May 24, 1897
Land of Water
The Hozuki clan had gathered together to discuss the ideas his father long have Cc Naru Hozuki the leader of the s has asked the clan to move to the village of Konoha in the land of fire. Naru's cousin Noromagi was for staying in the land of water by the end of the meeting the clan chose to split up between the land of fire and water half the clan agreed with their leader bc the other wanted to remain loyal to the Water daimyo so the clan agreed to split as they saw themselves free enough to choose what they wanted to live and serve.
Genjetsu Hozuki was eleven years old on that day and remembered saying goodbye to his cousins whose families choose to stay behind.
During the followers of Naru's journey to the village of Konoha, the water daimyo ordered the remaining hozuki to attack and return the group following Naru this action caused the hozuki who choose to stay to all agree to leave the land of water.
June 1, 1899
When the hozuki all arrived in the village they were welcomed by the Hokage Hashirama Senju many clans by then joined the village such as the Nara the sarutobi and the shimaru clans.
Genjetsu soon became friends with Hiruzen Sarutobi and Danzo Shimaru, the three boys were each students of hashirama and tobirama Senju and each became the greatest shinobis of their generation.
Genjetsu learned many things from tobirama from water release jutsus to genjutsus.
Hiruzen spent his time mastering fire release jutsus then earth release. Danzo learned wind release and kenjutsu. Genjetsu meets a woman named Nora Uzumaki a kunoichi of the whirlpool village when they were both genin in the chunin exam which was invented by tobirama Senju to help ensure peace and friendship between the Great shinobi villages.
Nora was a fuinjutsu expert in life and later moved to the village hidden in the leaves to be with genjetsu when they were sixteen in the summer of 1908
December 24, 1914
In the last chunin exam of nineteen ten, the hidden stone tried to assassinate the second mizukage Tomero Hoshigaki in the hidden whirlpool village Uzushino only for the Kage to survive the attack and start the first great shinobi war the battles between the stone and mist villages took place in a line that went across the land of fire for the first three months of the war Hashirama tried to keep the village out of the conflict til hidden stone shinobi attack a patrol of leaf ninja believing they were the mist ninja in the area.
Madara Uchiha who was known as the shadow Hokage pushed for war with the hidden stone and an alliance with the Whirlpool and mist ninja on their side Madara saw them as undefinable. The Nara, Hyuga and Sarutobi clans wanted to stay out of the conflict but they failed to convince hashirama that the village wasn't under attack by the stone ninja.
Soon the hidden mist and leaf were on the same side as the whirlpool choose to stay out of the war causing a small feud between hashirama and the Uzumaki clan which his wife tried her best to mend.
"You know, I don't like being this way Nora, but war isn't the safest place I'm not sure if I can promise you that I'll come home but know I will do everything in my power to come home my Violet rose." Genjetsu's nickname for his wife is both a reference to her eyes and the flowers he bought her from the Yamanaka flower and posion shop that the named clan set up when they moved to the village. Nora nodded she knew her request was foolish if one could just promise to survive war so many would come home. She would have joined her lover in the defence of his village but caused the whirlpool chose to stay out of the war she couldn't join her husband in this conflict.
Genjetsu tried to cheer her up that his squad had Hiruzen and Danzo together the three were unstoppable but this didn't stop her worry not as Genjetsu had hoped.
The war lasted three years and within those three years the cloud ninja joined the stone ninja side and hashirama died in battle against the gold and silver brothers the second tsuchikage killed himself and Madara Uchiha. The last combatants of the war were the leaf and cloud villages on June 14 1918 the war ended when the second Hokage tobirama Senju and the second package signed a peace deal but after it was signed the gold and sliver brothers attacked and almost killed the kages then followed the Hokage and his squad back to the village with a band of cloud ninja.
June 20th, 1918
Tobirama sensed the coming enemy and counted the chakra signatures that were coming towards them then looked around his band of nine jonin shinobi among them Hiruzen Sarutobi Danzo Shimaru and Genjetsu Hozuki.
"There are twenty enemy shinobi among them are the gold and silver brothers, who will stay behind to give us a chance to get away?" tobirama asked.
The leaf shinobi looked around at one another Danzo has begun to shiver and he tried to force his hand up til…
"I will tobirama sensei, just tell Nora I'm sorry for failing my goal of coming home to her and our daughter if I don't get away and leave them with my claims"
Hiruzen said genjetsu should not stay and he should since he was a single shinobi who could be sacrificed for the greater good til Tobirama spoke.
"Your right Saru, Genjetsu shouldn't stay behind cause he will become the third Hokage… Hozuki your father said your clan came to the village to claim the power that was being shared between the Uchiha and Senju and all clans in our village, well today you proved your clan is worthy of sharing in that power… be a kind leader who knows and loves his people just like me and my elder brother were. Hiruzen you would have made a fine Hokage but Genjetsu was first so he'll be Hokage support him and all of you it's the leaf shinobi's job to protect and serve their Hokage who does the same for them. Now all of you go before those cloud ninjas get here and remember I'm dying here to protect the peace do all you can to protect the peace in the village."
Those were the last words of Tobirama Senju he later died four hours later after mortally wounding the brothers and half the ninja who joined them in hunting down the Kage.
October tenth, 1921
Genjetsu hozuki had been in the office of Hokage for three years during this time he went about building housing for shinobi and civilians housing.
Thirty years later is where our Hero and heroine were born. The eldest of these love birds was Yakumo Kurama who was born in 1939 on the fourth of July the October of the next year naruto Uzumaki was born though his birthday came on the same day as the nine tails attack of that year resulting in him being the jinchurki of the biju
The roar of the nine tails echoed for a thousand miles north, east, west and south
Genjetsu looked up at the beast and knew his best option right there. Genjetsu weaved his old hands together quicker than he normally did those days. "Summoning jutsu!" Said the kage as a huge clam shell appears in front of the best and begins to disperse a pink gas.
"Giant gale force plam," said an old man behind the kage. Looking over his shoulder he wondered who til he saw hiruzen sarutobi behind him with the king of the monkey Enma who used the transformation jutsu to become a powerful weapon. The wind jutsu pushed the gas into the face of the nine-tailed fox.
Only it didn't work. The old shinobi exchanged one look and Sarutobi aimed the staff enma was at the fox and then the fox was pushed outside the village by enma who seemed to stretch out for infinite space.
The third Hokage fear that the fox soon close the distance Hiruzen and was making only to see a Kunai land into the ground.
One hour later
Hiruzen, Danzo and two village elders waited in the meeting room for the fourth Hokage to enter the room. When the wooden door slide open and a graying Genjetsu walked inside holding a young child in his arms. On his face when he looked up from the child did a one-eighty turn. " Minato sacrifice his life for the village," the kage said hiruzen hung his head much like the two elders but Danzo said they need to find the next Hokage.
"I will be retaking the hat... but we need to find a home for this little one here first"
"Why would that child be so important?" Asked Homura
"He's the son of the fourth"
The room became silent and Danzo played his cards. " perhaps to protect the child best we could we train him to be an elite sup..." Hozuki eyes told his old teammate that his plans weren't going to happen.
"Hiruzen your daughter Mito will she take in young naruto here?"
The sarutobi clan head asked why not put him into an orphanage. "Cause I don't trust the village will this child... he will not meet a single child without my say-so until he reaches the academy where he'll attend under the watch of Anbu til he reaches jonin level"
"And should he not become a Shinobi" ask Koharu
Genjetsu said, "he's a jinchurki, of course, he's going to become a Shinobi... he has no choice in the matters."
