I would like to thank Stand with Ward and Queen for help with one part of this chapter.

Dean was busy listening to Sam's old phones, while Sam was making dinner with Bonnie and listening to her story.

"I've wondered whether there are other kinds of vampires but the ones you are telling me about are fascinating." Sam said.

"I've met some of your vampires back in Purgatory. And here I thought Damon and the Originals are the pain in the ass." Bonnie noted.

"Well, not to brag but Dean and I have faced worse." Sam said as Bonnie chuckled before they turned to Dean, who was too busy going through voicemails in Sam's phones.

Bonnie could understand to an extent Dean's anger at Sam, but she could tell that Dean and Sam cared about each other, despite their differences, not unlike Stefan and Damon.

"For what it's worth, I don't think he's completely mad at you. I know it's none of my business but I guess I can understand why you quit. I mean, there wasn't much that would keep you going. But… can you blame him for being mad at you for giving up?" Bonnie asked.

"I… guess not." Sam admitted.

"But you two care about each other like real brothers would. I can tell." Bonnie said, smiling at them both as she could tell that while there were minor similarities between Dean's and Sam's bond and Stefan's and Damon's, with Dean and Sam the brotherly bond was clear as day to her, unlike with Stefan and Damon, whose bond was tentative at best.

Sam smiled, appreciating Bonnie's kindness, when he noticed Dean turning to him and glaring, when Bonnie turned to face Dean.

"Everything OK, Dean?" Bonnie asked, when Dean turned on the speaker on one of Sam's phones as a recording in the voicemail went off, with a voice of a young man Bonnie didn't recognize.

"Sam Winchester, it's Kevin Tran. Crowley had me in this warehouse and I just escaped. I don't know where I am. I don't know if he or any other demons are still after me. I need your help. Call me back. It's Kevin Tran."

Crowley. Bonnie stiffened at hearing the name. Dean had mentioned to her a powerful crossroads demon who, while not the most powerful one but powerful enough, was one of the most cunning and devious enemies they had ever faced and if he was half as smart as Klaus, Bonnie could tell he was going to be trouble.

"When was that?" Sam asked, when Dean played another message.

"Sam Winchester, it's Kevin Tran. I called you a week ago. Call me, please. I don't know what the hell I'm doing out here, man." Kevin said, clearly terrified in the message and Dean glared at Sam, while Bonnie tensed, realizing Sam had neglected to check his phones, even though she couldn't blame Sam for quitting hunting, from the look Dean was shooting Sam, Bonnie could tell this was going to be ugly.

"OK. I get it." Sam said as he got up and carefully approached Dean, sitting across him. "So, what, you wanna strategize or something?"

"Sam, it's Kevin. I'm good. Whoo! I'm so good." Kevin said, clearly out of it.

"Is he drunk?" Bonnie wondered.

"Three months since you ditched my ass. Haven't slept for more than four hours a night, but it's all good in the hood. Mm. Uh, if you're still alive, eat me." Kevin said bitterly.

Dean then played the last message.

"Sam, it's been six months. I can only assume you're dead. If not, don't try to reach me, you won't be able to. I won't be calling this number anymore." Kevin said as Dean turned off the voicemail and got up, glaring at Sam.

"He was our responsibility. And you couldn't answer the damn phone." Dean said with barely restrained anger, not that Sam or Bonnie blamed him and while Bonnie wasn't really aware of the full context of the situation, she didn't want it to escalate.

"OK, everyone calm down. Maybe it's not too late. I may be able to find him." Bonnie offered as Dean and Sam turned to her. "Do you have anything that belongs to Kevin?"

"What, you're gonna use a locator spell or something to track him down?" Dean asked sarcastically.

"That's exactly what I'm gonna do." Bonnie smiled.

"Kevin's old notebook with his notes on the Leviathan tablet. I'm not sure if it works, though." Sam said as Dean laid on the desk a map of the United States, while Sam handed Bonnie the notebook.

"It should suffice. Let's just hope he's still alive." Bonnie said as she focused on the map on the desk and touched the notebook as she began whispering. "Phantasmos Tribum. Nas Ex Veras. Sequitas Sanguinem."

A few moments later, a blood red stain appeared on the map, on Iowa, to be exact, as Dean and Sam looked at Bonnie both impressed and surprised.

