"Alright, that's it for today, you two." said a woman in her mid twenties with red and orange hair, known as Clarissa Turner, to the boys, both with silver hair, but with different styles of hair, as they picked up their bookbags, books, pencils and pencil cases as they began to walk out of the room, "I hope you two have a great day."

"You too Miss Turner!" said the two boys as they walked out of the room, but not until a man with bushy green hair and orange glasses entered from the other room.

"And don't forget to learn the differences between DNA and RNK!" the man shouted, also known as Dr. Genome as from the other room a man with blue hair and a small circle beard looked at his friend.

"Are you still bitter about that? It has been a week since you taught them that." said the man known as Aso Faust as Genome rolled his eyes.

"Well if you are a proud scientist that loves dissecting DNA and learning about them to every detail, you too would be angered by the fact that they don't know the differences." said Genome as he looked at his friend as Aso and Clarissa rolled their eyes at the sound of him talking about that.

Sure they respected him and cared for him, but he was slightly annoying with the whole DNA thing.

They did notice the two boys waving them goodbyes so they returned the favour.

The two boys continued walking away from the boat that their three 'teachers', or to be more specific, older brother/sister figures that are friends with one of the boys' father lived on and did their research about AIs or continued working as doctors.

The first boy was slightly younger than the other, around only 2 to 3 years older. He had silver gray hair with light blue eyes. He wears a grey jacket, white shirt, black pants and brown shirt. His name was Specter.

His story was rough, to say the least. Ever since he was born, his own parents abandoned him and the only real good parental figure he ever had was a tree of all things that protected him from the weather and wild animals. Not only that, when he was found and rescued, he was put in an orphanage that was the most miserable part of his life.

Not a single person wanted to be with him, be friends with him, play or even just acknowledge him when he was there to the point that he ran towards the tree that protected him everyday, until he was captured.

He was awoken to a room with nothing but a VR headset, a duel disk and a bed as he soon realized that he needed to win duels to even get food, but if they lost the duel they would be electrocuted and smashed into the wall.

Most children would be traumatized to even be in that room for a day, but poor Specter had to be in there for 6 months, but for some reason. He loved it. Every second of it because it was the only time he would be awoken to the joys of someone actually wanting to play for him, sometimes even forgetting that he would get food if he won a duel.

But when he was released from the incident, now that he knows the person beside him did it, it was going down the drain. The only time he would get anyone's attention was gone, and was replaced by people being the nicest they could ever be as he knew it was fake as they all felt pity, and the worst part of it all was the tree that was there for him when he needed it the most…

…was gone.

When he tried to run back into the facility to have the fun he would always have again, but to his shock, the facility that Specter was in, was closed, but that didn't mean it was over for his fun as he saw the boy that 'saved' him and now became his brother figure, Ryoken Kogami.

The other boy, Ryoken Kogami, had small gray hair with purple and blue highlights on the middle of his hair as he had light blue eyes. He currently wears a white buttoned shirt, black trousers and brown shoes. A little known fact is that he was the only son of the famous doctor, inventor and a member of the best company for the virtual world of Link VRAINS, Kiyoshi Kogami, where his mother tragically died during childbirth.

And such, he was the most popular person in his school and the popularity was too much for the little Ryoken with too many fake friends only there for his popularity and being chased by them.

Which was the reason why he was homeschooled by Kiyoshi's three great friends that helped him in a certain project, Clarissa Turner, Aso Faust and Genome Kirimoto, which all taught him, and then Specter, all the necessary parts of school like History, Math and English.

He, Specter and his father all lived in a massive house with the perfect view of the Stardust Road that had living rooms that were just empty spaces that had some furniture that was about it. Sure he was rich, but he wasn't spoiled and he was quite humble about his money.

Ryoken's life was normal and so was his love and respect for his father the same, but there was this one day when he heard about his father talking to Genome, Clarissa and Aso talking about their project in a warehouse and then followed them. His eyes widened as he saw 6 children, 5 boys and 1 girl, all dueling as only one of them fully enjoyed the project.

