And I'm back with the next chapter of Meta-Verse. I am gonna take a break from posting chapters for Meta-Verse Arc 5 for now, and focus on finishing up Arc 4 here. So, in this chapter, the Meta-Verse Agents have finally decided to go look for their missing teammates, and Willa Caterpillar does have a decision to make on her own. There are two more chapters left, so let's get back to Arc 4 and get it done, shall we?

Arizona
On the road in Arizona, we see the Meta-Verse Agents using the digital map that is on the table that some insects are on.
"We have to know where they are." Katy Caterpillar turns to ID-3 Hoihoi-san. "Where did you spot them last?"
Hoihoi-san turns to Katy. "I spot them in a reality of Queens, New York. Not sure if they're still there or not."
"No fair. They're meeting up with old Spidey." Mary rolled her eyes. "Why can't I meet him?"
"I'm sure you will eventually." Sosuke said. "Whoever that is."
"Dude, did you not know who Spider-Man is?" Mary asked.
Sosuke thinks for a moment. "Oh. Him." He nodded. "Did not know he has a nickname."
Mary sighed. "You should have known."
Willa Caterpillar was in deep thought.
Hoihoi-san turns to Willa. "You okay?"
Willa turns to Hoihoi-san. "I don't know. I'm still struggling on a few things."
Hoihoi-san nodded.
"You've been feeling that?" Katy asked.
Willa sighed. "Like you would know."
Katy sighed. "Willa. I'm just worried is all."
"Don't be." Willa said.
Katy sighed. "Alright. I won't touch on that subject again."
They drove some more. Unknown to them, Annabelle was watching them drive off from behind a tree, then she smiled, sinisterly.
Deep in Abyss

Arizona
The Meta-Verse Agents are just relaxing themselves while they are still searching for their missing teammates.
Katy just passed around, thinking to herself.
"I'm not quite sure myself."
Katy turns to see Riko, who is looking at her Red Whistle.
"I mean…so much has happened since we got here. I mean, I am pretty amazed by all this…but, there is a part of me that feels…" Riko trailed off.
Katy sighed. "I know. We will get you home. I promise."
Riko nodded. "I know you will. And I respect that."
Katy nodded, then went back to pasting again.
Raggedy Ann sighed. "I don't know. I've been feeling strange here lately. I don't know what's going on."
Reg turns to face Ann. "I kind of noticed that myself."
Ann nodded. "You feel like you know what you're doing, but you don't."
Riko then pops up a random question. "This might sound odd, but does Annabelle sound familiar to you?"
Ann's eyes widened when she heard the name Annabelle. "She's dead."
"She is?" Riko is confused.
Ann then shivers. "You mean she's not?"
"Annabelle?" Reg thinks for a moment. "Wait a moment, isn't it that porcelain doll we faced when we first got out of the Abyss? Well, right after Lirio got us somewhere else."
Ann stops shivering, but her eyes are still widened. "Porcelain doll…she took another form?"
"How did she do that?" Konata Izumi asked in disbelief.
"I can't be sure. But if my sister took another form, then we're in deep trouble big time." Ann said.
"Wait, she's your sister?" Riko asked, surprised.
Ann nodded. "She was once a good sister. But one day, she was possessed by a demon. She is demonically possessed. She looks like me, so we're twin sisters. But, I never did anything with her ever again after her possession took over. It saddens me to see that."
"Is there any way to lift this curse off of her?" Reg asked.
Ann shook her head. "There is not."
"I felt so sorry for you." Riko said.
Ann nodded. "What do you get when something bad happens to your sibling?"
"I know I wouldn't want anything like that happening to Nat, Shiggy or Kiyui." Riko said.
"Who's Nat and Shiggy?" Mary asked.
"My other orphan mates." Riko said.
"They are of Riko's age." Kiyui said.
Mary nodded. "I getcha."
"Well, partner, I just be glad ya got yerself here with them, that's for sure." Lirio said.
