Author's Note: This is kind of a companion piece to "Spike's
Love. Begining of S7 also. She is refering to what he did to
her in "Seeing Red". Buffy's POV.

Like a cut that won't heal
Now my world has crashed in
And we can't seem to deal
The pain is becoming worse
I can bearly look at you
Whenever we touch I still feel
We need to talk and be true
I can't believe you even tried
But I know you feel bad
We need to try harder with us
You and I are both sad
I really want this to work
So let's give it a try
I promise not to hold back
No pain, no living a lie
