I really appreciated it and this gave me inspiration to work on the next chapter and here the story picks up where the last chapter left, the investigation on who attacked Loa…and whether the flashdisk would provide clues as to who is behind the dinosaur attacks…

The scene shifts somewhere above the main city, where what appeared to be a flying fortress is seen hovering over the clouds, and the fortress looked like it is almost twice the size of the Empire State University, as the fortress, which also acts as the ship, remained afloat yet it was stationary.
It is the FENIX base, and right now it is monitoring the events that is happening at certain parts of the city, and the scene shifts inside where Wakabayashi appeared to be rather concerned after seeing Ryuta, Vice and Kadota arriving, and brought the seriously injured Loa with them, and there one of the medics told Wakabayashi that Loa is now in critical condition, sustaining serious injuries and lost a considerable amount of blood.
Wakabayashi sighed as he finds the situation quite useless as getting information from her would be more than difficult as she would be sedated in order for the FENIX medics to treat her injuries and knew that there is no luxury of time in waiting as the culprits behind the dinosaur attacks are still on the loose within the city.
However, Karizaki approached Wakabayashi and said that Ryuta brought an OTG flashdisk and said that this would help shed light on what is going on and why was Loa attacked, claiming that her fellow Alpha Gang members turned against her and even summoned dinosaurs to kill her off.
"So you think that flashdisk would give us a lead?"
"Who knows. That girl gave it to Ryuta before losing consciousness…it might contain import info…"
"So you're going to accept it just like that?"
"If it helps in the investigation…why not…?"
"…"
"At least it'll give us some clues, and help us identify who is behind the recent attacks."
"…"
"It's a breakthrough, don't you think…?"
Wakabayashi glanced at the flashdisk and expressed a less optimistic look, saying that he doubt that an answer would be found yet the bespectacled scientist smirked and urged his commander to at least have a glimmer of hope as they are about to get a lead on who is behind the spate of dinosaur attacks and who is this new enemy that is causing the chaos.
"I really can't believe what I'm seeing and hearing this. Karizaki…do you honestly think that flashdisk would truly give us a lead in this case?"
"Who knows, sir. That girl gave it to Ryuta before losing consciousness…it might contain import info…she made that kind of effort despite the serious injuries she got…"
"Hmph. So you're going to accept it just like that?"
"If it helps in the investigation…why not…?"
"…"
"Believe me, commander. We got this far, and now we gained something that would help in the investigation. At the very least it'll give us some clues, and help us identify who is behind the recent attacks."
"…"
"It's a breakthrough, don't you think…?"
Kadota entered and echoed the same sentiment that Karizaki made, saying that what matters now is that they need answers, and told the bespectacled scientist to insert the flashdisk so that they can get clues as any delay would enable the enemy to get ahead of them, to which Karizaki nodded in agreement.
"Karizaki."
"Yes?"
"We should start the investigation."
"I intend to."
"Then insert that flashdisk…we need to know who is behind all this."
"I'm on it."
"Good."
"Yeah."

Ch. 14: Chimamire no keiji part 2
At the laboratory where Marumu's older sister Riasu Tatsuno is working, Marumu contacted Riasu and told her of the situation, surprising the older female as she couldn't believe that Loa is in critical condition, and tells Marumu that it was a miracle that Loa survived this long and asked if she was able to tell what happened and why was she attacked by dinosaurs.
Marumu sadly said that Loa lost consciousness after giving an OTG flashdisk to Ryuta and right now FENIX is checking the contents in the hopes of finding clues that may shed light on what happened hours ago, as well if it would say if Loa claims that the Alpha Gang really turned against her.
"I can't believe what I'm hearing, Marumu…"
"Well…"
"Did the Alpha Gang really did this to Loa...?"
"That's what she said before losing consciousness…"
"For real…?"
"Right now she's being treated here inside the FENIX Skybase…as Ryuta felt that Loa has the best chance of receiving medical attention…"
"I have a bad feeling about this, Marumu…"
"Nee-chan…what do you…?"
Riasu wondered if this is a bad premonition as she couldn't believe that what happened hours ago is like déjà vu as she never thought that the culprits would actually summon dinosaurs and cause such a bloody carnage, even attacking children who pose no threat, and there she tells Marumu to be prepared for anything, saying that if the Alpha Gang are behind this then things would get uglier.
"I have a bad feeling about this, Marumu…"
"Nee-chan…what do you…?"
"Be ready for anything."
"Huh?"
"If what you say is true…if the Alpha Gang is really behind this…even attacking Loa like that…"
"But we don't have proof yet…"
"True, but you have to…"
"EEEEEKKKK!"
Riasu was then startled when Marumu shrieked, and there she asked her younger sister what is going on, where Marumu hysterically said that dinosaurs, specifically human-sized t-rexes, appeared within the FENIX Skybase, surprising Riasu as she couldn't believe what she just heard and that the FENIX base is airborne, so she finds it baffling on how dinosaurs showed up there all of the sudden.
"But you said that FENIX Skybase is airborne! How can that…"
"I don't know! They just suddenly appeared!"
"Marumu! Calm down…"
"They're everywhere!"
"Marumu…don't panic…"
"Its starting to chase me…!"
"Marumu!"
"…"