"You were wanting us to join the Meta-Verse Department Agency, have you?" Reg asked.
Lirio nodded. "I thought ya guys might be lucky with them. I mean, ya saw them and all, and ya helped them. How does it feel, partner?"
"Well, I felt like we met more friends than what there were back in the Abyss. Honestly, I felt relieved that there is more beyond our understanding. That's what I like. To discover the undiscovered. Feels like a new journey, you know?" Riko said.
Lirio nodded. "I thought as much, partner."
Meta-Verse Department Agency
In the apartment center of the Revengers' Base, we see Gokicha just pasting around in deep thought. She sat down and thought for a moment on the floor. She then feels big thuds. She turns around to face the door. Tsukasa Takamine came into the room and looked around the place.
"I'm done here." Gokicha said.
Tsukasa looks down, then crouches down. "What's going on with you?"
Gokicha sighed. "Don't know. It seems like…I have a bad feeling about what our search team is gonna face."
"That is a concerning thought." Tsukasa sighed. "Don't you worry. I'm sure they're gonna be alright."
"Are you sure?" Gokicha asked.
"Positive." Tsukasa said.
Gokicha looks down at the floor, solemn. "Let's just hope you're right."
Kasha Maverick came into the room. "Did anyone see Solty anywhere?"
"She was one of the victims of the portals." Tsukasa said.
Kasha is in shock. "She's somewhere else then? In another dimension?"
Tsukasa nodded.
Kasha thinks for a moment. "I didn't realize." She looks at Tsukasa. "How long has it been this way?"
"For quite a while now." Tsukasa said.
"Oh wow. Poor Solty. I hope she's okay." Kasha said, looking worried.
"She'll be fine. I'm sure." Tsukasa said.
Gokicha looks up at Tsukasa in concern.
Meanwhile, in sick bay, we see Lambie McStuffins just fluffing up a pillow until Audino comes in.
"Any luck?" Lambie asked.
Audino shook her head. "I can't seem to get anywhere with these samples here."
Lambie turns to Audino. "We needed the samples. Because I'm afraid a much worse disease would come."
Audino nodded. "I know."
"And we need it quick. Because someone told me that there will be a disease coming. And it's gonna affect some worlds, but it is a dangerous disease to carry around."
"I know. Don't worry. We'll get that fixed soon."
Lambie nodded. "I hope you're right."
Arizona
Meanwhile, back with the search group, we see them driving for a while, until Flandre stops the van.
"What is it, Flandre?" Katy asked.
"Ooba. There seems to be some sort of structure close to us." Flandre said.
"Structure?" Reg wondered.
"We better go check it out." Nanachi suggested.
Everyone nodded, before they got out of the van truck and walked to the front of the vehicle. They saw that it was a crystallized tower that is a few feet ahead of them.
"What is that?" Riko asked.
"I'm not quite sure myself." Katy said.
Reg looks determined. "We better go check it out."
Everyone nodded.
Later, the team got to the crystallized tower and they walked towards the entrance.
"This is really well built. Too much to comprehend, really." Ann said.
"Who do you think built this?" Riko asked.
"I'm not quite sure myself." Ann said.
"We might as well go ahead and go in, see what's up." Katy said.
They all then went into the tower. Annabelle is watching them, smiling sinisterly. "Time for the trap."
Break
The team looks around the whole entire room, seeing it all crystallized and all.
"There's nothing here as far as I can tell." Reg said.
"It seems strange that there is nothing here." Hoihoi-san said.
"What is that?" Mirim points at a purple crystal sticking out of the wall.
Yuko Katagi goes to Mirim and sees the crystal. "I have no idea."
"Probably some type of power source?" Tamama asked.
"It might not be it." Mio Naganohara said.
Chika Itou used one of her cards to track who else might be in here.
"What are you doing, Miss Itou?" Katy asked.
"Trying to see if anyone else is here." Chika said.
"Wow." Kanna Kamui said. Emotionless, but she is still amazed.
