Chapter 1
"Woohoo" Max called while he pulled himself along the wire rope which hung from the cliff to the helicopter although he had no right to be calling woohoo as he was dangling 500 feet above the ground and was only held onto the wire rope by a leather belt!!!
Everyone else (apart from Kai who was last) was already in the helicopter. Max was nearly a quarter of the way to the helicopter............ Nobody had noticed that Max's belt that was holding him was slowly loosening! Suddenly a high pitched scream echoed through the mountains! "MAX!" Kai shouted. Without hesitation Kai hooked his own belt onto the wire rope and started pulling himself towards Where max was clinging on for his life. Max was getting weaker and weaker he couldn't hold on much longer Finally Kai got to him and grabbed his hand the weight of Max was just about equal to his own but Kai could hold his own weight so he could probably hold Max. "please Kai don't let me fall!" Max whimpered "I don't want to die!" Kai couldn't belive he was hearing these words. He Never thought he would see one of the great blade-breakers in a state like this. Kai stared into Max's eyes Max was staring into his sharp grey eyes. He was slipping...... "no" Max whispered then he fell. Down. Down into the blackness below. Kai was still his arm still outstreached still staring into the spot where Max's eyes were, Just seconds before. He was never going to see those eyes again.

I do like max I just thought it would be more dramatic if he died so soz to all the Max fans out there
