The old vampire Kakistos is coming to America for the Summit with a surprise announcement.
The Watchers Council has been hunted down and exterminated like dogs. Two rogue members named Rupert Giles and Wesley Wyndham-Pryce are the only two left with the balls to do something about the world's condition.
With Sunnydale ignored by the Order of Aurelis, a pack of werewolves, run by a young man named "Oz" and his girlfriend Veruca overrun Sunnydale, leaving Mayor Richard Wilkens the 3rd no other option but to hire the latest Slayer, a woman named Faith, to stop them.
Unless Angelus Investigations gets to her first.
Bored with mindless killing, torturing and feeding, the most notorious vampire gang in history, the Whirlwind Gang, have turned to hunting down Slayers and the Watcher's Council for fun and money. Angelus, Spike, Darla, Drusilla, and Spike's protege, Harmony.