They then continued further into the tower. They then saw someone trapped in one of the crystal prisons in the middle floor of the tower.
This someone is a female that has blue hair and gray eyes. She wears a white and gray long-sleeve dress and white boots. This is Ange Serena.
"How in the world did she get in there?" Konata asked, confused.
Ann thinks for a moment. "Something tells me that we might not be alone in this situation."
"Suu?" Suu said, confused.
"We might wanna get her out." Katy said.
"That might be an idea." Riko then starts to dig out some stuff from the backpack that Reg carries, then she finds the scythe-like weapon.
"Whippity pow. What is that?" Katy asked.
"It's the Blaze Reap. My mother carries this around with her when she goes delving down to get the Unheard Bell." Riko goes to the crystallized prison, then puts the needle of the Blaze Reap onto it, then it explodes, destroying the prison, but doesn't harm Ange.
"That's amazing." Katy said.
"It sure is." Kanna said.
Ange then walks to the team. "Thank you for freeing me. I'm Ange Serena, and I am a holy woman."
"A holy woman?" Mei Misaki asked, confused.
Ange nodded.
"You're the leader of Ad Libitum. I remember you." Kanonno Grassvalley said.
Ange is confused. "Do I know you?"
Kanonno is confused. "Then that means…"
"She could be from a different timeline from yours." Peni Parker said.
Kanonno shrugged. "I do know her."
"Who do you think built this place, anyways?" Reg asked.
"I don't know. This is supposed to be the place that connects to the Nexus of the Multiverse." Ange said.
"Nexus of the Multiverse?" Katy asked.
Ange nodded. "This place reveals all universes and all possible incomes of different worlds. But apparently, someone dark and evil wants to get rid of the Nexus for good."
"Who?" Riko asked.
"...Annabelle…" Ange said.
Ann's eyes widened. "Why?"
"Because she thought that the Nexus was a foolish thing to have, and so she wants to destroy it with everything around the Nexus." Ange said.
"Then we stop her before she does that." Reg said.
"She does have a bodyguard. Silico." Ange said.
"She hired a bodyguard? That's new." Ann said.
Ange nodded.
"We're not gonna waste time then." Katy turns to the team. "We have to go and stop Annabelle before it's too late."
Everyone nodded, then they continued on to find Annabelle.
They continued on their search for a little while, until they did come across the top of the crystal tower. And who is waiting there is Annabelle and a dark robot.
This robot is in total shadow and has green eyes. This is Silico.
"How nice of you guys to come." Silico said.
"And you're Silico?" Reg asked.
"That my dear friend is correct." Silico said.
"Just what the squid do you want?" Ika Musume asked.
Annabelle walks towards the team. "I planned this out the whole entire time. Waiting for you guys to show up when you show up from your own worlds."
Ann's eyes widened. "How did you know?"
"Because I watched it. And saw that they were here. So, I've waited and waited here, until the time finally comes." Annabelle walks to Ann. "How are you, sister?"
Ann's eyes maddens. "Don't even dare put them into this."
Annabelle snickered. "How thoughtful of you. But yet, so endearing. I never thought you would come all this way just to say that. No. The future becomes irrelevant. Becoming bleak. Becoming…much more different than that."
"Just what do you want with us?" Marulk asked.
"What I want is actually him." Annabelle points at Reg.
Reg looks around, then points at himself. "Me?"
"You have darkness in you before. I want to awaken it again." Annabelle explains.
Nanachi's eyes widened. "No, don't."
Annabelle has her hand opened. "It's time the darkness consumes everything in its path. Including you."
"Reg, don't fall into it." Katy said.
Reg looked at Annabelle, then felt a strange sensation hit him. Everything turned inverted for him, he felt a little dizzy.
Riko's eyes widened. "REG!"
Reg falls to the ground on his hands and knees, then he darkens. His eyes then turned black.
Katy's eyes widened. "Oh no. This can't be."
Annabelle then turns to the team. "There's nothing to stop me now. Now that I have him on my side."
