*Ten more days later*

THE WEDDING DAY

The wedding. Most people find them to be exciting especially for what comes next like that of seeking what life holds after college but to Grace it was all a dream. She still couldn't believe she was getting married to the man of her dreams Kyle Rodriguez. There were so many other better-looking women in her opinion, out there yet he chose her out of all the rest. He kept reassuring her that she was beautiful no matter what but she still had her doubts.

There was a time in her life where she thought she never would be married. Never say never or it just may happen right? You may ask why ten days later well the final decisions and plans were being made and finalized.

It was decided that it would take place in the back of her father's house on the beach located at the back of his house which would only include family and of course Grace's best friend Maddison as maid of honor and most of Kyle's friends who were going to also do their parts as well.

At the moment, her mother Rachel and best friend Maddison were getting her ready for the special day in the room that was her childhood bedroom from whenever Danny let her spend the night over Steves. Rachel was on hair, pedicure and manicure duty while Maddison was on makeup duty keeping the makeup as natural as possible after she took a shower. They started early in the morning so she would be ready in time for the wedding. All that was left was the dress to put on which was a sweetheart A-line mermaid floor-length like with the back exposed that complimented her tiny waist with no weird lines and her jewelry to match.

Suddenly there was a knock, more like two knocks on the door.

"Who is it?" Grace yelled to her two unexpected guests.

They both spoke up simultaneously from the closed door.

"It's Danno."

"It's your dad Steve."

Rachel went to answer the door and peaked her head out. Steve was giddy bouncing on his feet while Danny was red faced like he had been running or something as he bent over resting his hands on his knees.

As he looked up, he pointed at Steve before speaking. "I tried to stop this crazy animal from coming up here but he started running while I was trying to catch him. Ask Grace if she wants to see us?"

While she went to ask Grace, Steve and Danny began arguing like an old married couple over Grace. It stopped once they caught sight of her when the door opened. Steve's jaw literally dropped at how breathtaking she looked in her dress while Danny just starred with sadness marring his features, he covered up quickly with an impassive expression thinking today was the day he officially was going to lose his baby girl.

Steve was the first to speak up as he went up to hug her. "Gracie...you look...you look beautiful."

"Thank you, dad. You clean up nice too." Grace whispered as she returned the hug noticing they were both in their navy-blue suits already then her eyes were looking at Danny judging the way he was looking at her before finally looking up at Steve.

Steve was about to speak up but she began to fix his tie as she said low enough that Danny could still hear, "Danno doesn't like it. It would have meant the world to me if he liked it too. I'll go put on my mom's wedding dress-"

Danny finally spoke up interrupting her after Steve came to stand beside him jamming his rib with his elbow, making him grunt from the pain he wasn't expecting, "No...I mean keep...keep that one on. I was just thinking of how you're not going to need me anymore and how you'll no longer be my baby girl anymore."

"How could you ever think that? I'll always be your little girl. Nothing in the world will change that, Danno."

He came over and hugged her too and was about to give her a kiss on her forehead when she suddenly pushed him away.

"I've got makeup on and it'll ruin if you do that." she said before ushering them out. "Go, Go, Go! "

Almost two hours later, Danny and Steve were walking her down the aisle to the alter where Kyle waited. He sent a heart stopping smile her way as soon as he saw her come closer as he silently mouthed the words, I love you to which she mouthed back that she loved him too. Steve and Danny kissed her cheeks as one of them placed her hand in her soon to be husband's hand.

Pastor Novak began the ceremony. "Ladies and gentlemen, we are here today to witness the union of Kyle Rodriguez and Grace Williams. If there are any objections, please state them now-"

Funny enough Danny and Steve began to stand and speak, one of which wasn't ready to let her go yet and the other protective of her, but Rachel made them sit back down.

The pastor cleared his throat after looking around. "Ok then, repeat after me..."

He went through the usual ceremony and finished with: "I now pronounce you husband and wife. You may now kiss the bride."

He went right in not needing to be told twice unable to believe she'd be forever his as he hers. No one seemed to exist on that beach but them in that moment for Grace. It all felt like a dream she hoped would never end but it began to feel real as time went on.

When it was time for the father daughter dance, Steve let Danny dance with her first.

When Grace found out Danny was dancing with her first, she went to the DJ and whispered in his ear the songs she picked special for her Danno and Steve. She met him in the middle of the dance floor as the first chords of 'Always be your baby' by Natalie Grant played and placed her hand in his and they began to slow dance.

In the meantime, Steve took pictures and videos of them and he caught one of Grace crying and Danny taking the time to wipe her eyes and one where he made her laugh. Let's just say he took a dozen pictures and videos like he was sure his friend would do of him and Grace.

'I loved her first' by Heartland was chosen for Steve when it was his turn and he was right Danny did the same for them in going overboard with everything. Unlike the videos they took, a photographer just took pictures of the mother son dance between Kyle and his mom.

When it was her husband's turn, a special song was chosen by Kyle himself for her: 'Grow old with you' by Adam Sandler. Grace couldn't help but smile because they were watching a movie named The Wedding Singer one night and Kyle just blurted '"That's going to be our song for our wedding!"' at that scene. She didn't think he was serious but she had to admit it was kind of cute. Not kind of either, it was cute.

"Can I have this dance Mrs. Rodriguez?" Kyle asked holding his hand out.

"Yes, you may Mr. Rodriguez," Grace responded putting her hand in his.

After that, there was a choreographed dance mash up that was practiced for days between Grace and both her fathers which was very fun to say the least. Grace was so happy she included Steve in her wedding because in that moment she knew it wouldn't have been the same without him. Everything else went like a blur for both husband and wife who were just very excited for what their life was going to hold and be like from now on.

While Grace was over to the side talking to other family members plus Maddison who she had yet to find out that she was Kyle's foster sister but sister all the same, Danny walked over closer giving Kyle a pat on the back before he leaned closer to his ear and whispered enough so that Steve who was standing right by him could hear. "Welcome to the family. If you hurt her, I will kill you and I won't feel bad about it."

"And I'll help him bury you where no one will think to look," Steve whispered keeping the smile on his face like Danny so Grace wouldn't think anything was up.

"I have no desire to hurt your daughter, sir." Kyle responded politely addressing them both in turn.

"That's exactly what we wanted to hear young man." Danny said as sternly as he could while Steve nodded pleased with his response as well. He really liked Kyle, though he would never admit it, and was hoping beyond hope that what he said was true and he wouldn't turn around and hurt her. Not on his watch!

Later that day before Kyle and Grace went off for their honeymoon, Danny sneaked in another dance with her while Maddison danced with Steve with slow music playing. Maddison asked Grace if she minded if she danced with Steve and she said it wouldn't hurt to ask him so she did and well now there they were.

Sure, it wasn't the traditional wedding but it didn't matter to Grace. She had all the family she could have there anyway. Though the past five years were hard, she earned another father who was once her uncle she didn't know was her real father and that meant more than anything in the world.

THE END

A/N: Hope you like this ending chapter! I worked my butt off the last four days on this. I have only an inkling of what's supposed to happen at a wedding so I took creative licensing and did how a wedding would be like in my head with the addition of Steve as the biological father so if I missed anything feel free to tell me in the review section. I wanted this to be a perfect chapter so I did my best. Don't forget to review, favorite, and or follow!