"That's it?" Dean asked.

"Simple spell, unless they are cloaking somehow." Bonnie shrugged.

Later, Fairfield, Iowa

Dean, Sam and Bonnie exited the Impala as they approached the abandoned church on the outskirts of town.

"Are you sure this is right?" Dean asked.

"Barista at the coffee shop swears he's seen Kevin ducking in here in the past few months." Sam said.

They approached the entrance but it was locked before Sam knocked on the door.

"Kevin. It's Sam and Dean Winchester. Open up." Sam called.

Dean approached the lock and began picking it before they entered and around the corner a young Asian man sprayed them with some liquid from squirt gun, which smelled like some industrial cleaning solution.

"No, stop! Stop!" Dean shouted as Kevin stopped spraying them. "Not Leviathans. It's us."

"What the hell happened to you, guys?" Kevin asked.

"CliffNotes, I went to Purgatory. Sam hit a dog. I met a friend." Dean said as he glanced at Bonnie, who sighed, wiping the liquid off her face.

"Do you guys always splash each other with holy water or whatever to make sure that you're not monsters?" Bonnie muttered.

"Sorry." Kevin said.

"Kevin, meet Bonnie, the witch. Bonnie, meet Kevin, Prophet of the Lord." Dean said as Bonnie awkwardly offered her hand and Kevin shook it after a moment.

"You want some towels?" Kevin offered awkwardly.

After letting them dry off, they followed Kevin down the hallway as they noticed various symbols drawn on the walls.

"It's warding against demons, who taught you all that?" Bonnie asked, since she had read about these in some books.

"I guess… God." Kevin shrugged.

"God taught you how to trap demons?" Sam asked, surprised.

"Technically, yeah." Kevin nodded.

"Wait, wait, hold on. Crowley kidnapped you, I saw that." Sam said as Kevin stopped to turn to him. "But then you left a message saying you escaped. How?"

Kevin took a breath. "Well… First he took me to a warehouse."

After getting a haircut, in an abandoned warehouse, Kevin was accompanied by a demon upstairs, where they neared Crowley, the King of Hell, sitting at the desk.

"Look at you. Haircut, manicure, pedicure. Like a new penny." Crowley said as he eyed Kevin.

"Will there be torture now?" Kevin asked nervously.

"Torture? Heavens, no. Quite the opposite, my young prince. Sky's the limit for you and I." Crowley said.

"There was a tablet there, like the last one." Kevin explained.

"Here we go." Crowley said as Kevin sat at the desk where was a tablet with scribbling in ancient language. "Now remember, feel like a winner, be a winner. OK? Interpret."

Kevin looked at Crowley nervously as Crowley gave him an encouraging look before Kevin picked the tablet and began reading.

"Wait, like the Leviathan tablet? Another Word of God?" Bonnie asked, remembering what Dean had told her about the Leviathans and the tablet.

"Yes." Kevin nodded.

"How many Words of God are there?" Dean wondered and Kevin shot him a look.

"I just became a prophet like a year ago." Kevin drawled.

"Well, did this tablet have a name?" Sam asked.

"Demons." Kevin said.

"What about demons?" Dean wondered.

"As far as I could tell, everything." Kevin said.

"What are we looking at?" Crowley asked as he paced around Kevin, who was trying to focus reading on the tablet.

"It's all just fragments, bits and pieces. This is hard." Kevin said, struggling to read.

"Throw me a bone here, Kev." Crowley whispered, nearing Kevin, who narrowed his eyes, focusing.

"Wait." Kevin said.

"Yes?" Crowley asked, intrigued as Kevin tried to focus but was beginning to feel dizzy from reading from the tablet.

"I'm sorry. Is it just me or is it hot in here?" Kevin said.

"Is it? Our mistake." Crowley said before turning to his demon henchman. "Turn it up." He mouthed and the henchman nodded.

"OK. I see something." Kevin said as he managed to read something off the tablet. "Hell gates."

That got Crowley's full attention. "Talk to me."

Bonnie felt a dreadful feeling in her stomach. "I know I'm new to the demon thing but does 'Hell gate' mean what I think it does?"

"Gateway for demons to come to Earth, yeah." Dean nodded.