"You bastard!" Nanachi grabbed out her guns and shot Annabelle.
Annabelle reaches out her hand, and supernatural force stops the bullets from hitting the porcelain doll. "No. No. No."
"Just how are you still alive?!" Ann extends her yarn hair and wraps Annabelle around them, then she slams her to the ground.
"I know when I will come back." Annabelle manipulates Ann's yarn hair and she makes them tie up Konata.
"Konata!" Tomoko Kuroki grabs out her sword and fills it with dark energy. "Super Dark Spin!" She throws the sword, then it cuts Ann's yarn hair off, releasing Konata.
Silico grabs out a machine doll and he controls it with his mind. The machine doll ran towards the team and it attacked them with bullets and drills. Reg then charges at the team and attacks them with his extendable arms. Peni blocks the arms with SP/DR.
"I've never seen Reg like this before." Katy quickly grabs out her Big Impact Gun and shoots at the machine doll that is controlled by Silico.
The machine doll indeed blew up.
"What? How?" Silico is in shock.
Nanachi charges at Annabelle and attacks her with her fists. The porcelain doll grabs the Narehate's arm and throws her to the wall. Kanna shoots out a light purple blast from her mouth and it hits Annabelle, but it does little damage.
"Nothing's working!" Yuko ran towards Annabelle and attacked her with her dangling chain on her arm.
Annabelle grabs the chain, then smiles, sinisterly. "You just don't get it. The dark is always present all around you." She then throws Yuko to the wall, hitting Nanachi in the process.
Suu extends her hair and attacks Annabelle with them, but the porcelain doll slashes her hair with her hands that turn into claws.
Silico then flew at the team. "Time to step up more than we think." He grabs out another machine doll, this time with a chainsaw, and he controls it with his mind.
Reg and Peni are duking it out. Reg screams in rage before continuing fighting Peni.
"Reg, I know you're in there. Just snap out of it, will you?" Peni continues using SP/DR to fight off Reg.
Katy grew butterfly wings and she flew and fought off the machine doll with her Big Impact Gun.
Willa is freaking out, with her standing at the entrance of the top.
Kiyui notices and goes to her. "What is wrong?"
Willa looked up at Kiyui, then shook her head. "I don't think I can do this."
"Why?" Kiyui asked.
Willa panted. "Because it's too much. I know we've dealt with more, but this one…this one's different somehow. And I don't want to get caught up in this. I'm shocked that Katy can do this. I thought she might be like me…but I'm guessing I'm wrong, am I? She had confidence now. I don't."
Kiyui looks solemn. "Look, Willa. You have to help, one way or another. Besides, you can do more. I believe that."
Willa looks at Kiyui in surprise. "Kiyui…"
Kiyui smiled. "Just go out there…and save them."
Willa then looks back at the battlefield, then looks determined. "Alright. If that's how it is." She then flies into the battlefield, and she helps Katy with the machine doll.
"See you're helping us out now." Katy continues to shoot at the machine doll.
"Katy. I don't believe you have this much confidence. You do. That is what surprises me. Just why?" Willa asked.
Katy then looks at Willa, then sighed. "Because I learned everything. About this mess. I learned the hard way after finding out my true self. To which, what is my true self anymore? You see, I want to help them. I do." She then looks down at the ground, then sighed, sadly. "I'll do anything to help them. I mean it."
Willa looked at Katy, solemn, then nodded. "That's what I was wanting to hear. You're now responsible. That's what I want to see."
Katy nodded. Then they hear Reg's raging scream, then they turn to see Reg fighting off Peni.
"We need to get him out of that somehow." Willa said.
Katy nodded. "I agree."
The machine doll was about to attack the caterpillars, but Bee #5344 shut it down with a slash of her sword, and it did hit the turn off switch. The caterpillars saw 5344 and they sighed in relief.
"Thanks, 5344." Katy said.
5344 nodded. "No problem."
"What? Again?" Silico gets enraged.
