IGNORANCE IS BLISS
Disclaimer: I do not own any characters, hell, I don't even mention their names, but it is inspired from them, and, yes, written for them.
Truth be blind A swallows tongue, A deceitful filth Unable t'be wrung
Behind a wall Of brick quite bold Lies hidden wealth, Though not of gold.
An eternal life Is to struggle within. The mind, how fragile, The heart, how thin.
A façade is our thoughts A mask is our eye. Our hidden desires Come out if one tries.
How thoughts of us Trail on t'wards death We repeat the question That lingers on breath.
We wish for release Through heavens swift wing But we will not have it Lest our wills sing
My final desire That they chance burry me Is that they do pray My soul to be free
I found in life Not a whisper of thought But what I do think Can never be taught
The true mystery Is that minds disappear But blissful ignorance Teaches how not to hear.
