Hello! And welcome to book 2 of The Legends of Galar! I'm pretty excited about this book because I never got this far. But I finally did it! I made it! Anyway I hope you all enjoy the first chapter! Please leave a comment!

A pink-haired girl, with her hair in ponytails giggles as she dances on the screen, smiling as she waves, "Good morning Spikemuth! This is Lovrina Prince. Traffic is snarled at Monway 1138 of Spikemuth's Above. I don't know if it's the heat, but phew!" she wipes her hand on her forehead, "Those Pokemon are acting crazy! And now for the Royal Raid news! The Spikemuth Honchkrow, Ottilie Cooper, is ranking up points for her team, blowing away the competition! In her last three games.

Spikemuth, lots of people would say, was not a place of interest. Lots of people would just come by as a quick stop on their way from Fyrien in Cricherstor Bay to Daobeth. And they don't stay long after healing their Pokemon at the Pokecenter. But what they don't know is that there is more above the city.

Hidden in the purple clouds of Dynamax energy that billow from other towns, was Spikemuth's Above. High above and held by metal bridges, the Above was the true heart of Spikemuth. Where many places like the Casino, Boutique, Hair Salon were. Along with the Stadium for Royal Raid matches were played. Along with the Pokemon HQ Lab where Aria now lived.

And not for the first time, Aria Potter was amazed at the difference of living in Surrey to living in Spikemuth's Above.

In Surrey, her Aunt and Uncle were proud to say that they were perfectly normal and hardworking people. They had lived on Number 4 Privet Drive since their wedding, in a house that looked very much like all the other houses. Her Uncle Vernon was a director of a firm called Grunnings, which made drills in Wyndon. Her aunt Petunia on the other hand was a stay at home mom, spending most of her time craning over the garden fences, spying on the neighbors. They like everything neat and ordered

In Spikemuth, the Pokemon HQ Lab of Galar burst with the strange and unexpected. The lab was built in an old temple, which Lyn had told her was where long before the Purge, Sorcerers and Sorceresses were trained in the arts of Psychic, Dark and Ghost using their Aura. Many things were studied in this lab.

Remus Lupin-Black was an archaeologist, making his living on trying his hardest to learn about the past of Galar. "Lots of our history was lost during the Purge," he explained to Aria, "There is a whole civilisation that we don't know of, lost to all besides the Druids,"

"The Druids?" Aria asked, watching as Remus sets down a tablet that he had found in another temple.

"A group of peaceful and secretive people who possess powerful Aura. They worship nature and Dechraul..unfortunately it was thought by the Forgotten King that they were secretly plotting to kill him, a misconception. We know that they live throughout Galar in small settlements but they keep to themselves these days..not trusting us,"

Marleen Lupin-Black was a Professor, but unlike Professor Ollivander who gives out Pokemon for beginning Trainers, or Professor Magnolia who studies Dynamaxing. Marleen studies Shadow Pokemon.

"Shadow Pokemon have appeared not only in Galar but appear 47 years ago in the Cipher War. The only way to cure Shadow Pokemon is by going to a Relic that is in Orre, located in the Agate Village," Marleen explained as she grabs a wrench from her tool box. Aria watches as many other scientist walked around, "Which is why I'm hoping to make this..not only giving other Regions a chance to Purify Shadow Pokemon if they appear but a quicker way as well,"

Sirius Lupin-Black was a Gym Leader. His grandfather, Arcturus Black had happily passed away during his sleep before the end of Aria's first year, knowing that Lucius Malfoy won't be getting the Gym through his marriage with his wife Nacrissa. During the summer Sirius had been taking time to learn about Piers and Aria, making a Gym here in Spikmuth "I'm Bloody Emrys not taking over that gym in Daobeth City," he mumbled once to Aria and Piers. He also has been doing online therapy with someone named Edwin Chaos. Aria knows that he needed it, especially after so many years in Azkaban.

