As stated in the chapter title, this is the appendix for the characters, both canon and OC, at the start of the postponed Dance in 150 AC (from Alicent's murder to Helaena's execution). I tried to make this appendix a little shorter than the previous two, but that was easier said than done with some of the entries.
But anywho, enjoy!
House Targaryen of King's Landing (Blacks)
I. Rhaenyra I Targaryen (b. 97 AC): The half-aunt and rival of King Jaehaerys II Targaryen. She is the first queen regnant of Westeros and the sixth member of her dynasty to sit on the Iron Throne. Rhaenyra is both the niece and third wife of her consort, King Daemon Targaryen. The Dragon Queen is hellbent on making the Greens pay for plotting against her, the tensions between them and the Iron Throne having resulted in the deaths of Rhaenyra's eldest son, Prince Jacaerys Velaryon; one of her grandsons, Jace's youngest son, Prince Aelyx Targaryen; and one of Rhaenyra's daughters-in-law, Lady Thea Celtigar. Rhaenyra has been dressing in all black since Jacaerys's death.
II. Daemon Targaryen (b. 81 AC): The granduncle and rival of Queen Jaehaera Targaryen. He is the first male consort of the Seven Kingdoms. Daemon is both the uncle and second husband of Queen Rhaenyra I Targaryen. The once fearsome and mighty Rogue Prince has been confined to his bed due to his worsening Parkinson's Disease, and he can no longer wield Dark Sister nor ride Caraxes. As of the twelfth day of the eleventh moon, Daemon has mourned the loss of his eldest stepson, Prince Jacaerys Velaryon; one of his grandsons, Jace's youngest son, Prince Aelyx Targaryen; and the wife of his oldest son, Lady Thea Celtigar.
The Velaryon Princes
I. Jacaerys Velaryon (b. 114 AC - d. 150 AC): The late Prince of Dragonstone and the previous Hand of the Queen of Rhaenyra I. He was the firstborn son and child for both his mother and her long dead second cousin and first husband, Ser Laenor Velaryon. Jacaerys was beheaded by his own half-uncle, Prince Aemond Targaryen, with Blackfyre during the Trial of Seven at Oldtown on the tenth day of the tenth moon after he condemned the memory of Aemond's late mother, Jace's former step-grandmother, Queen Alicent Hightower. He was the second victim of the Moon of the Stranger.
II. Lucerys Velaryon (b. 115 AC): The Lord of the Tides. He is the second born son of Queen Rhaenyra I Targaryen and Ser Laenor Velaryon, but is now his parents oldest living son following the death of Luke's older brother Jacaerys. Lucerys was captured after his defeat in the Battle of the Arbor and is now a captive of the Greens. His right eye was cut out by his half-uncle, Prince Aemond Targaryen, who wanted to avenge the loss of his own right eye by Luke's hand when they were boys in 120 AC. Luke has also been bereaved of his dragon, Arrax, who was killed in battle.
III. Joffrey Velaryon (b. 117 AC): The Master of Laws. He is the third born son of Queen Rhaenyra I Targaryen, the youngest born from her first marriage to Ser Laenor Velaryon. Joff was captured by the Greens after his defeat in a skirmish leading up to the Siege of Honeyholt. His dragon, Tyraxes, was killed in that skirmish by Tessarion, the dragon ridden by one of Joff's half-uncles, Prince Daeron Targaryen.
The Twin Princesses
I. Baela Targaryen (b. 116 AC): The cousin-widow of Prince Jacaerys Velaryon. She is the firstborn daughter and child of both King Daemon Targaryen and his long dead first cousin once removed and second wife, Lady Laena Velaryon. Baela is currently headquartered at Goldengrove with her dragon Moondancer.
II. Rhaena Targaryen (b. 116 AC): The Lady of the Tides. She is the second born daughter of King Daemon Targaryen, the youngest surviving child born to Lady Laena Velaryon. II. Viserys Targaryen (b. 122 AC): The youngest son for both Queen Rhaenyra I and King Daemon Targaryen. He is the youngest son for both his avunculate parents. With his eldest half-brother dead, the other two captured, and his older full-blooded brother mourning the death of his wife, Viserys has stepped up to the plate of becoming a more dutiful son to his mother.
