Nicol, well it has always been tough to decipher his intentions. For the most part, he was just there to be with his sister.

"Well I can say Nee-san would be delighted to see you all." He said, although in the last part he glared at Geordo once more. And as a response, Geordo glared at him as well. The tension rose once more and everyone was kinda just used to it by this point.

Unexpectedly, they heard someone's voice coming from the other side of the door. A voice too familiar to them.

"I'll just go back and write this day down." And then the door to the room opened and showed them Katarina.

She made eye contact with her unexpected guests, and it took several moments for her to realize what was happening. Dumbfounded, she was immediately approached by Mary before anyone else.

"Katarina-sama!" She leaped towards her and enveloped her into an embrace that showed she wasn't giving her up anytime soon.

"Greetings, Katarina-sama." Sophia greeted her.

Maria bowed before her, "Good day to you Katarina-sama."

Nicol didn't even say anything, he stayed silent as he usually would, and Alan, he didn't care about formalities and greeted her casually unlike the others. And of course there's the fiancėe, who grabbed her hand and placed a kiss on it. "It's been quite some time, my beloved Katarina." He said so charmingly.

This in turn made Katarina not only dumbfounded, but also made her a flustered mess as her face grew bright red. Meanwhile her brother's eyes were throwing daggers into Geordo's soul as he glared at him so intensely.

He then separated the two, in turn adding fuel to Geordo's anger towards him.

"Well this was an unexpected visit." Katarina commented, looking like a pure and clueless child rather than a woman of notable status.

"Of course…" Everyone uttered as they were rather down with what Katarina had said about their visit.

"A-Anyways, here we have some sweets, Katarina-sama." Breaking the current atmosphere again, she showed her basket much to Katarina's delight.

"Oooh, Sweets!" She couldn't help but she easily dove into the basket and grabbed some for her to eat. Starry eyes as she took a bite of each sweet.

Maria was satisfied with Katarina's mere reaction towards her sweets. It's enough to make her happy, same went for everyone else, as they saw Katarina has never truly changed at all.

However, shortly after the exchange of sweets and smiles, she got swarmed by Mary and Sophia as they both eagerly wanted to have her attention next. From Sophia showing the book she brought, to Mary having more gardening tips and gardening period with Katarina.

"Well, looks like we won't be able to laze around like we originally planned." The studious Katarina said as she fixed her glasses.

"At least we will be hanging out with them!" Cheered once more, the happy and normal one.

"All in favor, we're having fun with them today?"

"Hai!"

"Ho!" Katarina, once more dawning on her gardening outfit, was working in the field, this time they were helping her. Swiping some of the sweat from her forehead, some of them are also profusely sweating thanks to the heat that seems to be caused by hell.

"I think it was not a good idea to tend to the field at this time, Katarina-sama…" Mary gave her an awkward smile as she tried to communicate with Katarina that they should do something else other than be under the sun for the next remaining hours of the day.

Almost everyone else had the same sentiment as they didn't want to be put through this for the rest of the day. But for Katarina however, experiencing two lives by now, she is well versed with this type of season as she too felt this countless times in her past life before dying at a tender young age.

"Hm." She took a look around first to see how the others were faring with the heat, and some of them were ready to just flop down onto the dirt for some sort of sweet release. As she saw some of their sorry states, she had a down expression as she realized what she had placed them under.

"I-I guess we could do something else…" She said as she scratched the back of her head.

'Arigato, Kami-sama!" They thought as they were spared from the hell hole that is called the outdoor heat and they returned back into the mansion, and once more seeing their current sweaty forms, Katarina's mother couldn't help but feel irritated with her daughter for such improper treatment of guests.

"Katarina…!" Her mother called her out menacingly and it made her shiver by the tone alone. Everyone else already knew the drill as they already saw this countless times before.

"Y-Yes m-mother…?" She stuttered as she hesitantly turned around.

Seeing her mother's intense aura for the second time for the day, she felt her soul leave her body once more. And she did the only thing she could have done by then. Faster than anything, her fight or flight instincts kicked in as she dashed through the halls to escape her mother's wrath once more.

"GET BACK HERE YOUNG LADY!"

"EEK!"

Keith sighed as he witnessed this go down again, "Is this the second time this day?" Geordo whispered to Keith.

"Yup." Keith replied.

