I sat in Ewart's SUV, watching the world rush past. I felt a little sick, and very nervous. Someone tapped me on the shoulder.
I turned around slowly, afraid of throwing up if I turned my head too fast. Robinson was looking at me sympathetically. "I know what it feels," he said.
"Huh?" I asked.
"A first mission. I threw up on my first mission, and that was to destroy some defense unit thing. There probably wasn't a person a mile around, and I was still freaking out."
"That's a bad security system. No guards," was all I could think of saying.
"It was fun destroying stuff. You look like the kind of person who breaks stuff for fun, loves violence." replied Robinson. "I'll see that you get a vandalism job next."
I nodded.
Joshua leaned over to join the conversation. "I heard you won the u-11 karate tournament. Funny, I noticed that you didn't only use karate techniques, I'm guessing your parents were martial arts instructors who taught you?"
"Boxing instructors." I replied.
Just then, Ewart stopped the car. "We're here," he announced.
I could see the distinctive black door of 10 Downing street. I stepped out of the car. I didn't feel as queasy as before.
Ewart walked right up to the guard in front of the door. "Let me in," he said.
The guard looked at Ewart, as if he was an annoying fly. "No," he said.
Ewart stared at the guard.
"Wait, you Ewart Asker?" asked the guard.
"OF COURSE I'M EWART ASKER!" Ewart suddenly screamed.
"O. K.," said the guard, and he opened the door. The mission had started…..
