Ranger Tabes stared the enemy down, with Josee beginning to think of a strategy to defeat the ranger's fire wielding Stand, Magician's Red. She also knows to be wary of the group watching this whole ordeal, knowing they could interfere with Stand abilities she doesn't even know.

"This is bad, the long range fire ability will be a complete handful. My Stand requires me to be up close and personal with my confrontations." Josee began to think. "To top it off, those guys seem to be able to see the Stands in battle. Who knows what kind of shit is in their arsenal."

"So, it seems you've been pushed into a corner." Tabes says. "You seem to be wary about the unknown threat my friends pose."

"Yeah, I guessed as much." Josee says. "Well luckily, I know when to back down and not take on a fight head on."

"Don't even think about escaping! I shall bring justice upon you for the deaths you have brought upon!" Tabes yelled. "Magician's Red! Use Red Bind to make her surrender!"

"Caaaawww!" Magician's Red lets out a screech as more fire tendrils emerge and shoot out.

As the Red Bind attack gets closer, Josee takes out a knife and lodges it into the ground.

"The ground is dry enough. I can use my bombs here." Josee says to herself.

Josee jumps backwards as the fire tendrils get closer, and she summons Killer Queen, ready for an attack.

"Fear the unseen much, ranger?!" Josee asked. "Killer Queen! Detonate!"

The knife was seen blowing up as it was still lodged in the ground, and the explosion caused the dry ground to erupt into a thick dust cloud that spread the area. Josee was seen quickly disappearing in the dust cloud, and the group decides to step back.

"What the?! Where is she?!" Lucy asked.

"Stay back, everyone! She's swift enough to get an angle on us!" Tabes yelled out to her comrades.

"Alright! Let me know if I can do something to help." Finn says as he takes out a golden sword from the back. "I can't fight against her properly, but I'll do what I can to help."

"Alright. I think I might be able to find her." Gru says. "My Stand can be able to find anything without risk."

"Ah, I like the way you think." Tabes says.

"Harvest! Find our enemy!" Gru yells out, glowing a purple aura.

In an instant, a lot of Harvest units appeared around the group, flying. They begin the search as they spread around the clearing. We then see Josee situated on a tall branch, at the side of the clearing opposite of the group.

"Damn, so those guys are Stand Users. Luckily I trusted my hunch and decided to move back." Josee says to herself. "I better be smart about this, but there is the option to leave and find a different fight."

Josee looks around for another vantage point to jump onto. She spots a higher branch next to her, so she climbs onto it.

"I guess I can throw knives through the dust cloud." Josee states as she takes out another knife.

The knife was placed on her right hand, and a purple glow appeared for a bit. She stands up, ready to throw the knife, but then…

"Found it!" A couple Harvest units were seen flying next to Josee, yelling with a squeaky robotic voice.

"What the?!" Josee exclaimed.

The group of Harvest units all grabbed the knife and took it out of her grasp. She then turns to see some more Harvest units flying at her from the side.

"Shit, this is worse than I thought." Josee says. "Killer Queen!"

Josee jumps off the branch and does a detonation gesture with her right hand, and the knife that she was going to throw blows up, destroying the nearby Harvest units. She lands on the ground as she is surrounded by more units.

"Okay, ice skater girl! We have you surrounded!" Gru yells.

"Don't even try to escape! A total of 500 buggers and a fire blast will hit you if you do!" Tabes yelled.

"Oh, and also this!" Gru yelled.

As the standoff was getting tense, Josee felt something touching her neck. She looks to see a Harvest unit puncturing into the skin of her neck, and pulls out a blood vessel.

"What the?!" Josee exclaimed.

"That's the carotid artery! I hear it's lights out if not treated fast enough when cut!" Gru yelled.

"You'll bleed out in seconds!" Tabes yelled.

Without anything in plan, Josee fell silent, and begins to weigh her options.

"Well, I suppose this is an overwhelming corner I've been pushed in." Josee says. "But I guess sometimes, these things happen."

"So, ready to surrender?" Tabes asked.

"Hmm, not a chance." Josee says. "I value the thrill of the competition, and the drive that comes with it. The drive and determination necessary to overcome a challenge whatever the cost."

