Giorno's group was starting to not be surprised with murders, since they're starting to deal with it.

Immediately after they found Yoshikage's corpse, the group heard the Body Discovery Annoucement.

Since his corpse was covered in blood Touko fainted.

"So he's dead, huh...?" asked Josuke.

"Let's go back to L's group, maybe they have discovered something." said Giorno.

"Good idea." said Tanya

Giorno (who carrying a fainted Touko on his shoulders), Josuke and Tanya went to the Art room warehouse where L, Lelouch, Valentine, Loid and Chihiro were staring shocked (except one), staring at Aoi's lifeless body.

"Hey! What happen-Oh..." said Giorno.

"A-Aoi..." Josuke went to check the girl's corpse but he was stopped when he saw L holding his dead friend between his arms.

He still maintained his deadpan expression, but you could tell he was pissed off and sad.

"Are...Are you okay, L?" asked Chihiro, shyly and worried about L. The petite boy also a tear flow on the 12th letter.

"Yeah...I'm fine." L closed Aoi's eyes and turned to Giorno. "The...The annoucement appeared twice. Did something happened?" he asked.

"We found another corpse. It's Yoshikage's." said Giorno.

"It's in the rec room." Josuke added.

"Since they corpses are two different places, I suppose we should split in two groups for the investigations." said Valentine.

Everyone agreed. Giorno's group returned to the rec's room but the moment they went there, they were stunned. Yoshikage's body disappeared.

"What?!" said Giorno.

"I-It disappeared! Where d-did it go?!" said Touko.

"Probably the killer hid the body, let's find him!" said Tanya.

The group split up. Giorno and Josuke and Touko searched for the body while Tanya went to warn the others.

Before Giorno and Josuke entered in the physics lab, they both heard an explosion sound.

"Was that an explosion?!" said Josuke.

"The noise came from the Physics Lab, let's go!" said Giorno

The two went inside and they found Yoshikage's corpse with his head exploded.

Then, they heard the Body Discovery Annoucement once again.

"Huh? Why did it played again?" said GioGio.

"Maybe it was a mistake." said Josuke.

Even so, the two started to investigate.

First, Giorno opened the Monokuma File #3.

The file stated:

"The victims are Yoshikage Kira and Aoi Asahina. The first was killed by an explosion while the second was killed by a blow to her head."

"Wow, this time it barely revealed something. Looks like this time I can't rely on the Monokuma file for the autopsy report." said Giorno. "Anyway, let's start with the investigation." he thought.

GioGio went near the corpse.

Geez...The head has been exploded. When we first found the body, it was simply covered in blood...Wait, if I remember correctly, his stand can create explosions, right? If it was him, so that means that he commited suicide? Why would he do that? Josuke, what do you think about this case?" he said.

"Huh? Since his head was fine when we first found him, maybe the culprit used Kira's stand." said Josuke.

While they were discussing, Valentine arrived in the Physics Lab.

"It appears so." said Valentine.

"I got it...I think I know who killed Yoshikage." said the Italian young man.

Meanwhile, L investigated in the Art room warehouse.

He first investigated Aoi's corpse.

"According to the Monokuma File, Aoi was killed by a blow to her head. She was probably killed instantly. Also, there are traces of chloroform near the mouth and nostrils. This means that she was drugged before she was killed. " he thought. He checked the place and notice some hammers hanged on a board.

"One of those hammers is shiny and dustless. As it was cleaned recently. Perhaps a hammer is the murder weapon? What about Yoshikage? The autopsy report says that he was killed by an explosion. We didn't hear anything except Valentine. Also, last time I saw Aoi, her eyes had some sort of red aura, like she was hypnotized." thought L. "Another thing that is strange is the Body Discovery Annoucement. We heard it a second time like two minutes ago, when it should have passed more time. Maybe when Giorno found Yoshikage's body he was still alive?"

Then, he checked Aoi's jacket and found a piece of ripped paper.

It says:

"I think I've found a way out. I can see the outside world. It wouldn't end well if Monokuma found it out. So, let's meet in the Art Room at 5."

"I see, so she was invited here." he thought.

Then, everyone heard an annoucement.

"Ahem, I'm getting tired of waiting here...Let's get things started, shall we? It's the event you've all been waiting for...the Class Trial! Remember where to meet, right? Go through the red door on the 1st floor of the school! See you soooon!" said Monokuma.

"So, it begins once again." said L.

"Let's go." said Tanya.

Everyone went to the anteroom of the elevator.

Giorno told L what he found about Yoshikage's murder case plus an info that Valentine told him.

The students entered in the elevator.

A few minutes later, they arrived in the courtroom. Now, there were seven portraits of the deceased students (Yoshikage, Kaguya, Aoi, Junko, Jolyne, Izuku and Ren).

The Students disposed themselves in a circle. Thus, the curtains rised on the 3rd Class Trial.