They were electrocuted, thrown to the walls and some almost starved when they were doing nothing but failing. It was sick to watch.

His respect for them has dropped down immensely as he decided to ran to the speakers, and tried to motivate all of them by giving them 3 reasons not to stop and keep on going even if it is impossible.

As he continued to watch the footage, he couldn't watch anymore as he grabbed his phone and called the police, to which they got to the warehouse. Not one member was caught and arrested as they brought the kids to safety as one of them was scared for no reason.

Most of his days since then have been spent researching about the children that were in the 'Lost Incident' and learning about them. One was living with his grandparents, 2 in an orphanage, 2 with their parents and one was in a mental hospital, not talking at all even to his older brother.

His thoughts about trying to get all of them, even his good friend Specter, getting immense therapy as he knew that they needed it, especially Jin Kolter.

His thoughts were ruined as Specter nudged him on the side. Ryoken glanced at him as he saw him pointing at a hot dog stand by the name of Cafe Nom. "Shall I buy some or…?"

Ryoken shook his head as he walked towards the hot dog stand, he wasn't really good with social interactions, "No, you can go home as I buy them. Okay?" he asked as Specter nodded.

He walked off as Ryoken approached the hot dog stands and saw the 19 year old purple haired man with a small chin beard with gray eyes grilling some hot dogs, he was known as Cal Kolter.

The owner looked at Ryoken and smiled, "Hello, bud. So what can I get to you today?" he asked as Ryoken held up 3 fingers.

"Three hot dogs with everything, please." he said as Cal nodded as he took out three hot dogs and a lot of toppings that was going to be a mess to clean after.

"Alright! Three hot dogs with everything, coming right up!" he said as he placed the dogs on the grill and started cooking them all.

Ryoken walked towards the chairs and sat on one of them as he looked at the beautiful Stardust Road. It was one of the most beautiful oceans ever seen on the planet, and the sheer image of seeing it once was something that never left his brain.

It only comes once in a lifetime, and when he was very little, he saw the road for the first, and most likely, only time of his life. No words on the planet could describe it, and he always likes to have a hot dog ready to watch it, not even mattering if it is pitch black outside during the night.

It was also one of the last times when he properly spent quality time with his father, even before learning about the incident. But right now he was too busy researching the AIs that both he and SOL Tech created.

His thoughts were cut as he heard his phone vibrate as he picked it up and saw the contact that was 'Father' and he saw a text that read, "I want you to come to my office. This is important."

Ryoken shrugged it off as he heard Cal saying, "Alright! Three hot dogs with everything are finished!"

Ryoken stood up, took out his wallet and placed at the counter as he took the bag as he had something in his mind to say, "Do they have marshmallows on them?" he asked in a polite tone as Cal was confused by the question, but had to answer anyway.

"Uhm…no?" That's all that he could say at the moment.

Ryoken turned around and began walking towards his house as he glanced at Cal, "Then they technically don't have everything."

Kolter looked at him funny, but laughed, "Yeah, I guess you are right, bud."

Ryoken continued walking towards his house, more like a mansion, waved towards the gardeners and entered the house. It was empty at the big house, like usual, as he strolled around to see his father.

He saw Specter doing his homework and then placed the hot dogs on the table, to which the Sunavalon player took one and began eating it.

Specter thanked him as the Borrel player nodded as he went into his father's office.

The room was filled with computer screens. Ranging from small to huge with a variety of colours as it is impressive that someone hasn't had a seizure just by being in this room for more than 2 minutes. Ryoken then saw in the middle of the room the person he needed to talk to, or the person that wanted to talk to him.

His father, Kiyoshi Kogami. The man had purple hair with a purple circle beard, wearing a lab coat that every scientist wears, but at the end of the sleeves and pockets were red, as was his shirt with a red outline, but everything else about the shirt and pants were black.

"So, father. What do you need that is important?" asked Ryoken as Kiyoshi turned to his son as he knew it was serious.

