All he needs to do is confirm and wait for Overlord's go ahead.
Overlord: Where are they now?
Crosby: Hostages are in a shipping crate at the first delivery bay. Colonel Farhan is inside the left side building. Captain Mahad is in the first— disregard, second right side building.
Overlord: Ready up.
Crosby: Set.
Overlord: Hitman 2, you are approved to engage those targets.
Crosby: And fire.
Aiming for the back, Crosby kills Captain Mahad at the second floor of the second right side building, with the bullet ripping the chest up appart from the stomach down.
Crosby: Confirmed, Captain Mahad, KIA.

En route to Colonel Farhan, Crosby shoots down a hostile MH-6M Little Bird with the M82A3 before clearing the left side building with the M60E6. Inside for fifteen seconds, he shoots Colonel Farhan's head and upper body away in full auto MMG fire, assassinating him.
Crosby: Confirmed, Colonel Farhan, KIA.
Overlord: Nice work. You're clear to proceed.
Crosby: Good copy. Taking the delivery bays now.
With both HVTs eliminated, Crosby moves to clear the delivery bays and secure the hostages. Fifteen more seconds later, he peaks inside the shipping crate, tells the civilians that they'll be rescued, and closes it back.
He knows that the shipping crate is not bulletproof, so he has to check all sides for shooters. With that, if what's left of the African Coalition want to kill the hostages for the deaths of their leaders, they'll have to go through the lone, masked, heavily armed DEVGRU Operator murdering them right now.
Crosby: U.S. Navy, stay calm and stay inside! You'll all be goin' home very soon! Overlord, Hitman 2 confirms hostages are in the shipping crate. Green smoke's out.