III. Visenya Targaryen (b. 129 AC): The daughter and youngest child of Queen Rhaenyra I and King Daemon Targaryen. She is the third born daughter of her father, her mother's only one. Visenya has been accused by her half-uncle, Prince Aemond Targaryen, of the murder of her step-grandmother, Queen Alicent Hightower, an accusation that both the princess and the Blacks vehemently deny. The princess is nearly five months pregnant with her fourth child by her half-first cousin/husband, Prince Maelor Targaryen, and she is on bedrest because of the pregnancy. Visenya is by no means a delicate flower, however, and she has proven herself to be tougher than what people expected her to be.
Jacaerys and Baela's Children
I. Baelor Targaryen (b. 130 AC): The new Prince of Dragonstone and current Hand of the Queen. He is the firstborn son of the late Prince Jacaerys Velaryon and his cousin-widow, Princess Baela Targaryen. II. Alyssa Targaryen (b. 132 AC): The only daughter of Prince Jacaerys Velaryon and Princess Baela Targaryen. She is now her parents youngest living child after the death of her beloved younger brother, Prince Aelyx Targaryen... III. Aelyx Targaryen (b. 135 AC - d. 150 AC): The late second born son of Prince Jacaerys Velaryon and Princess Baela Targaryen. He was his parents' youngest child. Aelyx was killed by Ser Niall Hutcheson during the Assault on Harte's Watch. The prince was killed by being stabbed all over his face and head by Niall. II. Laena Velaryon (b. 131 AC): The mentally ill second born daughter of Prince Lucerys Velaryon and Princess Rhaena Targaryen. She is married to Ser Walton Tully. Laena drinks moon tea every now and then to prevent the conception of a child who could inherit their mother's mental illness.

Baelor and Alysanne's Children
I. Aemon Targaryen (b. 146 AC): The four year old son of Prince Baelor Targaryen and Princess Alysanne Velaryon. He is second in line to the Iron Throne. II. Elaena Targaryen (b. 150 AC): The infant daughter of Prince Baelor Targaryen and Princess Alysanne Velaryon. House Targaryen of King's Landing (Greens)
I. Helaena Targaryen (b. 109 AC - d. 150 AC): The late younger half-sister of Queen Rhaenyra I Targaryen. Motivated by the suspicious and tragic death of her eldest grandchild, Prince Gaemon the Blind, Helaena took part in the Green Conspiracy, which was a plot to dethrone Rhaenyra and replace her with her oldest half-nephew, Helaena's oldest son, Jaehaerys II. The conspiracy failed, and Helaena, wracked with guilt after hearing of the murder of Lady Thea Celtigar at the hands of one of the Green conspirators, confessed to her older half-sister about her part in the plot. The princess's treachery led to her treason conviction and subsequent execution. She was beheaded by the Queen's Justice, Ser Hendry Harte, before the Iron Throne at noon on the twelfth day of the eleventh moon.
Helaena had survived her late older brother-husband, Prince Aegon the Elder, for only two years by the time she died.
II. Aemond Targaryen (b. 110 AC): The younger half-brother of Queen Rhaenyra I Targaryen. He killed his eldest half-nephew, Prince Jacaerys Velaryon, during the Trial of Seven at Oldtown, an act which has branded Aemond as a kinslayer, one of the vilest of sinners. Escaping from the Hightower with the help of his younger brother Daeron and their second cousin, Lord Lyonel Hightower, Aemond fled to the Arbor to hide from the wrath of his older half-sister and her forces, his flight resulting in a manhunt that spanned the Reach. After coming out of hiding to take part in the Green Conspiracy, the one-eyed prince crowned his oldest nephew, Jaehaerys, as the Second of his Name in defiance of Rhaenyra, who Aemond wishes to overthrow. Aemond cut out the right eye of his other half-nephew, Prince Lucerys Velaryon, after the Battle of the Arbor to avenge the loss of his partial blinding at Luke's hands during the Red Spring.
Following the execution of his older sister on the twelfth day of the eleventh moon, Aemond is now the oldest living child of his late mother, Queen Alicent Hightower.
