For those who don't know, I'm going to show you the list of my favorite manga:
1. One piece
2. Overlord
3. Cage of Eden
4. Akame Ga Kill
5. HOTD
However, I have just discovered a manga that I found much more interesting than One Piece.
And I took the opportunity to make a story with the characters of One Piece. it's up to you to find out which manga it is.
Nami followed various students before stopping in front of a building: Mary Geoise High School. A school, reserved for girls, luxurious and private, which didn't look at all like the last high school that the redhead had attended.
Swallowing, Nami tried to look as calm as possible. After all, she knew that this chance to be part of a high school as well known as this one would not happen twice.
Nami was a smart high school girl...but from a poor family. Her mother, who was a former soldier, was now a woman struggling to find a decent job, while she was lame due to a leg injury.
Nevertheless, having finally found a long-term job and whose remuneration was satisfactory to her. The only problem was that she had to move and, being forced to follow her, Nami had to pass exams in various schools in order to be educated in one of them.
And finally, thanks to her highly elevated intellect, she had been greatly surprised to learn that a private and highly reputable high school was ready to grant her a scholarship, to have her among its students.
And today, Nami was going to attend her first day of school at her new high school.
Finally, she took a step forward and stepped inside the school grounds.
"So you're from an eastern province." A green-haired woman understood.
"Yes." Nami agreed. "I used to live in a small village called Cocoyashi! Unfortunately, to get to the nearest high school from my home, I constantly had to take the bus or rely on my mother to take me there."
"And you only came here with your mother?" The green-haired woman questioned her, while reading a folder with Nami's picture on it. "However, I see that it is marked here that you have an older sister."
"Her name is Nojiko." Nami agreed. "In fact, it's been two years since she quit school and worked in a bakery shop! Since her job appeals to her, she decided to leave the family home and find an apartment in Cocoyashi. "
" I see. "
Asking a few more questions, the professor ends up getting up from her chair, before making a sign to Nami to imitate her.
"Nice to meet you, Nami-san! And I think it's my turn to introduce myself! My name is Monet, and I'm the homeroom teacher of your new class! Let me show you the way." . "
" Thank you. "
Leaving the staff room, the pair marched through the school, while Monet affirmed.
"You know... it's not common for a student to be able to enroll in a school, during the year, and manage to get a scholarship! But from what I could see, your results schools are exemplary."
" Thanks a lot. "
"By any chance, have you ever heard of this school?" Asked Monet.
"A little." Nami confessed. "It is reputed to be the best school in the region! But I admit that I don't know the details."
"Don't worry." Monet assured her, with a comforting smile. "All you need to know is that the students in your new class will be nice to you and have no trouble welcoming you into their midst."
" Really ? "
"Yes." Monet assured, stopping in front of a door. "Look."
At first surprised, Nami noticed that a sheet of paper had been taped to it, while some words had been written, while being surrounded by some hearts.
"Class 5... Happiness class?" the girl read.
"That's the nickname that was given to this class." Affirmed Monet. "Isn't it comforting for you to know that?"
"Huh...yes." Nami assured, while nevertheless feeling a bead of sweat appear behind her skull.
" It sounds a bit cheesy. "
However, preferring to keep this kind of comment to herself, Nami simply let Monet open the classroom door, before following her. Immediately, Nami tried again to look calm, despite feeling a score of people staring at her as she walked along the blackboard in the classroom.
" School is like a jungle. " Nami thought, thinking back to her friends she had at her old school. " To adapt quickly, you have to be able to analyze each person in a class and know who is who. "
"As I announced to you last week, our class will now have a new student." Monet declared, stepping behind her desk. "Nami, I'll let you introduce yourself."
" Don't be silly. " Nami thought, turning to the class. " Don't be antisocial, stupid, or corny. "
Finally, opting for just a small smile, she said.
"A lot, my name is Nami! I am delighted to be part of your class and I hope we will get along well."
Nonetheless, staring at the students in front of her, Nami felt a strange shiver run through her. In front of her, no sound was heard. No one moved or smiled at her. The girls in front of her just stared at her, as if Nami was nothing but a sideshow.
" Did I miss? " she wondered.
Smiling, for her part, Monet indicated an empty place to her, at the back of the class, while declaring.
"The chair in the last row, window side is free! You can sit there."
"A…Aye." Nami said, still somewhat uneasy.
But before going to sit down, Monet called someone.
"Belo Betty...I'm counting on you, as a delegate, to show her around the establishment."
Looking at the purple haired girl, Nami saw her just nod without saying a word.
" What's this vibe? " Nami wondered, going to sit down. " Happiness class? Those girls look like antisocial to me. "
Sighing, she thought of her life at her old high school, where most of her friends were boys, all of whom had one thing in common: they were loud. Nami had adapted to this school lifestyle, as she usually policed her group of friends to prevent the boys from destroying the school.
Being in such a quiet, all-girl class was a drastic change, and she wondered if her old lifestyle was the reason she found the atmosphere strange.
" I'm new here! It's normal for others to analyze me to find out who I am. "
As she walked to her chair, she gave discreet glances around her, to spot the people who interested her.
