More Than You Think I Am

With all my heart and soul

1 a ghost. 2 a figment of the imagination. 3 [before another noun] not really existing; illusory.

A demon

A monster

A lunatic

How many things one man can be called!

Yet how little of them seem appropriate

But there are so many more

Many more names that better describe me

I am a man

I have feelings, I live

I love

And I breathe

I am an artist

I live to create

I live to cultivate

I live to perfect

I am a composer

I create music from the depths of my soul

I pour it out

Wether through my voice

Another voice

Or just onto paper

I am in inventor

I create things for the use of people

I try to make things that make life easier

And therefore I help people

Does this sound like a ghost to you?

Does this sound like a figment of imagination?

Does it sound like I do not exist?

I am so much more than a name

But you can fit it into one appropriate one

I am Erik

I am more than you think I am