"There's one in Wisconsin. The tablet told me how to open it. There were ingredients for a spell." Kevin explained.

The demons had delivered the ingredients to Kevin, who was brewing the recipe before he finished them in the bowl and nodded at the demons as one of them was talking to Crowley on the phone.

"Right away." The demon said before turning to Kevin. "Mr. Crowley would like you to proceed."

"Where is Mr. Crowley?" Kevin asked.

"Where do you think, dumbass? Wisconsin." The demon said as Kevin lighted a match, about to perform the spell. "Go."

Kevin smirked as he dropped the match into the bowl.

"You showed the King of Hell how to open a Hell gate? So that all the demons in Hell could come out all at the same time?" Dean demanded incredulously.

"What? No." Kevin protested before he continued.

As the match fell into the bowl and ignited the ingredients, a wave of energy exploded from the bowl, burning the demons who screamed and left only a shadow imprint of their silhouettes on the wall.

"Men? Kevin. Kevin?" Crowley asked over the phone, while in the middle of the farm surrounded by goats.

Kevin grabbed the tablet and put it in the bag before he picked his jacket and ran off.

"I told Crowley I was opening a Hellgate, but I was reading from another chapter. How to destroy demons." Kevin explained as Dean, Sam and Bonnie looked impressed.

"You son of a bitch." Dean said.

"And where's the tablet now? I mean, we don't want that to end up back in hands of Crowley or someone worse." Bonnie said.

"Safe." Kevin said.

"Safe where?" Sam asked.

"Hey, as long as it's safe, OK?" Dean said before turning to Kevin. "Were you able to read anything else off the tablet before you stashed it?"

"No. I kept running and running and never really had a chance to finish reading the tablet. I hid it and kept on running until I found myself a place to hide." Kevin said.

"OK, first things first, we gotta make sure you and the tablet are safe from Crowley." Sam said.

"If this Crowley guy is as dangerous as you say he is, how do you want to protect Kevin from him?" Bonnie asked.

"Well, Kevin's been doing fine for months as you've seen." Dean pointed out.

"And we know another hunter who can look out for him and the tablet. They will be safe." Sam said.

"You're sure?" Bonnie asked.

"If something goes wrong, we'll handle it." Sam assured.

"OK. If you're sure, then after we make sure he's safe, we'll go to Mystic Falls. If I know my friends, they'll be flying in some trouble again. I have to help them and I'd appreciate if I had some backup." Bonnie said, remembering Kai and worried what had she missed in Prison World.

Dean and Sam looked at each other. While Sam was reluctant to get involved into more supernatural trouble, especially with vampires, considering their experience with them, Sam knew this meant a lot to Dean and realized that this was the least Sam owed them after giving up again as he saw Dean's pleading look.

"I can't make any promises but we'll see what we can do." Sam said and Bonnie nodded.

"Thank you." Bonnie said.

While Dean and Sam were talking, Bonnie sat next to Kevin.

"For what it's worth, I'm sorry you got caught up in all this." Bonnie said. "From what Dean and Sam told me, you're a good kid."

"Thanks. So how did you get mixed up with them anyway?" Kevin asked.

"Short version, I died, became a ghost, came back to life, then had to go to a prison world with a vampire friend, then had to run, ended in Purgatory, where I met Dean and we escaped together. I'm helping Dean because that's the least I can do after how he helped me." Bonnie said and Kevin stared in disbelief, processing. After what he had been through in the past year, he couldn't really say he was shocked.

"Well, I hope it's worth it. Since, no offense to them, helping Dean and Sam Winchesters comes with a toll." Kevin said.

"I can tell. Two of my friends are also brothers and let's just say that I wonder which brothers can give the other the run for their money." Bonnie said as they chuckled.

Suddenly, they heard tremors shaking the church as the floor cracked, breaking the Devil's Trap drawn on the floor.

"What's going on?" Bonnie demanded as she and Kevin ran to Dean and Sam.

"We got company." Dean realized before he picked the demon-killing knives from his bag and handed one to Sam. "Sam."

Sam stared as Dean pulled out the Purgatory machete as Sam stared. "What the hell is that?"

"It's Purgatory." Dean explained.

Suddenly, the door burst open as two men entered and it was obvious that they were demons.

