upon your gracious features
Let me wipe away the tears
straining to fall
Let you know when you feel alone
There's still that one person
Waiting for you
No matter what the future brings
I stare into the horizon
Looking past that aged amber lamp
Ever since you left
Time has ceased soundlessly
Engulfed in isolation
My futile attempts are only
More invitations for pain
The awakening city below
Glimpses of humanity, of dependency
Solitude takes over
Then everything is unknown
I gaze over the fading twilight
Greeted by the sight of my angel
A refined silhouette
Lost its balance
Gradually plunges downhill
Darkness has circled the firmament
Where shall I go, I can't perceive
Perhaps love is on the far side
Of dreams
That cannot survive
in this genuine dimension
I want to turn back time
When I could just embrace you in my arms
Timid features shone amid
Sparks of youthfulness
I want to see the world through your eyes
I want to be the object of your dreams
And you desires
Just as long as we stay together
Everything is going to be fine
I want to turn back time
And try to let our story continue
This time
I won't let you slip by me again
Holding on tighter, closer
In my heart
Though is it enough

The sun is rising, a new day is ahead
But my days are dull without you
And my nights are dark
Strained thoughts and memories

My hair dances wildly in the breeze