But Aria wasn't only learning about them. They too were learning about her. They learned that she has a thirst for knowledge for both Aura and Pokemon. They find her sometimes in the library. They learn that she was detached from her parents, and that was from the years of hating them. They were angry and it took both Remus and Marleen to hold Sirius back from charging to Surrey to attack the Dursleys for telling his goddaughter that her parents were drunks. And even though she had finally let go of that hatred, she didn't want to only hear about them.

They learned that she loved her Pokemon, having them out of their Pokeballs most of the time, Nimbus all the time. The Pikachu, always on one shoulder, looking for any threats. Hedwig, when not flying around, was on another shoulder, nibbling at her ear while also taking any bacon that wasn't guarded. While Godzilla stayed by her side, growling at anyone who got too close that they didn't know.

They learned that their son, Piers, absolutely adores her. The boy through the years had changed from just one year at Hogwarts. The boy who would just laze around unless writing songs, was now training as hard as he could. Going through the obstacle course that was on the grounds, studying many books as much as her, training his three Pokemon. And always staying by her side..dragging her away from the books..playing video games..watching movies..

"Aria never had a chance to be a child," Piers said one day after watching Ghostbusters, Aria had fallen asleep, her head on his shoulder. "The others and I have been trying..along with Daphne and Tracey..but Aria has this chip on her shoulder..always looking behind her..she doesn't know how to relax..and we're hoping to one day change that,"

So yes..Life at the Pokemon HQ Lab was very different from life at Privet Drive. But some things stay the same.

"Aura is the source of your power, Aria," Lyn said, floating in midair, crisscross applesauce. The two Witches were in a black room, filled with green platforms. "Let it guide you through the maze,"

Aria smirks before she leaps onto one platform, and then to the next. She smiles, turning to Lyn, "Hey, I love mazes. I get in, I get out," she then giggles, "Is this time, because your going to be amazed on how fast I can get to the end,"

Lyn chuckles, as she floats over to a wall of the green platforms, "It is good to have an end to journey toward but it is the journey that matters,"

"If you say so," Aria smiles before she runs, she yelps when she runs into one of the platforms that rose up, knocking herself down. She then screams when she begins to fall down after the platform opens underneath her. She quickly grabs the edge, kicking her feet.

Lyn chuckles as she watches Aria pull herself up, "Ah, good Aria. I see you're approaching the problem from a new perspective,"

Aria gasps looking around the maze. Standing up she glares at Lyn, "This is a messed up maze Lyn!" she crosses her arms, "How do I pick the right path?"

Lyn smiles, holding out her hand. Aria looks down as an orb of purplish blue rises from her and into Lyn's hand, a roar being heard from within, "Embrace your Aura, Aria and you'll discover the right path is often the one you already on," Aria watches with wide eyes as the orb floats into the air, the platform that Lyn was on, following it, "Trust yourself,"

"That's cheating," Aria mutters before closing her eyes, "All right...trust myself," another orb forms at her center, the platform she was on begins to wobble before it slowly rises," opening her eyes she smiles but at that moment the orb flickers, disappearing. Trying to regain her balance she screams when the platform begins to fall into the abyss. She grunts when it stops and looks around.

"Lyn?" she calls out as a large laugh echoes in her ear. The hand she was on opens revealing Shendu, The Demon God of Fire staring down at her. Aria shudders, taking a step back. At the end of her first year at Hogwart, Aria and her friends had come face to face with Rakepick and her own brother Alister, members of Team Cipher. Cipher's goal is to release the Demon Gods from the Nether World, to bring back their reign of terror. In Raihan's words, because they are stupid to thinking that the Demon Gods will let them be equals just because they have their blood running through their viens. They were able to stop the two Ciphers from releasing the Demon Gods by using the Distortion Mirror and the Cup of Life..but Shendu had escaped. He may have lost his body during the destruction of the mirror and was now stuck in his astral form but he was still terrifying, still cunning, still determined to regain power and release his fellow Demon Gods..and still wanting her for reasons unknown.

