I had looked up to the sky. Known she was gone, I was a mortal, and she was
an elf, there was no way we could stay together. I would fade and she would
live an, an immortal and a mortal never did belong.

At the final parting we stood for an eternity and she gave me something to
help me remember, that love may seem to keep us together, but not forever
I've heard that as long as I have it I will not forget.

But as I stand here next to my new friend (And possible partner?) I smile.
Knowing that all that was, was a fable, and love really has come again.