" To integrate as quickly as possible, I must identify the outcasts of the class and the dominant people, and never associate with them! Generally, all it takes is a misunderstanding with a dominant girl to be rejected by the whole class! If I want a normal life, I just have to date 'normal' girls. "
Finally, sitting down, she turned to the girl next to her, who seemed to just be reading a book without caring what was going on around her. This girl had long black hair, white skin and blue eyes. Analyzing her for a few seconds, Nami noticed that she also had some bandages on her face and neck, while the book she was reading seemed to have been crumpled up.
"Huh...hello."
Nami got no response.
" Nice to meet you. "
" Don't talk to me. " Her neighbor ordered her.
" Huh ? "
"Don't talk to me." Her neighbor ordered her, glaring at her.
Freezing for a moment, Nami kept her smile, while a vein of anger appeared on her forehead. Then, while her neighbor resumed her reading, she laid her head on her hands, lamenting.
" I ran into the wrong person! Is this your happiness class? Are the teachers blind or what? "
Throwing another look at her neighbor, she analyzed her in detail.
" Wounds to the face... book in poor condition... bad character... I don't know if it's an antisociable bully or a victim. "
Either way, not wanting to associate with her, Nami already knew not to try to become friends with her.
" I'm going to take his advice and ignore him. " The redhead thought, taking her books out of her bag.
Having barely seen Monet leave the classroom, at the end of class, Nami heard someone coming towards her.
" Nami-san ... "
Turning her gaze, the redhead saw a girl with blue hair, giving her a radiant smile.
"Hi! Hope you like it here."
Finding herself almost blinded by her wide smile, Nami thought that this might be her chance to start a first relationship in this class.
" Thanks a lot. "
"I hear you're from the Eastern Province! Are you from a big city?"
"Not at all! My village can be considered rural! There isn't much there.! Nothing to do with a town like this."
"Princess, what are you talking about with the news?" Another girl asked, approaching the pair.
"Princess?" Nami wondered, looking at the blue-haired girl. " It's your name ? "
"Not at all! That's the nickname I've been given here." She asserted, feeling somewhat embarrassed. "My name is Vivi! Nefertari Vivi."
"Here we have a princess and also a prince." A girl assured, while pointing at someone.
Being surrounded by several people, a girl with turquoise hair also attracted attention around her.
"This is Hiyori Kozuki! She has a great personality and a lot of success."
"Huh? Kozuki..." Nami repeated, being sure she'd heard that name somewhere before.
Looking at Hiyori for several seconds, she suddenly met the gaze of a girl with white hair, who was right next to her. Being tall and quite intimidating, the white-haired girl moved closer to Hiyori, while motioning for Nami to stop staring at her.
Immediately, Nami looked away.
"This person seems to have a super creepy bodyguard."
" Nami ... "
Approaching her, the class representative affirmed.
"Come on, I'll show you around the school."
Surprised, Nami noticed that Belo Betty had taken advantage of Monet's absence to put a pair of sunglasses in front of her eyes. Hiding his bored gaze, Belo went to expect Nami who had to get up at full speed to follow her.
Seeing the duo pass in front of her, a girl with pink hair stared at Nami, while showing some contempt in her gaze.
"A problem, Perona?" Asked Vivi.
"No, nothing." The other girl said.
"Here is the Chemistry room." Belo affirmed. "And down the hall is the infirmary."
Continuing to walk without making the slightest stop, the class representative forced Nami to follow her, while drawing a map of the school on a notebook. Feeling more veins of anger appear on her forehead, the redhead thought.
"If you don't want to do your job well, don't be your class representative."
"Our class is on a different floor than the other first graders." Belo announced. "Remember everything I tell you and be careful not to make a mistake."
"I'll try." Nami said.
"Do you have any questions?" Belo questioned, while seeming to hope that Nami didn't have any.
"Just...happiness class...is it common in this school for every class to have a nickname like this? No, it's because ours is an excellence class! Like you must know, this school brings together many girls who will become the elite of society! The school has grouped them in our class, while adding those who have the best academic results. "
"So this school refuses that these kind of girls hang out with 'normal' girls." Nami stated.
"It's normal! For years, many girls like them have been harassed by others because they were jealous of their grades or prestige! To avoid this, a separation was made. "
" Separation... " Nami thought. " I especially feel that this class serves to highlight us compared to others. "
"Honestly, I must admit that I was a little uncomfortable during my presentation." Nami confessed. "The other girls seemed to be staring at me a bit strangely! As for my neighbor, she..."
"Beware of Nico Robin." Belo ordered her, stopping.
" Huh ? "
"Nico Robin... she's your neighbor! I advise you not to hang out with her."
" Why ? "
"She's dangerous."
" Huh ? "
" Dangerous? "
Her visit being over, Nami was again seated in her place, while she couldn't help but look discreetly at the person sitting next to her. Still reading her book, Robin didn't seem to have moved an inch since she left, let alone opened her mouth to say a word.