"But you do know, somewhat.." Aria thinks to herself. Some sort of prophecy. Lyn knows it, but has been forbidden from talking about it..whatever it is the Council of Arceus doesn't want it spoken of..but Shendu knows of it..the Demon Gods know of it.

Aria had slipped through his clutches, but it was a narrow escape, and even now, weeks later, Aria kept waking up in the night drenched in cold sweat, wondering where Shendu was now, remembering his red eyes as he whispered sweet words to her..of promises she didn't know.

Aria suddenly sat bolt right just as Shendu roared at her, she groaned, blinking her eyes as the glass panel opened up. Her eyes were swirling a bit before she shook her head.

"Pika!" Nimbus runs over to her, leaping onto her shoulder. "I'm fine, bud," she whispers, rubbing her head a bit.

"Alright Aria," she looks up to see Lyn walking towards her, "That will do for today,"

"But Lyn! I was so close," she looks to her hands, feeling the Aura pulsing in her body, "Just one more time!"

"Aria..you did well, your skills in Aura have improved by an amazing amount. But this takes time, Aura is alive and it's already hard to gain full control of it if you're tired. Anyway," Lyn turns to the clock on the wall, " we got at least thirty minutes before we left. It's best that you get some rest,"

"Rest.."Aria sighs, "Got it," she yawns a bit as she exits out of the Virtual training room. She scratches Nimbus behind the ear. Looking around she spots many glowing crystals as people walk about, talking to each other, drinking coffee or snacking on a Rage Candy Bar, just going about their day.

"Morning Aria!"

"Oh hello, Aria!"

"Wotcher Aria!"

Aria smiles, waving her hands as she walks down the hall. The whole temple was made of brown stones and golden stones. The doors were made of wood and were so large a snorlax could walk through without any problems. The whole temple, while having technology from over the years, was still lighted up by glowing crystals. One time Aria had broken some from a time of chasing Bella and she was hyper the whole day, saying that she felt like she absorbed the power of a thousand suns. She stops at the Battle Training room where there was an explosion. Looking at Nimbus she shrugs her shoulders and heads inside.

"Zigzagoon, Pin Missile!" Piers called out as Zigzagoon charged towards Padfoot. Zigzagoon's fur grows spiker before glowing green. He gives out a fierce bark before multiple green arrows shoot towards the older dark type.

Sirius smiles, mischief in his gray eyes as Padfoot's left paw glows a dark purple. Zigzagoon yelps as the Sucker Punch hits him in the face and sends him flying. Aria then blinks as the dark/normal type begins to glow. Aria and Nimbus watched as Zigzagoon landed, but he was no longer a Zigzagoon. Now slender-bodied, his red eyes were covered with a black stripe shaped like a shooting star and which was glaring at Padfoot. Linoone sticks out his tongue, taunting the Absol before charging, his claws glowing a light purple.

But a Protect popped up just as he was about to hit Padfoot, sending Linoone flying backwards. Sirius barks out a laugh and claps his hands, "Alright! That's enough.." he smiles as Piers pulls out a Potion to deal with the bruise that was forming on Linoone's face, "You trained him really well. I knew he just needed a little kick to finally evolve,"

"Thanks Da," Piers grunts, scratching Linoone underneath the chin, "He's been getting more and more rowdy since the Pains started," he looks up as Aria comes over, "So you done training? How it go?" he snorts at the disgruntled look on her face, "Not good huh?"

"Not really," Aria moans, "Give me spells and I can do them. But trying to actually control the Aura..not going to well,"

"You get it done pup," Sirius smiles at her, which made Aria felt warmth, "You are smart..you been reading over any book about Aura the library has..I know you'll figure it out soon,"

"Thanks, Sirius.." Aria mumbles, her face going red a bit. It was nice..having both Remus and Sirius. At first she thought they would try and force her to be like her parents, like how Professor McGonagall would say that she had her father's talent in Pokemon Care and Royal Raid. But instead they saw her talents as hers. They didn't try to parade her around as the Girl-Who-Live, didn't force her into the spotlight like so many others would. Heck, after the first time when reporters came to try and get an interview from her both Sirius and Lyn got the crowd to go away.