III. Daeron Targaryen (b. 114 AC): The youngest half-brother of Queen Rhaenyra I Targaryen. He is fighting for the claim of his nephew, King Jaehaerys II Targaryen, in defiance of his older half-sister, and Daeron took part in the failed Green Conspiracy. Daeron crowned his niece, Jaehaerys II's twin sister-wife, Jaehaera, as queen on the steps of the Starry Sept. The prince was integral in defeating both his half-nephew, Prince Joffrey Velaryon, and his allies from House Beesbury during the Siege of Honeyholt. Tragically, Daeron witnessed the murder of his youngest son, Prince Valarr Targaryen, at the hands of Lord Alan Beesbury, who wanted to avenge the deaths of his two youngest sons, who were burned alive by Daeron's dragon Tessarion...
Aegon the Elder and Helaena's Children
I. Jaehaerys II Targaryen (b. 123 AC): The half-nephew and rival of Queen Rhaenyra I Targaryen. He is the sixth Targaryen king and the seventh monarch of his dynasty. Jaehaerys II is the son of the late Prince Aegon the Elder and his also deceased younger sister-wife, Princess Helaena Targaryen. The king is the second born son of his father, his mother's first. Jaehaerys decided to fight for his claim to the Iron Throne following the death of his oldest son, Prince Gaemon the Blind, and the possibility of his family being mistreated or even killed off by the Blacks. Jaehaerys II was crowned king by his oldest uncle, Prince Aemond Targaryen, on the steps of the Starry Sept with the crown of King Uthor of the High Tower.
So far, Jaehaerys's ambition has cost the lives of two of his cousins, Prince Valarr Targaryen and Ser Cyril Hightower, and now his own mother...
II. Jaehaera Targaryen (b. 123 AC): The grandniece and rival of King Daemon Targaryen. She is the daughter of Prince Aegon the Elder and Princess Helaena Targaryen. Jaehaera is the second born daughter of her father, her mother's only one. The queen was the true identity of Ghost, the mysterious masked figure who served as the second Master of Whisperers on the small council of her half-aunt, Queen Rhaenyra I Targaryen. Heartbroken over the death of her eldest son, Gaemon, and believing that Rhaenyra had a hand in his death, Jaehaera took part in the Green Conspiracy.
Jaehaera is the one who stole Blackfyre from the bedchamber of Prince Baelor Targaryen so that her twin brother-husband, King Jaehaerys II Targaryen, could possess the symbol of Targaryen kinghood and draw more followers to him. The princess was crowned by her youngest uncle, Prince Daeron Targaryen, on the steps of the Starry Sept with the crown of Queen Maris the Maid. Queen Jaehaera's plotting has led to the death of two women who were very dear to her: Lady Thea Celtigar, who was one of Jaehaera's ladies-in-waiting and best friend, and Princess Helaena Targaryen, Jaehaera's own mother/aunt...

Royal inbreeding caused Gaemon to be born blind, frail and mentally challenged. Despite his handicaps, the prince was a sweet child who was adored by his mother, grandmother and younger siblings; his father/uncle ignored him. Gaemon the Blind died from mushroom poisoning on the twenty-seventh night of the tenth moon after consuming two bowls of mushroom soup, one of the bowls having been given to him by his younger brother Aegon.
The prince's death was ruled to be a tragic accident by Grand Maester Thaleus, but the Greens think the poisoning was intentional regardless of whether or not Gaemon was the intended victim or not. Prince Gaemon Targaryen was the fifth and youngest victim of the Moon of the Stranger. He was going to turn eleven on New Year's Eve the year he died...
II. Aegon Targaryen (b. 140 AC): The half-second cousin and rival of Crown Prince Baelor Targaryen. He is the second born son of King Jaehaerys II and Queen Jaehaera Targaryen. Aegon is now his father's oldest living trueborn son, the only surviving son of his mother.

The princess gave birth to Lyonel's first trueborn child, a daughter named Lady Daena Tyrell, nine months after they got married. Saera is currently expecting her second child with Lyonel, and her pregnancy inspired her parents to have another child before they get too old to conceive (Bethany is now pregnant herself).
Saera is on bedrest to cope with being separated from her daughter and younger brother Valerion, who are being kept as royal hostages by the Blacks at Horn Hill.