"Dean Winchester. Back from Purgatory." The demon said.

"Spanky the Demon. Yeah, I heard about you. You're the one who uses too much teeth, right?" Dean quipped.

Dean and Sam engaged the demons, while Bonnie and Kevin backed away.

"Get out of here!" Sam yelled.

"Bonnie, take Kevin and run!" Dean ordered.

"Come on." Bonnie took Kevin's hand as they tried to run but one of the demons blocked their path before Kevin picked a bottle with holy water and splashed it on his face as he screamed and stumbled back before Bonnie raised her hand and pushed the demon back telekinetically, slamming him against the wall.

Sam managed to kill one of the demons with the demon-killing knife as he stabbed him in the chest, while Dean approached the other demon who was getting up before Sam threw the demon-killing knife to Dean. Dean then stabbed the demon with the knife as he glowed yellow before dying but they stopped, when Bonnie saw a middle-aged bearded man in black suit and a dark-skinned Asian girl with pitch black eyes in front of them.

"Hello, boys." The man said with an English accent.

Upon seeing the terrified look in Kevin's eyes and glares Dean and Sam were shooting, Bonnie realized who it was.

"Dean. You're looking…" Crowley said, nearing them as Kevin and Bonnie backed away. "Well, let's just say Purgatory didn't do you any favors. And Bonnie Bennett. You look swell for a rotting corpse."

"You know me?" Bonnie asked, shocked.

"Of course. Your bloodline of witches is quite famous in certain circles." Crowley smirked before turning to Dean again. "Where's your angel?"

"Ask your mother." Dean sneered.

"There's that grade-school zip. Missed it, I really did." Crowley chuckled before turning to Sam. "Moose. Still with the pork chops. I admire that." He then turned to the woman. "And I think your girlfriend Channing is a good meatsuit."

"Let Channing go." Kevin said.

"That's not Channing, Kevin, not anymore." Dean said.

"What an awful thing to say to the boy. Of course it's Channing. Kev…" Crowley turned to Kevin. "…last time we danced, you stole my tablet and killed my men. Tell you what, come with me now, bygones. And I'll let the girl go back to What's-The-Point U."

"He's lying. You won't get Channing back. She's probably dead already." Dean said.

"Will you please stop saying that?" Crowley sighed before turning to the demon. "Let the girl speak."

Crowley snapped his fingers as Channing's eyes turned normal as she turned to him, looking happy. "Kevin?"

"Channing?" Kevin smiled.

"What's going on?" Channing asked, confused.

"There's a demon in you and you're going to your safety school." Kevin said.

"What?" Channing asked, confused.

"But it's gonna be OK." Kevin assured.

"I-I-I just… I can't…" Crowley sighed.

"No, no. Wait—" Kevin began, when Crowley snapped his fingers and Channing's eyes turned black again as the demon took over again. "OK. I'll do it."

"Kevin." Dean protested.

"Myself for the girl. But this ends, alright? No fighting, no nothing. It ends." Kevin said.

"No. You're not going anywhere with him." Bonnie said before turning to Crowley. "And you're gonna let them all go."

Crowley laughed. "Or what?"

Bonnie glared and clenched her fist and suddenly, Crowley and the demon found themselves unable to move as Dean, Sam and Kevin felt something in the air.

"Exorcizamus te, omnis immundus spiritus…" Bonnie said in Latin and Dean, Sam, Kevin and Crowley and the demon in Channing realized what was she doing and realizing that he couldn't do anything, Crowley opened his mouth and red smoke escaped from it as Crowley's meatsuit fell down. "Omnis satanica potestas, omnis incursio infernalis adversarii, omnis legio, omnis congregatio et secta diabolica. Ergo, draco maledicte. Ecclesiam tuam securi tibi facias libertate servire, te rogamus, audi nos!"

Channing's mouth opened as black smoke escaped it before Channing fell down, unconscious.

"Channing." Kevin ran to Channing's unconscious form and gently slapped her in the face as she came to.

"Kevin?" Channing whispered.

"You OK?" Kevin asked.

"What… what happened?" Channing asked, confused.

Kevin sighed in relief and hugged her tightly. "It's a long story."