"I see…"

Not long though, he led their friends to the bath as they were all sticky and sweaty after a couple of hours being under the sun. The girls went in first while the boys waited in another room.

"Going through that heat… Is something Katarina would do…" Geordo commented.

"Well, we are talking about her after all…" Alan said, flashbacks from the past came back to remind him of what type of endurance Katarina has after every challenge they went through and she won.

Nicol was just minding his business, observing the room as he had nothing better to do while they waited for the girls to finish. He then sat on one of the chairs, and he felt something.

"Hm?" They looked at him as they heard him sitting on something. He reached under the cushion of the chair and his hand felt something.

Grabbing it and pulling it out, it revealed to be some sort of notebook with a black cover and some unreadable text on it.

"What in the world…" Stepping closer, Geordo couldn't help but be confused with what is written on the cover.

"What does it say…" Everyone's head turned towards Keith, suspecting him that he knew something of sort.

"I know nothing of this!" Keith immediately shut them down, "All I know is that this is nee-san's notebook." He said as his defense.

"Katarina's notebook?"

"What are its contents?"

"I don't know, Nee-san didn't want me to open it, much less read it." Keith replied, "She would get all protective of the notebook if I even come close to it."

Now that sounded a little less like how Katarina would act. She's usually so carefree of the world, sometimes even getting into trouble because of it. And this instance was not one of those cases.

"The way you told it, it sounds like she's trying to hide something…" Alan said, growing more skeptical by the minute.

"What could she be hiding though?" Nicol asked, being thoughtful about the situation before concluding into some sort of idea.

"Well, we all know nee-san is basically an open book most of the time, right?" He was met with several nods, "Well this was when we were only five years old…"

Curiosity. Such a powerful motive to drive someone to explore the unknown. And it did make them move a bit closer to the edge, over the horizon of truth. Huddling together, they were wondering if they should fully commit to exploring one's private diary, or leave it be and shrug things off.

"I-I don't think we sh-should do this…" Keith stuttered out, having an uneasy feeling about how things are progressing.

"We're here already, so might as well take a little peak." Alan said, acting a little mischievous, all the while his brother was still in conflict with himself and his morality.

They leaned closer and closer upon the diary, something about it was just drawing them in further. It was as if they were charmed by something. A trance of sorts that had embraced and engulfed them.

Not shortly after though, the girls were already done with their baths, and even groomed themselves up. "What are you all up to?" Sophia was the first one to ask as she noticed them huddled up by the table.

"Oh, uh…" Keith attempted to make a bluff as he didn't want this matter to continue on, but Nicol had just ruined his plan.

"We found Katarina's diary."

'Damnit Nicol!' Lightning struck as Keith kept his cool, cursing the ever so silent man of the group.

Mary's face lit up with excitement as she heard the details, "Oooh! Let me see! Let me see!" She said as she rushed towards them, wanting to take a peek of the diary's contents as well.

But as she took the diary from the boys, much to their protest, she flipped it to the first page. And what had greeted her were some writings that seemed to be some chicken scratches on a paper.

"What the…?" She muttered as she flipped onto the next page, and still the characters are hard to comprehend. It was like trying to decipher some sort of ancient text.

Everyone gathered around her as she was still investigating what the diary entails, they closely observed any sort of semblance to their text.

"Okay, this is just confusing me more." Alan said as his brain started to ache from trying to even read what the hell was written.

Mary too had enough of the wretched diary and decided that she'd just give up on it, passing it to Maria unconsciously. "Katarina-samaa, what have you written?" She mused as she sat down by the chair.

Now that Maria was the one currently in possession of the book, she decided to flip one more page into it. Everyone anticipated what was about to be shown, but knowing the contents they saw, it was just bound to be more text that was foreign to them.

Everyone's eyes widened as they saw the next page. It was not the text that had caught their attention this time however, the thing that caught their attention most was a detailed drawing, almost perfect even, of Maria.

"W-What…?" Maria stuttered as she was stunned by the unexpected sight, caught her off guard as it was more of a surprise to her. "W-Why is there a drawing of me here…?" Her face burned bright red as she tried to understand why she was there.

While everyone was processing this, Sophia noticed her drawn self too. "Th-That's me!" She pointed at the next page, and indeed it was her.

Seeing this, a spark of panic and shock started as they were confused as to why they saw this. "Give me that!" Keith said as he grabbed the book out of irrational impulses.

