Suspicions
I turned around ready to fire but I stopped. It was a Chozo. It wasn't possible. The Phazon wiped them out. At least I thought it did. I slowly lowered my arm canon. It did not speak, just motioned me to follow it. As we were walking I started feeling different. I started to feel like I was going home. We came to a small chamber and stopped. I looked inside to see what I faintly remember as my very own room. I saw a group of Chozos. They were concentrated on something but I could not see what. I got closer and peered over one of their shoulders. I could not believe what I saw. It was me, as a child. I turned around to look at the Chozo that led me to the chamber but he was gone. I turned around again and the room was empty. The chamber was back to a ruin. I ran back down the hall to the main chamber and it was in ruins once again. I was beginning to become very suspicious.
I suddenly heard whispering. I couldn't make out the words. They got louder and louder and then suddenly came to a halt. I thought I was going crazy. I heard another noise behind me. It was small. A little creature walked out. It was a small, blue, spiny creature. I tried scanning it but it could not give me an accurate reading. I shot the creature and I could not believe what happened. It was an X. It wasn't possible. I destroyed the colony and SR388. I had no idea how this could've happened.
I returned to the over world to find that what was left of my ship was gone. I walked up to where my ship used to be and saw that it fell through to a cave. I jumped down into the cave. There were traces of Phazon. I walked down the cave a ways and found a meteorite. It wasn't the one that produced the Phazon. I scanned it and what I found out was impossible, or so I thought.