"So, is that a no?" Tabes asked.

"Most definitely, this may be a roadblock, but not the kind I can't overcome." Josee says.

"I'll be giving you one more shot to surrender! I don't want to see someone bleed out." Gru states.

"Never! I'll get myself out of this corner, and you can't stop me!" Josee yelled.

"Now, Gru! She has something up her sleeve!" Lucy yelled.

"Alright! Harvest!" Gru yelled.

Suddenly, Tabes feels something clinging onto her back. It then climbed up her back and onto her shoulder.

"What the?!" Tabes exclaimed.

The object felt heavy on her shoulder, and the group can see why. It was a large cylindrical tank like object, with blue armor plates, a golden knob on the top and signature tank treads on the sides. On the front of the tank was a head, similar to the human/cat skull symbol Josee's Killer Queen is adorned with.

"Look over here!" The strange tank emitted a robotic, monotone voice.

"Look out!" Lucy yelled. "King Nothing!"

A couple King Nothing pieces appeared and tried to shove the strange tank-like object away. But before it could fly out of range, it blew up, causing Tabes to get injured and the King Nothing pieces to be destroyed.

"Kaaaah!" Tabes yells in pain as she gets thrown onto the ground, sustaining heavy injuries from the explosion.

"Ugh…" Lucy groans a bit as she sustains heavy cuts and bruises due parts of her Stand being destroyed.

"Lucy! Tabes!" Gru yelled. "Harvest! Get them out of here!"

A large portion of Gru's Harvest units gather to drag Lucy and Ranger Tabes out of the clearing, as Finn begins to follow. The rest of the Harvest Units begin to surround Josee from all sides.

"Alright, I don't care about your carotid artery anymore!" Gru yelled. "Harvest! Swarm her like insects!"

The wave of Harvest units began to close in and swarm from all directions, ready to pierce through the body, when suddenly…

"Sheer Heart Attack!" Josee began to yell. "Return to me!"

From the smoke cloud of the explosion that injured two of the group, the strange tank was still seen, unscathed from the explosion. The tank, now named Sheer Heart Attack, turned to Josee and the closing swarm and moved towards them quickly.

"Look over here!" Sheer Heart Attack says.

Once the strange tank was within range, it then jumped at a side of the swarm and blows up, creating an opening big enough for Josee to jump through and escape the swarm.

"Phew, that was close." Josee says, sweating profusely from the situation.

"What the?! How's the tank still alive?!" Gru exclaimed.

"It's a new a bility I learned. Think of it as the second bomb of my Killer Queen." Josee says. "I luckily now have a long range option for my attacks, but as much as I'd like to finish this fight, your Stand is quite formidable. There really is strength in numbers."

Sheer Heart Attack was seen approaching Josee as she summons her Killer Queen. It then jumps at her, and disappears into the Stand's left hand.

"This was a wasted attempt, but I guess it's an advantage when the two of your group are out of comission." Josee says.

"Oh, no, you're not gonna be escaping. You think you can waltz out of this tango after you blew up my teammates?!" Gru asked angrily.

"Actually, I do." Josee says.

Josee then uses a Killer Queen bomb to launch herself high up and away from the clearing.

"Man, just… fuck this." Gru groans because of the situation.

Gru quickly decides not to follow her and runs to the edge of the clearing to regroup with the others. Right now, Finn was tending to the injuries of the two, while Lucy was using her Stand's parts to cover up the bleeding on Tabes' injured body.

"Wow, that was quite the battle." Lucy exclaims. "She's quite the enemy. Even more ferocious than some of the other baddies we've tangled with."

"Sorry I couldn't help much. Usually in these situations, I would be the one fighting." Finn states.

"Hey, it's okay, kid. You don't have a Stand yet, but this is the least you could do." Tabes says.

"Well, at least we're still in the game." Gru says. "Since she has spared us for the time being, we're the only ones who know her Stand ability."

"Yeah. We can't fight her yet. Right now, our objective is to warn the others of this danger in the race." Tabes says.

"Right." The rest of the group says.