He turned to the next one, and there they saw drawings of Mary and Alan, along with the text. "H-How…?" Keith uttered as he knew the context of when this diary was made. He flipped to the other page and there they saw drawings of Nicol and Keith.

He then flipped to the next page and there he saw Geordo and Katarina herself. The ones who were in shock are the boys as they knew, thanks to Keith, that this was made twelve years ago.

"H-How did she make a detailed version of our current selves!?" Bewildered, Alan was trying to piece everything together, but kept on collapsing as there was no reason as to why Katarina knew fully well about their future looks.

"Huh?" The girls were confused as to why the boys seemed to be so shocked. "Why are you so shocked about it?" Mary asked them, she was shocked yes, but not as much where the soul was ready to leave the body.

"N-Nee-san made this diary twelve years ago…" Keith replied, to which the girls now understood the reason why.

"B-But how could she make such a detailed portrait of our current selves if she made this when we were young…?" Sophia asked, sounding more worried as the situation pressed on.

As time ticked on, so many questions filled their heads. One after the other, it was all like a never ending puzzle as they tried to piece any possible reason together, but everything they concluded with did not make any bit of sense.

"I see." A strange voice echoed throughout the room.

Everyone's guards shot right up as they felt a chill within their spines.

"Looks like you finally knew." They huddled up together, leaning on each other's backs as they prepared for any sort of confrontation. The mood and the colors of reality began to fade as everything was set in motion.

"Show yourself!" Geordo demanded to the stranger, but the stranger never replied.

Shortly after the demand, reality started to fracture like glass under pressure. Everyone braced themselves for the worse as cracks appeared one after the other. It began to quake as it seemed like the world was ending before them, and yet they have the grand seats to witness it all. Everyone was on the edge and began screaming for dear life, some making it their war cry as if they're heading into a battle that they'd never return from.

As soon as the entire meltdown of reality reached its climax, all began to fade from existence, except for them. The couch, the windows, the flowers, the scenery, all gone as the glass of reality shattered and its pieces fell turning to specs of dust shortly after. All that remained was nothing but an empty void. Or is it?

"Huh?"

"Where are we?"

As they took a look at their current standing, surveying the endless void, Nicol was the first one to see something off in the distance.

"Everyone." He calmly said, "Look over there." He pointed in the direction, and what laid there seemed to be a door.

"S-Should we head over there?" Mary asked.

"What options do we have?" Alan sighed as he was the first one to make the move towards the door.

"H-Hey! Wait up!" Geordo said as he followed his brother and caused everyone to follow suit.

It was more of a short walk and it honestly surprised them. Seeing the door before them, they could only guess what was inside. A possible salvation or something that would endanger their lives.

"Well… Here goes nothing…" Geordo said, turning the knob and opening the door, a bright light greeted them as they took a peek of what was inside.

As the light died down, what they saw was something they never expected.

"Ow…"

"What the heck just happened?"

"Is everyone alright?"

"I think I'm fine…?"

"I don't have any injuries on me at least…"

The room could be defined as elegant, several spaced out pillars with five chairs and five people on those chairs. And said five people were just Katarina.

"Katarina…?"

"Nee-san…?"

"Katarina-sama?"

The various iterations of their names being called halted their thought processes. Recognizing these voices, every Katarina in the room hesitantly turned their heads towards the source of it all, their bodies stiff thanks to the nervousness that they were experiencing.

"E-eh…?" Blinking twice, each Katarina made sure that their eyes were not deceiving them

"EH!?"

A full mental breakdown ensued as they were trying to comprehend how the hell were their friends in her mind.

"H-How are you all here!?" With a shaky voice, the normal Katarina asked them as she backed away along with the others.

"D-Did you invade our mind!?"

"As a matter of fact, that is a violation to our privacy!"

"G-Get the hell out!"

"C-Calm down everyone!"

As they continued to bombard them with questions, Geordo was the first one to make a move closer to the Katarina's before them.

"D-Did you all find out!?"

"P-Please! We didn't mean any of it!"

They all started to plead as Geordo continued to make his way towards them.

"Huh? What are you all talking about?" He asked them, "And why are you so much younger…?"

"Eek!" The aggressive one backed away even further.

"Huh?" The Katarina with glasses seemed confused, "You don't know?" She asked him, to which he confirmed that they didn't know what they were talking about.