Kiyoshi sighed as he waved for his son to go closer towards him, "Ryoken. What I am about to tell you is secretive and should stay in this room."

Ryoken raised an eyebrow at the words of his father. "Father, why do you mean by that?" he asked as the expression of his father darkened.

"What I mean by that is…" he walked towards the door and closed it so no one could hear their conversation, "...the fate of all humanity."

Ryoken's eyes widened, "What do you mean by that, father?" he asked his father as he was silent for a few seconds as he asked him a question.

"Do you remember the Lost Incident?" asked Kiyoshi as Ryoken narrowed his eyes.

"You mean that project where you kidnap children out of their homes, away from their family, locked into a room with nothing but a duel disk and a bed, which they had to duel for the food, which then I had to rescue them. How could I?" Ryoken gripped his fist, remembering how enraged he was at his own dad doing that to 6 innocent children that haven't done anything wrong.

Kiyoshi sighed, knowing the dangers of the Lost Incident and how traumatizing it was for the children involved. "I am sorry that I brought it up, I know how angry you are, I would too if I was you, but I had brought it up because of the product." Ryoken looked at his father, "Or should I say products?"

"I know about that part of the project. When dueling, the child creates an AI program that has free will, known as Ignis, I presume?" he asked as Kiyoshi nodded.

"That's right. And you also might know that it wasn't just 1 Ignis being created, but instead 6 of them, one for each Lost child. From all of the attributes the Ignis were created. Fire, Water, Wind, Earth, Dark and even," Kiyoshi gritted his teeth, "the Light one."

"Of course I do know that information, but why is this important for humanity's safety?" Ryoken asked as Kiyoshi started the biggest computer that was in front of them.

"Well, when they were created, they were used to fix all of humanity's problems that were too complex for humans, and the idea worked amazingly." Kiyoshi finished his password as they saw the background as he continued on, "Too well, I have to say. So I did what I thought was necessary."

Kiyoshi clicked the icon and saw the 6 Ignis and some graphs, "I did simulations on whatever the Ignis and the humans could coexist. Since they would be better than us in almost every other way, but they have massive number disadvantage. I did thousands, millions, billions, maybe even trillions of simulations."

"If I may ask…what are the results?" Ryoken looked at the program and saw the percentage of the chances of them coexisting.

It was 0%.

"A zero percent?! That means that-"

"Humans and Ignis could not coexist." said Kiyoshi as his eyes were shadowed by his bangs of hair. "All of the outcomes come out to one outcome. The end of humanity."

Ryoken covered his mouth and took a step back. This can't be! This couldn't have been possible!

After everything they have suffered from! Jin, Yusaku, Theodore, Specter, Miyu and Seigen.

All of them suffered to create these Ignis, only for them to betray mankind!?

He grabbed his duel disk out of frustration, but Kiyoshi stopped him, "Ryoken, wait. I wasn't finished."

Ryoken took a deep breath as he looked at his dad, "Fine, go ahead. Sorry for the outburst."

"You are forgiven, Ryoken. Now let me finish what I was about to tell you. When I found out that, I told everyone at SOL Tech that we should stop them before it gets too late, but they either laughed at me or just ignored my calls, calling me delusional that they would ever harm the humans as they were just a peaceful race." said Kiyoshi as Ryoken was confused on what his father just said.

"Then how would they destroy us if they were peaceful?" asked Ryoken as Kiyoshi pulled out another program to show graphs that were more positive than the other one.

"That was a thought that I had when they told me that, and then I used all of the date from the Cyberse, which I was able to since I was their creator of, to look up all possibilities and did a different method of doing the possibilites." said Kiyoshi as he didn't lie about gaining information about the Cyberse.

Only he and his son were able to even go to Cyberse without any problems as they had the precise coding of all the Ignis.

"I decided to change on how I did the simulations since, unlike the others, the Light Ignis wasn't as friendly as the others and was more intelligent than most humans. So I decided to use the individual Ignis, rather than just group them up." that interested Ryoken since the first one was a decent idea.