They were there for when she needed them. A helping hand when she struggled, but didn't try to coddle her, letting her figure things out on her own. When she made mistakes they didn't yell at her or hurt her.

Aria smiles and shakes her head, looking at the statue of Dechraul that was in the middle of the Battle Training room. It was a design of the Goddess' True Form, not the human form she woke up in when she met Kilgharrah, who was a Dratini at the time. Standing on avian-like feet with digitigrade and stocky legs, the statue had the Goddess' two tails curl showing the spike bludgeons at the tips. She stood tall and proud, and if you look behind, could see the jewels that made up the dorsal fins. Three heads stare down, which is why the Goddess was also known as the Triple Goddess. Each head was crowned with ten horns, with the middle head's horns being longer. With crocodilian-looking jaws, which Legends say she uses to snap up her enemies, Aria could understand why people would fear her. Even staring at the golden ambers that the statue had for eyes, made her shiver.

The doors open again revealing Marleen and Remus, "Finished training you two?" Remus said with a smile, Moony walking besides him, "I heard Lyn was was signing praises about you,"

Aria rolls her eyes, "Really? More how I failed again,"

"You'll get there..remember patience is a virtue," Aria snorts before Remus turns to see Linoone beside him, "Seems you finally got him to evolve huh?"

Piers nods his head, "Yeah..thank the Gods..now we just need to worry about Hedwig and Godzilla," he grumbles a bit, yawning, "Third time this week,"

Aria snorts, looking down to the two Pokeballs that contain her other Pokemon. Hedwig was her starter, a Noibat that she raised from an egg. Unfortunately the sassy one was going through a molt, shedding her feathers along with her scales. Many have been woken up in the early hours by the loud screeching noise from Aria's room. Godzilla on the other hand, was her Larvitar..and has been eating more dirt and sleeping more than usual. A sign that Marleen said that he was getting ready to evolve.

"Hedwig's bored," Aria said, crossing her arms, "She use to flying around but she can't do that until after her molting is done,"

"I know..I know," Piers rolls his eyes but nudges her.

"It's just a sign that your batting skills have improved dramatically," Sirius remarks patting both of them on the shoulder, "Its outstanding, the both of you"

Piers puffs up a bit, but Marleen glares at him, "Both of you stop gushing their praises all the time. They become spoil rotten as both of you were that age,"

The two Marauders chuckle a bit, while Aria gives a smile. While she didn't want to hear about her parents all the time, she did hear some stories. How they and her father along with the traitor Peter Pettigrew. How at the beginning of their years they did harmless pranks but as time and the war went on the pranks became more harmful, especially for Slytherins and those whose families were known to have sided with Voldemort. Her mother, Lily Potter back then Lily Evans, wouldn't date James Potter for his bullying. And even broke up with him after she found out that he was hiding his bullying from her.

"You see Aria..James really only fully changed after his parents were killed." Sirius explains one night. "None of us..we didn't really fully change until then…" After learning what Aria went through. He even felt more shame in what he did all those years..even to Severus Snape. "It hurt all of us..your grandmother, Euphemia Black was my aunt...and she took me in. She was my role model..fighting against the Black tradition. She told me Blacks bow to no one and she was going to do great things..and she did. We all did the things because while she was a Slytherin..she was bullied by her housemates terribly. James said it was all pay back for what they did..we all didn't care that it wasn't the ones that bullied her. After her death..James and I stop our bullying and if are pranks went too far, Remus stood up to us..the only one who didn't change was the rat..that should have been the first sign,"

Then they all heard some screams. Looking at each other they charge out of the Battle Training room.

Going to the entrance of the HQ Lab, passing the fountain filled with green liquid they all look up as a girl screams with glee, clutching onto a bowling ball.

"Bella!" a man with black hair that had blonde tips cries out in shock. His green eyes were wide behind his horned rimmed glasses. He ducks down quickly when the girl flies by.