"Have a problem with that, robo dude?"
Silico turned around and saw a humanoid dog at the edge of the top of the crystal tower.
This humanoid dog is light-beige with black ears and black eyes. He wears an orange beanie with a frog symbol, sleeveless light-blue shirt, blue jeans and red sneakers. This is PaRappa Rappa.
"How did you get in?" Silico asked in shock.
"Well, I took the hard way in. Climbing this thing, that is." PaRappa said.
Annabelle saw PaRappa and she flew to him, but she got attacked by Marulk's staff blast and she fell to the floor.
PaRappa saw Marulk and he gave him a thumbs up. "Thanks, little dude."
Marulk nodded. "No problem."
Reg and Peni still fight it off, until he is about to use the Incinerator on SP/DR.
Peni's eyes widened. "Oh no. This is not good!"
Nanachi saw this and her eyes widened. "Not the Incinerator!" She charges towards Reg and beats him up.
Reg got hit by Nanachi, but the Incinerator blasted and it did hit the ceiling of the tower.
"Oh no!" Katy saw this.
"My job here is done." Annabelle gets up and looks at the destruction that Reg has made. "Time to retreat."
"Like right now?" Silico asked.
But, Riko ran towards Annabelle and hit her with the Blaze Reap, sending the porcelain doll off the edge of the tower. PaRappa got out of the way and Annabelle flew past him. She then starts falling from the tower. It was a long fall and she dropped to the ground, with her parts being broken.
Silico shrugged. "I'll return." He then flew out of the tower.
Reg then turns back to normal, and his eyes are back to normal. His eyes widened and saw what he had done. "Oh no. What did I do?!"
"You used the Incinerator!" Katy exclaimed.
Reg gets up quickly. "We have to get out of here!"
Everyone then starts running out of the tower as it is starting to collapse. They got to the middle floor, and the floor cracked and Riko was about to fall.
Ann quickly extends herself and grabs Riko. "I got you!"
"Don't let go!" Riko said.
Ann then pulls herself to get Riko out of the hole on the ground. She succeeded and they ran out of the collapsing tower.
They made it outside and the whole tower collapsed. They panted, then sighed in relief.
"That was not easy." Katy said.
Riko turns to Reg, walks to him and hugs him. "I was so worried."
Reg looks at Riko for a moment, then hugs her. "Riko."
Nanachi turns to the two. "You're gonna pass out soon, I should know."
Reg nodded. "I hope things don't get worse when I'm passed out."
Nanachi nodded.
"The whole connection to the Nexus is gone." Ange said.
"I'm sure it'll be fine." Katy assures Ange.
Ange just nodded.
"What in the world is that?" Willa points at something.
They all see what Willa is seeing. And it is a purple crystal that is coming towards them.
"Oh no." Reg said in disbelief.
"I really wish we ain't doing this again." Yuko said.
"It's coming straight towards us." Katy said.
"Everybody, hold on." Hoihoi-san said.
"Why?" Riko asked.
"...because we might get our answers here." Hoihoi-san confirmed.
The crystal then swallows them up.
Unknown world
Up in space, we see Grand Zeno and Future Zeno looking at a screen, and they see that things are going weary.
"We need to get them home." Grand Zeno said.
"You sure?" Future Zeno asked.
"I don't feel that evil. I never was. What happened back there was against my will."
Future Zeno looked at Grand Zeno and he nodded. "So, we need to go there and get them home."
"And leave me behind?"
The Zenos turned around and saw the TV screen with Lucy Ricardo just sitting on a chair.
"We are sorry. But we can't work with you much longer, Chthon." Grand Zeno said.
Lucy Ricardo, who was revealed to be Chthon, sighed in anger. "You're gonna regret this."
The Zenos just nodded, then they flew off into space. Chthon just looked on, and was angry at the Zenos' betrayal.

But, they won't be alone, as the other realities are caught into this as well. But, will the other realities go home after this battle? That's right, folks.