As they saw him shaking his head, they released a sigh of relief. "Crisis averted." They all simultaneously said.

"Where are we by the way?" Alan asked as he looked around the place.

"Oh, you're in Katarina Claes' mind right now." The normal one replied, innocent as ever.

"H-Her mind!?" Everyone was shocked, hearing that sounds like a mere fantasy to them.

"S-So what brings you here?" The timid one asked them.

"Normally we wouldn't have any guests, not that we're able to receive guests in the first place."

"Yeah, so this looks awfully suspicious." The meaner looking Katarina said, skeptical with their predicament.

"L-Look, we didn't want any of this to happen, it kinda, sorta did…" Geordo replied.

"What do you mean, sort of?" Flashing her lenses, the studious one asked.

"Ow, please don't do that, you're hurting my eyes." Geordo said as he was being blinded by the lights reflected by those lenses, "Well, reality shattered before us and…"

"We ended up here…" Keith scratched the back of his head, an uneasy smile formed on his face.

"Reality shattered? You're kidding right?" Studious Katarina asked, "I find that hard to believe."

"Surely you all must have seen it right…?" Maria asked them, confirming if their assumptions were wrong.

"Well…" The Katarina with the mustache asked, with her down mood she hinted at the floating screen above them.

"What is that?" Mary asked them,

"Well it is basically what Katarina sees, or we can have it show us memories of our life."

Currently on the magical screen before them was Katarina's vision being hazy, well to be more precisely she seemed to be in her dreamland.

"Based on what we are seeing, we can conclude that the world has not ended yet." Studious Katarina once more said.

Everyone sighed in relief, "Can you wake up so that we may see if this is all true?" Nicol asked the Katarinas, and they began to sweat.

"W-Well you see…"

"H-How do we explain this…?" They started fiddling with their fingers, some even averted their eyes away from the crowd, as they tried to give them an answer that wouldn't disappoint them.

"We are more of her personalities rather than the ones who are controlling her mind." Chuckled the normal one.

"Eh?"

"We are just another one of the factors to her decision making and not her overall brain activity, get your minds off the gutters." The studious one replied, "Mind telling us what happened before 'Reality Shattered', hm?" She sipped her tea.

"Well, we found your notebook…" Sophia said to her, unconsciously making the rest of the Katarina feel like a line broke within their own minds.

"And what notebook are you talking about?" She asked them, some hint of nervousness was present within her.

"That black notebook with text we cannot read-" She spitted out her tea as she heard this, making Sophia stop what she was saying.

"A-Ah, so that notebook, huh?" Her demeanor changed, her grip with her teacup was rather shaky. They started to tense up and sweat as the mention of that notebook came up.

"So you do know about that notebook." Sophia murmured, "Why is it written in such odd text though?"

"Yeah, what is it even?" Keith added.

"W-Well you see-"

"Looks like we have not much of a choice now." Sighed the aggressive one, cutting off any explanation prepared by the normal Katarina.

"Well if it comes down to it, how much do you want to know?" The chairman asked them,

"Pardon, but what do you mean by 'how much do we want to know?'" Geordo asked.

"If we simply tell you about the notebook, you'll be left with more questions than answers." Pointed out the studious one. "Making us recount everything from even before this life." She sighed.

"Huh?" Everyone was puzzled once more, "This life?" They repeated what she had just said.

This broke something inside each Katarina thanks to the slip of the tongue of the studious Katarina. Every Katarina glared at her with murderous aura as to reprimand her.

"C-Calm down! I didn't mean to spill it out!" She pleaded with them.

"Hearing this conversation go on just makes more questions than giving us actual answers…" Mary commented as she kept on watching the bickering, but in her own mind, she wished to see these five Katarinas fight over her. "Ehehe~ Five Katarina-samas~" She was just letting her imagination go.

"Back to the topic," The chairman spoke once more as the studious one was now at the back with a bump on her head, "Looks like we've inconvenienced you with more questions than answers that you needed."

"No, no, it's alright." Maria told them, giving them that usual sincere look.

'She really is such a sweet heroine~' The katarinas felt some sort of relief from Maria.

"Then again, it seems that you are currently stuck here with no way out." She sighed once more.

"Wait, can't you just make a way out for us?" Nicol asked them, to which the chairman faced him,

"Like what I've said earlier, we don't even receive guests to begin with, so there's no possible way out of here."