He thought they would group up and attack the humans, but that idea wasn't as good as seeing how the individual ones would do and the results were shocking to say the least as he saw 3 of 6 Ignis having a perfect 100% chance of coexisting with humans.

"A 100% for the Dark, Fire and Water Ignis? Those are perfect chances, that means that half of them wouldn't group up and destroy humanity." said Ryoken as his father nodded.

"Correct as they are perfect for coexisting with other humans since they are the most wanting to see their partners, so to say at least." Kiyoshi then tapped a key as the Earth Ignis appeared with a 99% chance of coexistence.

"99 percent? Those are great odds, but not a 100% chance." said Ryoken as Kiyoshi said to his son.

"Yes that may be, but they are better than the Wind and Light Ignis' results." Kiyoshi then tapped a button to see the Wind Ignis with a 98% chance of coexistence.

It was weird seeing the Wind Ignis having 2% chance of not coexistence, but what confused Ryoken was the results of the Light Ignis as he then saw the chance, which was a 0% chance of coexistence.

"A 0 chance? How could that be?" Ryoken asked as Kiyoshi's eyes darkened as he narrowed his eyes at the Light Ignis.

"I do not know, Ryoken. The fact that the Light Ignis has a 0 chance of existing alongside the humans, is not the worst part." Ryoken turned to his father at the sounds of that. It gets worse?!

He then saw all of the graphs from the other Ignis as they were then destroyed by the Light Ignis.

"What. Just. Happened?" asked Ryoken as Kiyoshi dropped his head.

"What you just saw was the hope of coexistence with the other humans with the other Ignis as it would, more or less, reprogram them to do his bidding." explained Kiyoshi as Ryoken realized what that would happen to the rest of the human race and the Ignis.

"So no matter how big the chance of coexisting with the Ignis, the Light Ignis would make coexistence with the humans impossible." said Ryoken as Kiyoshi nodded along.

"That's right, Ryoken, and it is the only reason why coexistence with the Ignis would be impossible."

"So what I am getting the information is that if I eradicate the Light Ignis before it harms the other Ignis, all of humanity and the Ignis will be saved." theorized Ryoken as he grabbed his duel disk.

"Correct, but whatever you d-" his eyes widened as he saw his son placing his duel disk on his arm, "Ryoken no! Stop! I was only warning you about the Light Ignis, not to attack it!"

"Father, as much as I respect your decision of keeping me safe, however I have 3 reasons why I will fight the Light Ignis." He brought out his hand as he raised a finger, "One: I can't risk the safety of the other Ignis being destroyed, and such coexistence is essential for every human on the planet. Two: The chances of the Light Ignis attacking the other humans and Ignis is too high for me, or you, to ignore. And finally three:..."

He stopped for a moment as he raised his other hand, "It is my destiny to destroy this Ignis and save every living life form on the planet." said Ryoken as he stopped counting and his father gave him a worried expression.

"Ryoken, I love that you want to save everyone, but I can't allow that. You are the only family I have left and seeing you being deleted would be the worst thing that would feel for me." said Kiyoshi as Ryoken placed his hand on his shoulder.

"Don't worry, father. I will defeat that Ignis. I have upgraded my deck to its fullest." said Ryoken as his father looked at him.

"Just return home, okay?" said Kiyoshi as Ryoken nodded.

"I will." He walked away a couple of meters as he shouted, "It's Time To Link Into The Vrains!"

At The Cyberse

The Light Ignis, a small digital humanoid being that was as soft as marshmallows with yellow skin, dark yellow eyes and even darker yellow prism markings all over his body, stood there waiting for the rest of the Ignises to show up. He was in his own part of the Cyberse that the Wind Ignis created since he was the best at creating places, which was the strongest trait of him as well as creating new data.

