Naruto stood on the front steps as Lord Hyuga arrives in his car. "It is good to see you, Lord Hyuga." Naruto greets as the older lord exits the car. His eldest daughter exits shortly behind him.

Her head bowed her long cow ears hanging low. "I wish it was under better circumstances," Hizashi said. "I agree but let's go inside for some tea. I'll gladly go into more detail about what Hinata's day-to-day life will be like then." Naruto says

"That would be very appreciated thank you," Hizashi says his shoulder relaxing ever so slightly. Naruto leads the pair through the manor to a cozy sitting room.

They take seats as a maid enters with a tray of tea setting a cup down in front of each of them. "Now Hinata will be mainly household chores along with other housekeeping tasks depending on her skills. Be it cooking or mending clothing." Naruto explains

"What are typical chores that slaves and made to do?" Hizashi asks. "Cleaning mainly, working in the garden, and some work with the animals I keep on the grounds." Naruto clarifies.

"And will it be expected of her to…" Naruto holds up his hand to stop him. "No Intimacy is solely up to her as it is with any of my slaves. I also have different styles of punishment depending on the slave and how I acquired them." Naruto says

"The war criminals that I have are treated a bit harsher than those that I acquire through the trade market. For one like Hinata, it would be things like limited time with others, losing her ability to choose her outfits, and loss of free time." Naruto explains the punishments she could face if she acted out.

"And let me assure you that Hinata will not have any contact with them unless I was certain it was safe and even then it would be supervised," Naruto adds.

"That is comforting." Hizashi pauses "there is a rumor that you have ownership of my Nephew it this true?"

"It is he currently will have no contact with her. As of now only trained guards and I are permitted to interact with him. He is a risk to my staff and other slaves." Naruto says

"I am sadly not surprised he is acting this way. He ran when the Elders were having talks about what to do with his future. I was not informed of what they were considering but I would not be surprised if he would have had this fate anyway." Hizashi says

"It is a possibility but let's not dwell on unknowns. would you like to see your room Hinata?" Naruto asks her.

She nods her eyes still turned down towards the floor. "Very well if you both would follow me," Naruto says standing.

He leads the pair through the manor and up to the floor his room was on. He stopped in front of a door with a gold nameplate reading Hinata. He unlocks the door and pushes it open it was a nice-sized bedroom.

The walls were painted a soft lavender a large princess-style bed sits in the middle of the back wall. Naruto enters the room and lets the pair enter behind him. "It is a bit basic for now but as time passes with good behavior other decorations of your choice will be added. But miss behavior will have them taken away again." Naruto explains.

"This to be truthful was not what I was expecting," Hizahi says "I am glad you are not like others," he says after a moment.

"My pet slaves are still people, if they respect my rules then they can have very comfortable lives. I have some staff that are working off debts and others that are just hired help. Everyone has the same rules to follow no matter what status you have." Naruto explains

"And you don't need to worry Hinata I will have one of the Maids show you around and walk you through your chores until you settled in," Naruto says.

"What are the rules I will be expected to follow?" Hinata asks softly "ahh yes those the rules are as follows.

do not disrespect myself or my free staff,

Do not intentionally harm others or break items.

You can't starve or refuse to drink I will intervene if you try to.

Intimate relationships with others without approval are forbidden.

A reasonable effort must be made to complete the tasks assigned to you.

If you are feeling unwell you will seek aid from the medical staff I have on hand.

Do not intentionally put yourself in a dangerous situation which includes attempting to see your cousin.

Those are the only ones you need to worry about for now others will be explained once you have settled in." Naruto explains

"Ohh and for now you will be wearing a uniform similar to that of my maids. Once you settle in and display good behavior you will be able to pick out what you want to wear." Naruto adds.

The sound of a grandfather clock announcing that it was 2 pm sounded through the floor. " it would seem I have to leave now. I will show myself out if you don't mind" Hizashi says "you will be in good hands Hinata." He says

Naruto says his goodbyes as the older lord leaves. Before turning to Hinata "take the rest of the day to make yourself at home in your room a maid will collect you for dinner. You will join the other slaves for dinner and tomorrow you will begin learning your tasks." Naruto says.

Hinata nods quietly looking around the room Naruto takes his leave and closes the door behind him. Naruto heads to his own room "Miyuki my lovely fox I could very much use your help to unwind." Naruto says entering his room.

"Of course master how can I serve you?" She says kneeling at his feet.
