Izumiko spent several days explaining what happened in the school cafeteria. However, avid fans of Miyuki still hated her for two things, first for denying him and second for being his girlfriend. She also heard rumors about her stealing him from Mayura though she immediately shut it down. Now things are much calmer and seeing as it was Izumiko he's with, they seem satisfied.
"So, things are much better now right?"
"Yeah, thank you Mayura. Your broadcast was effective."
"Well, I hate to be in between things myself."
"But did you really have to say you'd rather die than be with Sagara-kun?"
Mayura burst out laughing. "Of course! That's the easiest and most honest way of putting it!
"If you say so, I'm just worried about your image at school."
"I don't think it was affected. If any, it might have even improved. By the way, are you practicing today too?"
Blushing, Izumiko nodded. "Mmm, it's pretty soon after all."
"Should I go with you? I don't have anything to do today."
"I'd be happy if you joined me!"

"Hey. You've been awfully busy recently."
Miyuki said, handing her a hot canned tea as he sat. He suddenly appeared at one of the school ground's benches where she was waiting for Mayura.
"Thanks. I need to practice."
"Is it the training or the dance? We already have a fixed schedule for it. Why didn't I know about your current practice?" He looked at her suspiciously, so she quickly drank her tea. "Stupid! That's hot! Are you okay?"
She took out a handkerchief to wipe the spilling.
"Are you hiding something again?"
She looked down and took a moment to answer. "Yeah, but you'll know eventually okay? It's nothing dangerous, I promise."
"Okay, I give up. You never tell me things, anyway."
"Hey! That's not true. This time, it's just... different."
"Sure. Just be careful."
"Mi …."
"Sa- he left. What's up? You're fighting? He just rolled his eyes on me"
"Mayura! Should I just tell him? He's really upset."
"Heeeee, he's incredibly sulky and childish. No, just keep it a little longer Izumiko. Tomorrow's the day."