"If you try to force your way out, who knows what kind of damage it would impact Katarina." The studious one added, implying that if they tried to get out using force, it may affect Katarina as a whole.

"Yo." The strange and familiar voice echoed throughout the room again, taking the Katarinas by surprise, while Geordo and the rest held their guards up.

"What the-" A bright light then blinded them as it formed at the center of the room. Once it has died down, it seems to be another version of Katarina. But this new Katarina was different from the five they've been conversing with.

This Katarina was the definition and the description of what true villainess is. A wicked pair of sharp eyes, and a smirk that was all too familiar to them when Katarina played as the villainess back in the school festival, but this time it was refined, as if she was used to it. And her aura was far from joyful.

"W-Who the hell-"

"Woah, calm down there." She said to the timid one, "Besides, aren't I supposed to be a part of this council?" She said, and in the blink of an eye she was seated next to the chairman.

"Eek!" This made the timid one recoil back.

Sensing the tense atmosphere between the Katarinas, they just opted to remain as the observers of this whole situation.

"What is your business here, Villainess Katarina Claes?" The chairman gave a sharp look towards her.

"Glaring like that is rude manners, you know?" She gave a sly smile in response, "I am merely taking my rightful spot within this council." She said, pulling out her fan to cover her face, "You five were the ones to kick me out anyways." She glared at them.

Every Katarina, except for the timid one, were now gritting their teeth. As they saw this interaction, Maria stepped up as she asked them, "Could you please kindly explain what is happening?"

"Hm? Why does the commoner want to know about the situation?" The Villainess Katarina asked as there was a hint of authority and dominance with her words.

Everyone glared at her, Geordo, Keith, Mary, Alan, Nicol, Sophia and Maria herself didn't expect that she would say such a thing. She felt her chest tighten as she heard what that Katarina had said. As for the other Katarinas, they seemed to be hostile towards the one who spoke.

"Would you please mind your manners before our guests?" Scowled the aggressive one.

"Or what?" She replied, mocking and daring the former to act.

"Enough," Chairman Katarina spoke, "I would like for all of you to be well behaved right now." For once, she didn't sound like Katarina at all.

"Alright~ alright, since our valued guests are still here with nowhere to go, what should we do then?" She asked.

"They still have questions yet to be answered…" The studious one sighed.

All attention then went back to their guests, "Do you really want answers to these questions?" The normal one asked.

As they glanced at each other, they wanted answers to the mystery of the notebook. In the end, they nodded, showing determination to know what was needed to be found out about. As they saw their resolve, the Katarinas looked at each other with worried expressions, with the exception of the villainous one.

"Well, it would be harder for us to explain it to you…" The studious one started,

"S-So instead of explaining…" The timid one continued.

"You'll just have to watch everything we've experienced so far…" The studious one sighed.

The normal and aggressive one had varying reactions, one was as jolly as ever, the other scoffed at the thought of revealing everything to them.

They seemed confused as the Katarinas said they were going to "watch" everything, but thanks to their knowledge, they seemed to understand it as if they were going to observe something. So naturally, their eyes went everywhere to see what the Katarina's meant.

"Huh?" They all uttered as they didn't get it at all.

"Figured as much…" The studious one sighed.

The screen then came down, the roundtable grew larger and new seats appeared for their guests to sit on. Every Katarina was sitting next to each other as every empty seat was reserved for their guests.

"Come and take your seats."

"Don't be shy!"

One by one, they took their seats, and once they were seated treats and tea appeared on the table. "If you ever feel like it, have some of our sweets."

"Since you'll be staying here for a while, you may need it."

"Question." Nicol raised his hand.

"Yes, Nicol Ascart." Chairman Katarina acknowledged.

"What are we watching that will answer our questions?" He asked.

"Well, we'll be watching our memories." The Katarinas simply answered.

"But this time, instead of hearing what was only said…"

"You'll also have a glimpse of her thoughts."

"T-Thoughts that we would generally talk about or that we would jokingly say…"

"But enough of the details. Whatever you bear witness to, don't use it against us.

"Why have you all been talking as if you are and are not the same person as katarina-"

"Enough talking! Let's get to watching!" Said impatiently by the normal Katarina, and once more memories went backwards from their current situation to the past as fast as it could. What awaited them was mere comedy, clarity and understanding.