II. Valerion Targaryen (b. 135 AC): The firstborn son of Prince Daeron Targaryen and Lady Bethany Hightower. Both he and his younger brother Aeryn are being held captive by House Tarly for the Blacks. Prior to his imprisonment, Valerion was being fostered at Highgarden.

The prince was killed by his captor, Lord Alan Beesbury, near the end of the Siege of Honeyholt in retaliation for the deaths of Alan's two youngest sons by the Blue Queen, the dragon ridden by Valarr's father. Valarr was killed by having his throat slit and then getting pushed off the roof of Honeyholt's keep.
He was only ten years old when he died... Prior to his death, Valarr was squiring for his father. Daeron had his son cremated at Honeyholt.

Maester Urban was the one who convinced Princess Helaena and Queen Jaehaera Targaryen that Gaemon the Blind might have been poisoned intentionally by Rhaenyra I, lighting the spark of the Green Conspiracy. Urban took part in said conspiracy, which failed, after which the maester was captured, tortured, charged with treason and sentenced to death. He was executed by being hanged, drawn and quartered outside of the Red Keep's gates. Urban was the twin brother of Maester Ulrich, who serves House Hightower of Oldtown.

III. Thea Celtigar (b. 121 AC - d. 150 AC): The late wife of Prince Aegon the Younger, the fourth born son of Queen Rhaenyra I Targaryen. She was the daughter of Lord Bartimos Celtigar and his second wife and widow, Dowager Lady Adela Bolling. Thea was the only living daughter and child born from her parents' marriage. She was the younger half-sister of Lord Clement Celtigar. Thea was happily married to Prince Aegon, and they had two children together: a foster son, Lord Oswyn Corbray, and one biological daughter, Princess Rhaenyra Targaryen. Lady Celtigar was murdered by Gaemon Palehair on the thirty-first night of the tenth moon.
Thea had awoken to the sound of a commotion in her bedchamber, and she rushed to defend Oswyn when she saw him being threatened by Palehair. She was stabbed to death by Palehair, but her bravery nevertheless saved her children's lives, and her murderer was captured. Her death has destroyed Aegon, and the prince has not been the same since then... Thea was the sixth victim of the Moon of the Stranger. She was aware of Ghost's true identity as Princess Jaehaera Targaryen, and that Jaehaera and Myrine would switch places from time to time.
IV. Ser Dorian Celtigar (b. 119 AC): A knight of the Queensguard. He is the second born son of Lord Adrianus Celtigar and Lady Vaeya Groon. II. Benedict Stokeworth: The new Master of Laws. Benedict's appointment doubles as cover for the ulterior reason why he is present at the Red Keep - a royal hostage of the Iron Throne to keep House Stokeworth loyal to Queen Rhaenyra I Targaryen since Benedict is the uncle of Lady Falena Stokeworth, the mistress of Jaehaerys II, and the granduncle of the claimant king's two bastards by Falena: twins Maegon and Maegelle Waters. II. Brandon Quince (d. 150 AC): The middle of the three household knights who followed Prince Lucerys Velaryon to the Arbor during the manhunt for Prince Aemond the Kinslayer. Brandon was the great-grandson of the late Ser Robert Quince, who was the castellan of Dragonstone during the later years of the reign of King Viserys I Targaryen. Ser Quince bled to death after his femoral artery was cut by a Redwyne guard during the Battle of the Arbor. He was the second of the trio to die that day.
III. Isyck Follard (d. 150 AC): The youngest of the three household knights who followed Prince Lucerys Velaryon to the Arbor during the manhunt for Prince Aemond the Kinslayer. The dowager queen was found smothered to death in her own bed on the ninth night of the tenth moon by her oldest granddaughter, Queen Jaehaera Targaryen. The identity of Alicent's murderer is unknown and they are still at large, though the Greens believe that her step-granddaughter, Princess Visenya Targaryen, is the guilty culprit due to the heated words she and Alicent exchanged on the night the latter was killed.