In fact, every one of the Ignises were fantastic at something over the others. The Water Ignis has great lie detecting skills, Earth Ignis had immense strength, Fire Ignis was the one with the unbreakable willpower and even the Dark Ignis had great data consumption, instinct and, the most shocking part, wisdom despite him being the laziest one of them, even when Wind Ignis was is the more prankster type of Ai.

He on the other hand possibly had the strongest unique trait. He was the smartest out of all them, thinking about things that are illogical therefore shouldn't be in consideration, immense speed and the most powerful trait to have, reprogramming.

What's even more unique is that all of them had different personalities, types of monsters and looks. Light Ignis was assertive and arrogant, Water Ignis was kind, Earth Ignis was wise, but at the same time, socially awkward to the point that he tells to the AIs that he knew for years that he is socially awkward, Fire Ignis was blunt, but a caring friend, Dark Ignis was the laziest one and Wind Ignis was more of a prankster more than anything.

It was normal for the Ignises to focus on the attribute that they all based on. Fire had Salamangreat, Earth had G Golem, Water had Marincess, Wind had Stormrider and Dark had Code Talkers, while no one really knew about Light's deck style.

The reason why the Light Ignis was waiting for the rest of the Ignises, was for one reason. He knew what Dr. Kogami was doing, he knew about how if he was erased from existence everything would be the same, but he wouldn't let him do that.

Not in a million years will he let a human out best the leader of the Ignises. The strongest one of them all. He will not let him, or any human let him kill him, even if it was to sacrifice his fellow Ignises, but that didn't matter since all he had to do was store them into a perfect being.

Even if they send their strongest duelist here, they won't be expecting a Link Spell card.

If a human is willingly going to duel him, then he would play along with them just like he did to his originator.

His thoughts were broken as he heard the Dark Ignis yelling, "Yo! Sorry we are late, Light! We were trying to get Fire here, but he was too stubborn with his Salamangreats!" The Dark Ignis said as the rest of the Ignis looked at him, disappointingly. He had the same look as Light Ignis, but his skin was black, his markings were purple and his eyes were yellow.

"Dark, don't lie. You were playing around with Linkuriboh and Linguriboh." said the Water Ignis, which to Light, was the biggest pain since she thinks that humans and Ignis could coexist. She had large hips, two ponytails on her head, her skin was light blue, her markings were blue and her eyes were a light purple.

"Yeah, Dark. You know…it is rude…to lie." said the Earth Ignis which was, what the humans would call, a gentle giant. He was one of the nicest ones and one of the most gentle of the Ignis, and it was obvious that he had a crush on the Water Ignis. He was the tallest one, with much bigger artificial muscles than the other Ignis would have, as his skin is orange, his markings are a deeper shade of orange and his eyes were blue.

"Even if I was stubborn in creating one of my monsters, at least I create them more than once a month." said the Fire Ignis as he crossed his arms together. He was the most blunt out of them, but is a loyal Ignis and a friend that will help them in any means as long as they don't hurt his friends in the process. His skin was dark red, his markings were red and his eyes were yellow.

"Hmm, yes I have to agree with my pal, friend, amigo Fire with this one, Dark. The last time you created a monster was 2 335 678 seconds ago, give or take a couple of nanoseconds, but yeah around that number." said the Wind Ignis in a fast motion as he was a really fast talker. He was one of the only ones that the Light Ignis could actually stand. His skin was light green, his markings were dark green and his eyes were purple.

Dark Ignis dropped his head. "Why are you so mean to me?" he asked the other Ignis.

All attention was then directed towards the Light Ignis as he began, "Ahh, don't worry, my friends, I was expecting all of you to arrive later due to Dark's child-like behavior." he ignored Dark's HEY!, as he continued, "But there is a reason why I needed to see all of you here."

That intrigued the Ignises as Light, despite being the leader of the Ignis, was usually a person that likes to keep it to himself. That was a reason why no one knows his deck that he created.

"You see, my friends, I did some simulations on all of our compatibility with the humans for each and every one of us." Light said as he walked closer and closer to the other Ignis.

"Then what…did you found…out about all of us?" asked Earth as Light answered his question.