Dean then turned to Bonnie, impressed. "Where did you learn the exorcism chant?"

Bonnie shrugged. "I read a lot. And Grams taught me magic."

After they pulled over at a nearby bus station, Kevin lent Channing some money.

"Channing, you have to run. Lay low and off the radar. Crowley and the demons will try to get me through you again. I can't risk that." Kevin said.

"What? I'm not going to leave you." Channing protested.

"Look, I have to help my friends and I can't do that and protect you at the same time. The best thing you can do is to stay away from me. Don't go looking for me. Don't try to contact me." Kevin said before Bonnie handed Channing a bracelet with a talisman.

"Whatever happens, keep this charm on you at all times, that way they can't find you or possess you anymore. But like Kevin said, the best thing you can do is disappear and keep a low profile. You can't come with us and risk that they'll get to you again." Bonnie said.

Channing looked reluctant before she put on the bracelet. "Are you sure about this, Kevin?"

"This is what's best for you and me. Trust me." Kevin said and after some consideration, Channing hugged him.

"Just be careful." Channing said.

"I'll do my best." Kevin said before she went on the bus before Kevin turned to Bonnie. "Are you sure she'll be OK? I mean, I did the best I could remember from reading the Demon tablet."

"And I put as many protective spells on it as I could think of. I can't guarantee anything, but at least Crowley won't able to get her easily anymore." Bonnie said.

"Thank you." Kevin said as they approached Dean and Sam at the Impala.

"So, what's our next move?" Bonnie asked.

"What do you mean?" Sam asked.

"I mean, we still have to get the Demon tablet, right?" Bonnie asked.

"Wait, Bonnie, I know we had a deal but this is bigger than what we agreed on. You come with us, you're painting a bullseye on your back, do you realize that?" Dean pointed out.

"Dean's right. Don't get me wrong, it's not like we don't appreciate your help and I'm sure you can look after yourself but this is much different than the supernatural things you've seen in Mystic Falls and much more dangerous and we can't ask you to risk more for us than you already have, especially since Crowley has you in his gunsight now." Sam said.

"I'm not gonna leave you, not when you need all the help you can get. Not after what you did for me back in Purgatory, Dean." Bonnie turned to Dean. "Besides, I've had to face vampires, the Originals, spirits, witches and werewolves and other monsters. A couple of demons are not going to scare me."

"It's too dangerous—" Dean started.

"And running away from monsters in Purgatory wasn't dangerous? I've been in dangerous situations before and I know the risks, Dean. You can't ask me to leave you behind, when you wouldn't do it to me." Bonnie said.

Dean and Sam looked at each other and realized she had a point as they sighed and shrugged, realizing she was not going to take 'no' for an answer.

"I guess we're all in this together now." Sam said.

"So we get the tablet away from Crowley, then we'll head to Mystic Falls." Dean said.

"Deal." Bonnie said as she shook hands with Dean and Sam.

I'm not sure if Kevin's notebook would work to track him with Bonnie using a locator spell to find him, they'd skip talking to his girlfriend Channing, though it wouldn't surprise me if Crowley had Sam followed.

And a major change, Kevin didn't mention the Trials of God to seal the Gates of Hell, since I want this to be mainly The Vampire Diaries story, not Supernatural and the Trials plot would only make things convoluted for this story, though you can expect Crowley to still be a pain in the ass, I don't feel like juggling between two storylines at once, however but I will still adapt some storylines from Season 8 of Supernatural.

I think that Bonnie wouldn't just leave Dean and Sam behind to deal with something so dangerous, mainly due to her compassionate, kind and selfless nature and after how Dean helped her, she would feel like she owed it to him and Sam to help them.

Bonnie was already powerful with by that point and given that Sheila taught her magic, it'd make sense if Bonnie knew about demons and the means to fend them off, so she would know about the Devil's traps or wardings and such to repel them and be strong enough to restrain Crowley and the demon in Channing and exorcise them but Crowley, being the sneaky cockroach he is, would run off before Bonnie could finish exorcising and banish him back to Hell anyway but at least Channing was saved and I hope Bonnie doing things like that or making protective charms makes sense and she's going to help Dean and Sam get the tablet, then they'll head to Mystic Falls, where they'll be in for it again.

So, what do you guys think?