At FENIX Skybase, Marumu backed away as FENIX troopers are shooting at the rampaging dinosaurs that mysteriously appeared, and the troopers told the others to sound the alarm as there are dinosaurs inside the Skybase, which the dispatcher nodded, and there he told Marumu to get to safety which she nodded in agreement.
"We'll hold them off!"
"O-okay…"
"Try to get to a safe area!"
"O-okay…"
"For now avoid getting into the dinosaurs' sight!"
"O-okay…"
"Good…now go!"
"O-okay…"
As Marumu ran, she stopped while shrieking as a pair of human-sized triceratops appeared and gored a janitor who was killed on the spot upon being gored on the stomach before being thrown aside, and are now setting their sights on a new target upon seeing Marumu, and they are now poised to go after her, causing the teen girl to back away.
A few FENIX troopers showed up and opened fire, and told the rest to alert the others, saying that dinosaurs are spotted all over the Skybase, much to Marumu's shocked reaction upon hearing that dinosaurs are within the FENIX Skybase and wondered if Ryuta and Rex are aware of the situation as the lead trooper rallied the rest to defend the base.
"Open fire! Shoot them down!"
"Yes sir!"
"Yes sir!"
"Yes sir!"

At the surgery room, Rex and a few medics are holding the door as two human-sized tyrannosauruses are trying to barge their way through, and there Rex told the surgeons to continue to treat Loa, as she is currently sedated while being operated on, which the medics nodded as they try to maintain composure whilst Rex told the three other medics to keep holding the door.
"Keep holding the door! Don't give in!"
"Okay…"
"Okay…"
"Okay…"
"Don't be daunted! Everything will be okay…"
"Okay…"
"Okay…"
"Okay…"
Things became tense as the door started to get dented as the t-rexes are barging their way, and the three medics are starting to buck under pressure though Rex told them not to give in and keep holding the door, as he is sure that the FENIX troopers would arrive and assist, which the three medics were slightly encouraged and did as told.
"Keep holding the door! Don't give in!"
"Okay…"
"Okay…"
"Okay…"
"Don't be discouraged! Help is on the way…"
"Okay…"
"Okay…"
"Okay…"
Meanwhile the surgeons are doing their best to stay calm as they are still patching up Loa as they are 39% complete in treating her wounds while giving her a blood transfusion, though they could see through the window that the t-rexes are banging their heads against the metallic door that are being barricaded by tables and other equipment.
Then one of the surgeons noticed that Loa's blood pressure is starting to rise, and told the other two surgeons about it, and the lead surgeon instructed the two to do a procedure to help stabilize it, which they nodded in acknowledgement as they did an emergency method to bring the blood pressure down to normal level.
"Quick…we need to stabilize her blood pressure…"
"Okay…"
"Okay…"
"Okay…
"Remain calm…we are doctors…we must attend to the patient…"
"Okay…"
"Okay…"
"Okay…"

Hope you liked this chapter, as the Dinosaur King characters get some spotlight as things suddenly took an unexpected turn as dinosaurs suddenly appear inside the flying Skybase…which is somewhat suspicious given that there are no enemies found…or is it...?
So far Rex and Marumu took the spotlight for now, but Ryuta will show up momentarily…