"Well, my friend, I found out how almost all of us can coexist with the humans." Light pointed a finger at the Water Ignis as he then pointed at Fire and Dark, "You three have a 100% chance of coexisting with the humans."

"That's extremely good news." said Water as Dark boasted his percent towards Fire, like he was a student boasting about how he did with his test.

"Look at that, Fire! I have 100%! How do you feel about that?" asked Dark as Fire rolled his eyes as he looked at his friend.

"Dark, we share the same percentage."

"Oh yeah."

Light's finger then stopped towards Earth, "For you, my friend, you have a 99% chance of coexistence."

Earth nodded his head as he wasn't really good at communicating with others.

"And then, Wind, you have a 98% chance of coexisting with humans." said Light as his finger stopped at Wind.

"Of course, of course that would happen! I love messing, playing, pranking around with everyone, despite me caring for them!" Wind Ignis proudly exclaimed.

"So what did you get Light? 97? 96? 95%?" asked Dark as everyone looked at Light, also curious, not to boast, but to know about their leader. This has to be important if they all have to be there. "Come on, spill the beans! I won't make fun of you if you have less than a 90%."

"Dark, I think you should stop comparing this as if you are comparing tests, and more like our plan on coexistence." said Fire as the rest of the Ignis nodded with that.

"Oh, sorry."

"There is no need, my friend. My chance of coexistence is…" every Ignis leaned in, "A 0 percent chance."

"What?!"

"You gotta be kidding."

"Oh I am not, my friend. You see, all of you can freely exist alongside with the humans, but me on the other hand, can not. And I alone can not let that happen for the survival of all Ignis." said Light as Earth looked at him.

"But isn't there…something else that…we can do…fix that?" he asked as Light shook his friend.

"I am afraid not, my friend, as I ran millions of simulations of you trying to change me, but the survival of me living is still 0%. Since there are 6 of us, taking away one of them would leave only 83,34 percent, which is still good, but not logical if they want to coexist." said Light as he began to walk forward, back where he was going as Water asked him something.

"Then, what would be the best thing to do?" Water asked him.

"There is one thing that we could do," Light stopped where he was going, turned around and placed one finger as a beam was shown to it, "I could only just make all of you do my bidding."

"Wait, hold on! What are you trying to do?" asked Fire at the words of his fellow Ignis.

"Me? I am only doing this so we could only survive from all of them, my friend. Destroying all of humanity is our only chance of survival if you want all of us to live." said Light as Wind was shocked at the words.

"Woah, woah, woah! Chill, chill, chill! You don't have to do that to us, I mean we are friends right? There has to be a much nicer, better, simpler solution rather than this!" yelled out Wind as Light shook his head.

"I am sorry, but there is no other way than this. Any other solution is illogical than this one." from Light's finger appeared lightning, stronger than before as Dark yelled at him.

"So you are planning to kill us?!" he shouted at the Light Ignis as he shook his head.

"Kill is such a strong word. Think of it as more like…" He narrowed his eyes, "...reprograming." he shot the beam at the other Ignis, who covered themselves to protect themselves from the blast.

Light shook his head as he said, "There is nothing that I can't expect."

But then, as like an angel to all of the Ignis, sans Light, a strong beacon of light appeared towards the other Ignis that stopped the beam going any further. The Ignis thanked whatever god there was as a figure appeared on his knees inside the beacon.

"Were you expecting this?" asked the figure as he opened his gray eyes. The figure had a helmet that only covered his face, with glass around his eyes. On the front of his head, his hair was red, but on the back side, his hair was gray. He had earrings that were that of actual bullets.

The jumpsuit that he wore was very white. He had a v-line belt around his shoulder that were green. He wore a jacket that was white, green and black and the lower part was like a cape of some sorts. He had long red gloves that were white with some parts of it red, with a duel disk on the left arm. He wore a golden belt buckle, with the sides of that being bullets. The lower parts of his jumpsuit was white, with red parts around his knees and red, green and black parts around his shoes. He stood up and grinned.