If she hadn't been so disagreeable this morning, Nami might have thought that Robin was just a quiet person who was reading in silence. However, Belo's words seemed to prove otherwise.
"So, he's the person I shouldn't date."
Still, staring at her things, Nami couldn't help but notice that they were in bad shape.
"For a person who loves to read so much...why do his books seem to be so torn and scribbled?"
Unknowingly, Nami was beginning to have doubts that 'Happiness Class' was the best nickname for this class.
Over the next few days, Nami had started to bond with some of the girls in the class, while preferring not to worry about Robin.
"Nami…" Called her a blonde-haired girl. "Do you want to eat in the cafeteria with me?"
"I'm coming, Conis." Nami assured her, getting up from her chair.
However, barely had the duo time to leave the class that a person appeared between them, before passing her arms around their shoulders.
"Hey, don't leave me alone." Valentine said, giving them a big silence. "I too am coming to eat with you."
Returning her smile, Nami tried to be as pleasant as possible. Yet, she still had a hard time getting used to this school and her new 'friends'.
Conis seemed nice to Nami. Nevertheless, having analyzed her, when the two girls were not together, Nami had noticed that the blonde was often alone and seemed to simply want to seek Nami's company to escape her own loneliness.
As for Valentine, Nami felt like the second blonde's smile was somewhat...forced. She used to incrust herself among the duo and invite herself to eat with them or whatever.
Still, Nami kept silent about her doubts. As long as she was accompanied, she knew the rest of the class wouldn't see her as a weird girl, and that was the most important thing.
"By the way, Nami! Isn't hard to be sit next to that girl ?" Valentine asked her.
" Huh ? "
"I'm talking about Robin! After all, everyone knows she's a problem girl! And that's why everyone prefers to avoid her! She doesn't scare you."
"Not really." Nami replied. "To be honest, I don't think we've spoken more than twice since I came to this class."
" Me, just her face gives me chills. " Confirmed Valentine, with a big mocking smile. "She makes you want to kill us! Right, Conis?"
Seeming suddenly uncomfortable, Conis lowered her gaze a little, before nodding her head slowly.
" Yes ... you're right. "
And again, Nami found the duo's behavior very strange. Valentine seemed to openly criticize Robin for making the redhead look bad, while Conis seemed to prefer to keep quiet and just nod.
And looking at Conis' face, Nami couldn't help but wonder if her insecurity was due to some shyness...or some guilt due to hiding some truth.
"This class...I don't like it."
Having enjoyed being alone in the bathroom, Nami sighed as she tried to calm her anxiety.
The redhead had tried…again and again…and yet, she couldn't get rid of the bad feeling she had inside her. Finally, finding no other ideas, she ends up taking her phone.
Then, just waiting for a few seconds, a young man's face appeared on the phone screen.
" HEY, NAMI! " Luffy shouted, flashing a big grin at the redhead.
But immediately, the boy's face got hit by a foot, before being replaced by the face of a blond.
" NAMI-SWAN...so glad to see you again. "
" Shut up. " growled a voice, which Nami recognized as Zoro's.
" Do you have a problem, Mosshead? " Sanji roared, disappearing from the screen.
Instead, he was replaced by Usopp and Chopper.
" Yo, Nami! Glad to see you're okay. "
And finally, Franky, Brook and Jinbe introduced themselves.
" How is your life at your new school? "
Unable to help smiling again, seeing them greeting her or arguing, Nami felt her anxiety disappear. She had always been the only girl in this group of people, who had always been singled out as troublemakers and constantly got her into trouble. But nevertheless, they were the ones who had welcomed Nami and with whom she had always felt confident, while she had never known more honest people than them.
They were her true friends.
"I'm fine." She assured. "I just wanted to say 'hello' to you.
" You are so lucky to be in this school. " Sanji affirmed, almost crying. " I too would like to become a girl to be where you are. "
" Dumbass. "
" Sometimes it's hard to make friends quickly. " Jinbe affirmed. " If you have trouble getting used to it, call us and we'll give you some advice. "
Chuckling, Nami affirmed.
"I think you're the last people I would ask for that kind of advice."
Talking with them for a few minutes, Nami regained her zest for life, and declared.
"The break is almost over! I have to leave you."
" Hey, Nami ... "
Staring at her rather strangely, Luffy questioned her.
" Are you okay? "
Surprised that he suspects that something is bothering her, Nami forced herself to smile more, before declaring.
" Yes ... everything is fine. "
And before giving him time to say anything, she turned off her cell phone, before sighing.
"He's stupid...but also incredibly insightful."
Then, about to leave the restroom, Nami froze, hearing a snort. Surprised, she turned towards the cabins of the toilets, and ended up seeing a large puddle of water extending under the door of one of the cabins which was ajar.
"Huh?" she wondered, approaching.
Then opening the cabin, she couldn't hide her surprise, seeing Robin sitting on the cabin's toilet, while her whole body was soaked, and the book she was reading was no more than a set of pages that had been torn out and now lay on the floor.
" Robin ? "
The young girl remained silent and only lowered her gaze, so as not to show her shameful face.