"Let's begin with a basic explanation of the class trial. So, your votes will determine the results." Monokuma explained. "If you can figure out 'whodunnit', then only they will receive punishment. But, if you pick the wrong one...Then I'll punish everyone besides the blackened! And the one that deceived everyone else will graduate!"

"This time, since we have dead bodies, I would like to ask something to Monokuma." said Valentine. "What would happen if there are two murderers?"

"Well, if there were two blackeneds, only one of them would be executed." said Monokuma.

"Also, if there were two people that plotted a murder, who would be executed, the mandator or the one who committed the crime?" asked L.

"Only the person who did the dirty work would be executed!" said the monochromatic bear.

"So, since the Monokuma File doesn't reveal a lot of info, let's summarise the information that we have. Let's start with Aoi." said L.

"A-According to the Autopsy report, Aoi was killed by a blow to her head. Since she was found in the Art room, m-maybe she was killed with something that was there?" said Chihiro.

"I think that's what happened. If you check carefully, you can find a shiny hammer. Since the others were dusty, it was washed recently. There's a high chance that the hammer is Aoi's murder weapon." said L.

"Now, we have another question: When she died?" said Tanya.

"When we woke up and heard the Morning Annoucement, it was 6 o'clock." said Giorno.

"W-We don't have e-enough proof to t-tell when she d-died..." said Touko.

L objected.

"Wrong. we can actually tell when she died. In fact she was invited in another place by the culprit." he said.

"E-Eh?" Touko was surprised.

"I've found a letter inside Aoi's jacket. It's an invitation to go in the Art Room at 5." said L.

"So she was invited by the blackened to join him in Art room and then she was immediately killed. There is no doubt, Aoi went first to the Art room!" said Lelouch.

The surviving students were surprised.

"It makes sense, after all, it played a second time once Giorno found again the body." said Valentine.

Lelouch intervened.

"Hold on, are we sure he was still alive? From what we know, it could be a moment of laziness that Monokuma had." he said.

Tanya objected.

"Her eyes were weird, they had a red aura, like she was hypnotized. I think it happened the same with Yoshikage." said the pale Detective.

"Who could have done that?" asked Tanya.

"That's a mystery. Unless someone had mysterious power like those "stands" we don't have a clue. Even so, let's try find the culprit of Aoi's case, since it's more realistic." said L.

"From what we know, there is only one person who could get chloroform...Isn't that right, Loid Forger?" said Giorno.

"?!" Everyone was shocked.

"With what evidence you're accusing me? There is no proof " asked the spy.

L objected.

"No, that's wrong. I've found something interesting near Aoi's body." the young man revealed a piece of red fabric. "This piece of red fabric looks like it was part of a tie. You're only person that wears a red tie.".

"Also, where were you last night?" asked Giorno.

"I...I don't remember." said Loid.

"Oh right! Y-You didn't remember! H-How convenient!" said Touko.

"M-Maybe he was also hypnotized while he was killing Aoi." said Chihiro.

"You guys better do things quickly, time's running out!" said Monokuma.

"! Let's start with the summary of the case." said Giorno.

"Last evening, Loid was hypnotized by a mysterious person and was commanded to kill. He wrote the letter that invited Aoi to come to the Art room at 5. The day after, Aoi went to the Art room while Yoshikage stole a bag of blood from the nursery. When Aoi arrived at the Art room, she was drugged by Loid and then killed. After that he forgot everything and return to his room. When we start the search for them and went in the Art room, Yoshikage ran into the Rec room and commited suicide thanks to his stand. Even if you don't remember, you're the killer of Aoi Asahina. Give up, Loid Forger, Ultimate Spy!" he said.

After the explanation, everyone voted Loid as the blackened correctly.

"Thaaaaaat's right! Loid Forger killed Aoi Asahina!" said Monokuma.

"Wait! If he's the culprit, who hypnotized him?!" said Josuke.

"Simple, the one who hypnotized Loid is...Lelouch Lamperouge, the Ultimate Strategist!" said the bear.

"Wait a minute! If he's the one behind this murder, why isn't he the blackened?!" Josuke protested.

"Technically speaking, I didn't kill anyone. Loid killed Aoi." said Lelouch

"Thaat's right! He used a power called "Geass of Absolute Obedience"! He can give orders to the person that looks into his eyes!" said Monokuma. "But for now, that's irrelevant! I've prepared a punishment for Loid Forger, the Ultimate Spy! IIIIIT'S PUNISHMENT TIME!"

The bear pressed on the button.

After the trial, L told Giorno to enter in the closet in the boys bathroom on the second floor. Because "he found something bizarre". He found out that there was a fake wall that led to a hidden room.

"What the hell...?" he thought.

He checked a book in the library and found a letter that says:

"You must not leave."

Giorno was confused, but before he could elaborate, he was knocked out by a stand.