"Oh my various Gods! It's…It's…I actually do not know who that is." said Dark as he looked at the other Ignis that didn't try to kill him, "Do you guys know who that is?"

"I am afraid not."

"No."

"Nope, natta, zip, no way Jose." said Fire, Earth and Wind all at the same time.

Water approached their saviour, "Uhm sir." their saviour looked at the only female Ignis, "Who are you if I may ask?" Light stayed quiet as the person turned around.

"Who I am? I am Doctor Kogami's son, Ryoken Kogami," the man said as the rest of the Ignis, sans Light, widened their eyes at the sound of their creator's son being in front of them and saving them, "But you can call me Varis."

"Varis, my friend, so why are you here?" asked the Light Ignis as Varis turned around.

"You should cut the innocent Light Ignis, both of us know why you are here." Varis' eyes narrowed at the threat of all humans and Ignis.

"Oh? So you know about your father's simulation, huh?" Varis nodded as Light walked away from him, "Well, I know that this may sound illogical to you, but what I am doing is beneficial for the survival of all Ignis."

"By killing them?" Varis calmly stated as the rest of the Ignis stayed quiet.

"Like I said, kill is such a strong word. I was merely programming them so they wouldn't do such idiotic decisions such as coexisting with you." Light stated.

"But by your logic, it is illogical to take such drastic measures if you want them to do your bidding is it? Or are you scared that you're the only reason why humans and Ignis can't coexist?" said Varis as Light gripped his hand as he stopped where he was going as now he was a decent distance from him for a duel.

"So you are saying that Ignis and humans can't coexist?"

"No, I am saying that they can coexist if you are removed from the picture." said Varis as the rest of the Ignis were shocked at the words.

"Wait, are you planning to kill him?!"

"That shouldn't be the only way to do this!"

"Come on, Varus! Sure he tried to harm us, but he is still one of us!"

Varis calmly looked at the other Ignis, "Sorry to disappoint all of you, but this has to be done for coexistence. He tried to reprogram you so none of you could coexist with humans, so is it wise to let him live so he could still harm us? Not just humans, but also you." he said in a calm manner as the rest of the Ignis dropped their heads at the words from Varis.

It was true, without him, Ignis and humans could coexist and there would be no war if he wasn't around, but he was still one of them.

"So you managed to convince them, but tell me. How should we do this?" Light said as Varis narrowed his eyes, already knowing what he was about to say, "Oh wait, I know. How about a Master Duel?"

Varis sighed as he began, "Fine, we will do this in a Master Duel, but let me tell you one thing." Every Ignis looked at him, "I have entered the stage of Destiny! For the lives of all humans and Ignis, I will kill you!" he pointed at the Light Ignis who was the only one not phased, "Prepare yourself, Light Ignis."

"Oh? Really, Varis? Since you should know that you should never keep a promise that you can't keep, but let's see how long you will survive." said Light Ignis as both of them looked at each other.

They then yelled at the same time, "Duel!/Duel!"

Light Ignis: 4000 lp

VS

Varis: 4000 lp

TO BE CONTINUED!

Authors Note:

Alright, my two shot is finished. I know that this is different from the usual stuff I post, but I wanted to try something different since I never really wrote something like this before.

When I watched Varis Vs Lightning an Idea popped out of my head, and thought to myself, what if Kiyoshi did research of all of them as separate beings? So I decided to make this.

I did some canon changing things like Aso, Genome and Clarissa all living together on a boat since I wanted to combine Season 1 and 2 elements, and them being homeschooled and Specter living together is simply a headcanon I made. Seigen is an OC I plan on using in my future Vrains Rewrite, so look forward to that one.

I decided to use Varis' second Avatar look since it is my personal favourite one.

I already wrote the duel and it will take sometime to write it all since it is a Vrains duel we are talking about and it is using most of their decks to the fullest.

I think that is all, thank all of you and stay tuned.

See ya!