Aria looks around and sees a chair with wheels, "Stand back!" She grabs the chair and gets on it before grabbing the ankle of the girl as the bowling ball zooms by. She grits her teeth, calling out sorry to all the people they almost hit.

Her eyes widen when she sees a cooler in her way, and hops the chair onto the stone wall. Sparks fly a bit as she rides it but she carefully grabs the girls' shirt, "Look out!" she calls to another as they open the door. The person quickly jumps back and closes the door allowing Aria to ride it with no problem. Finally she was able to press a hand to the bowling ball.

"Stopio!" her eyes glow golden as her aura reacts. The bowling ball stops and the other girl drops it, but they both scream as they fall off a balcony. They grunt as a long tongue wraps around the middle, just in time before they hit the floor.

"Eh..he..Ma faute" the girl weakly chuckles, "You got to admit..I have the potential!" the girl with brown-blonde hair with brighter streaks smiles, mischief in her brown was wearing a blue no sleeve shirt along with a red skort. Aria sighs as they are pulled up by Minato's Greninja.

"Bella..where in the world. Tu vas me donner une crise cardiaque" the man said before speaking in Kalos. Bella and Minato Shine, both were originally from Kalos but after the Team Flare War four years ago both decided to move to Galar. Minato Shone was Bella's nephew, or cousin as she calls him. Minato was one of her sister's sons and he took her in after their death. He was a professor and had learned under Cassius Crocea and Clemont Citron, learning how to make a Pokemon Storage System. He was now here in hopes to make an easier way for Trainers to keep all of their Pokemon on hand and not have to keep going to the PC.

Bella on the other hand was a year younger than Aria and Piers, and she too was going to Hogwarts this year. She wasn't very excited about having to wear a uniform muttering on how she was not going to wear the tacky jacket at all) but she was excited about going to Hogwarts and getting her first Pokemon. She was also from a family that used the Dark type of Aura and were very good illusionists. Aria smiles remembering all the times Bella would sneak up on her illusion as a villain from a show she would recently watch.

"Come on Minato!" Bella turns to him, "You know I can use Aura! Start teaching me!"

Minato sighs and kneels down, "I know you do Bella..but you also need wisdom not just Aura to know when challenges are too big. Aura and courage without wisdom is foolishness, understand,"

"Uhh..I think my Galar is not too good,"

"What he means Young Shine," Lyn speaks as she walks over, repairing everything the damages made by the rogue bowling ball, "Until you have wisdom, such as finding my spell book, we can not teach you. You must have the discipline to behave yourself,"

"Right..discipline," Bella pouts a bit, yelping when Minato ruffles her hair.

"I'm very sorry for my cousin..I think she is getting a bit stir crazy,"

Lyn smiles, "Don't worry..I don't doubt she will be a powerful Sorceress one day..Hogwarts will teach her how to harness her extra energy," Lyn then turns to Aria, "Come..its time we go,"

"Can I come," Piers asks. He shrugs his shoulders when the others look at him, "Not like I have anything to do today,"

"Oh! Can I come too?" Bella asks hopping on her feet but Minato grabs her gently on the arm.

"You aren't going anywhere until you clean up the mess you made and apologize to the people you almost hurt," Minato scolds.

"Awwwwww,"

"I don't see why not," Lyn smiles and Aria couldn't help but smile too but then she gulps.

Today they were going to return the Cup of Life to its owner. But by doing that..they were going to the place that it all started.

Serene Hollow Village.

In a land that some would say that used to hold myths and legends..and during a time of Aura, the destiny of the world rests on the shoulders of a young girl. Her name...is Aria Lillaina Potter.

The Pokemon HQ Lab of Galar is base off the Dragon Temple of Legends of Spyro. while Dechraul's true form is base off of 2019 Ghidorah without the wings and some of Godzilla's dorsal fins..what can I say? I love me some godzilla Spikemuth's Above is base off Dragon City from Dragon Booster I want to give more designs for the town because it was wasted in the game...also Bella and Minato Shine belong to Luckyhyna from fanfiction. Hope you like her!