Even in death, Alicent has a way of stirring things, and her murder was the spark that finally lit the fuse of the long-postponed Dance of the Dragons. Queen Alicent Hightower was the first victim of the Moon of the Stranger. She was predeceased by her eldest son, Aegon the Elder, two years before in 148 AC. II. Percival Wylde (b. 123 AC): The sworn shield of the late Princes Jacaerys Velaryon and Aelyx Targaryen. He has grown despondent after Aelyx was killed during the Assault on Harte's Watch. Percival is the half-grandnephew of Lady Joyce Wylde, the widow of Admiral Alyn Velaryon, which makes Ser Wylde the half-first cousin once removed of Joyce and Alyn's children: Cordylion, twins Rhaenyra and Rhaenys, and Marissa Velaryon.
House Lannister of Casterly Rock (the Westerlands)
I. Tara Lannister (b. 133 AC): The fiancée of Prince Daemion Targaryen, one of Queen Rhaenyra's grandsons. Their wedding has been postponed indefinitely in light of the death of Prince Jacaerys Velaryon and the start of the Dance of the Dragons. Tara is the first cousin of Loreon Lannister, the Lord of Casterly Rock, and the niece of Royce Baratheon, the Lord of Storm's End, and these blood-ties make Tara a highly desirable bride. Not only is Lady Lannister related to two of the most powerful noblemen in Westeros, but she is also the half-third cousin of Queen Rhaenyra I Targaryen herself. The two women share Queen Alyssa Velaryon as their great-great-grandmother, but they have different great-great-grandfathers through Alyssa's two husbands: King Aenys I Targaryen for Rhaenyra, and Lord Rogar Baratheon for Tara.
This makes Tara and Daemion half-third cousins twice removed.
Lys
I. Mysaria (b. 85 AC): The reinstated Mistress of Whisperers on the small council of Queen Rhaenyra I Targaryen.
Faith of Seven
I. High Septon: The leader of the Faith in Westeros. He was blackmailed into officiating the coronation of King Jaehaerys II Targaryen by Willem Hightower, who threatened to reveal to the public that their High Septon was a pederast. Wanting to preserve his good reputation, the High Septon agreed to officiate the ceremony.
Smallfolk
I. Marilda of Hull (b. 97 AC): The adventurous and high-spirited mother of Addam and Alyn Velaryon. Sadly, Marilda has yet to learn that she has been predeceased by her youngest son...
II. Gaemon Palehair (b. 126 AC - d. 150 AC): The murderer of Lady Thea Celtigar, the wife of Prince Aegon the Younger. He was the bastard son of a prostitute named Essie. Palehair's mother used to tell him that his father was Prince Aegon the Elder, but she recanted the story after the ascension of Queen Rhaenyra I Targaryen, telling her son that his real father was a Lyseni oarsman. Palehair assisted a ratcatcher known only as Cheese by tracking down rat nests and setting up traps. Palehair grew up to become a butcher.
Facing mounting financial troubles on top of expecting a second child with his wife motivated Palehair to accept the proposition of Lady Falena Stokeworth to kidnap the queen's great-grandson, Prince Aemon Targaryen, in an attempt to put King Jaehaerys II Targaryen on the throne in return for a lucrative job in the Red Keep's kitchens. The kidnapping plot failed when Palehair snuck into the wrong room, and he ended up murdering Thea when she awoke and found him threatening her foster son. Palehair was brutally beaten and later executed by being hanged, drawn and quartered by Thea's enraged cousin, Ser Dorian Celtigar. The fates of Palehair's pregnant widow and infant daughter are unknown.
III. Lyn (d. 150 AC): A pickpocket from Flea Bottom who worked as an apprentice butcher for Gaemon Palehair. He was hired by the Greens along with his employer to take part in the Green Conspiracy. Lyn was charged with serving as a distraction for Queen Jaehaera Targaryen, who was disguised as Ghost, so that she could steal Blackfyre. Lyn and his fellow male coconspirators, Maester Urban and Palehair, were all executed on the eleventh day of the eleventh moon. Due to his young age (pubescent), Lyn was not disemboweled during his execution, but he did have both his hands chopped off and was hanged from the Red Keep's walls until he died.
He was known by his nickname of "Light-Fingered" Lyn.
II. Alys Rivers (b. 89 AC): The mysterious mistress of Prince Aemond Targaryen. She is the mother of Aemond's oldest son, Prince Lydus Targaryen. Alys took part in the Green Conspiracy, and is supporting the claim of her husband's nephew, Jaehaerys II, to the Iron Throne.
