Chapter 25: Attack on Mountain Glenn

One week later, Port's classroom, 30th May 17 BBY, 15:58 pm…

The end of the day was only two minutes away, but felt like two hours.

Today marked a day on the schedule marred by a double period with Professor Port of all people.

And It. Was. Boring.

The only benefit was that it afforded a lot of the class; sleep deprived from homework and the like, a chance to catch up on sleep whilst Port droned on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and-

Finally, the buzzer sounded indicating the end of the lesson.

"Well; it appears the end to my riveting story will have to wait." Port declared. "See you next week, fellow Huntsmen and Huntresses!"

Nathan finally dragged himself out of his seat, swinging his head side to side to loosen it up after being static for so long.

"Thank the gods that's over." Blake said. "Now we can curl up and-"

"Would Teams RWBY and JNNPR please report to Professor Ozpin's office, please?" Professor Goodwitch requested over the PA.

Nathan glanced up, confused, sharing glances with his teammates and friends, before glaring at Team CRDL as they sauntered past, hearing Cardin say:

"Looks like you guys are in deep trouble."

"My lightsaber's gonna be deep up your ass if you don't shut up, Cardin." Nathan fired back. Turning to his teammates and friends, Nathan said: "Let's get up there. Hopefully there's an update on the Empire."

"Or our first mission in this shadow-war going on." Jaune responded quietly.

"We'll have to wait and see." Ruby stated as they left Port's classroom, headed straight for Ozpin's office on the top floor of Beacon Tower.

"Are you okay?" Blake asked, seeing Nathan's pensive expression.

"For now." Nathan responded. "As big a threat as Salem is… right now; my mind is on the more pressing threat; the Empire. It's been over a month since the attack. If Qrow still hasn't found them-"

"He'll find them, Nate." Ruby said encouragingly. "Have faith."

"I do. But until I get an update, it's my job to be worried. For all of us." Nathan responded, patting Ruby on the shoulder as they soon reached the elevator that would take them to Ozpin's inner sanctum.

Professor Ozpin's office, 16:15 pm…

"The Empire's camp has been discovered."

No words could have left Ozpin's mouth that would have resembled music more than those words in that moment in Nathan's mind.

"Where?!" Nathan asked, the thrill in his voice evident.

"Right under our noses." Ozpin responded. "The Empire is encamped within the ruins of Mountain Glenn. The reason Qrow took so long to come back is because I erroneously assumed the Empire would be encamped somewhere farther away so not to arouse any suspicion."

"That's troubling." Jason mused. "From Mountain Glenn; they'd be perfectly placed to launch a full-scale assault on Vale, even Beacon."

"How many troops did Qrow say there was stationed in the camp?" Jaune asked. "And what type of weaponry are we looking at?"

Ozpin nodded, and set his scroll on the table, from which sprouted a hologram of a photograph Qrow had taken.

"AT-STs." Nathan murmured as he looked at the picture, which depicted a bipedal vehicle with a small control cabin on top, supported by two thin legs that looked lightly armoured. Mounted on the chin of the control cabin were two blaster cannons, and on the cheeks were a light blaster cannon and a concussion grenade launcher.

"A what?" Ruby asked confusedly, earning her a facepalm from Weiss.

"All Terrain Scout Transport." Jason answered. "These things are becoming more and more common as the Empire's reach stretches further and further across the galaxy. These things would be perfect for an attack on Beacon or Vale. They're mobile, and have a fair bit of firepower. Destroying these along with any heavy-duty weaponry and vehicles should be a priority." Eyeing Ozpin, Jason asked: "What other stuff like this has been found?"

Ozpin responded by showing them more pictures, including pictures of TIE Fighters, heavy artillery pieces, as well as some of the weaponry carried by foot soldiers.

"Thank the Force they've not got AT-ATs, yet." Jason mused.

"The Empire really needs to get more creative with names." Yang joked, earning a few laughs from everyone.

As the laughter subsided, Winter joined Jason.

"With that sorted, It's time we decided on a plan of attack." Winter declared.

"I suggest that while you and your troops focus on assaulting the camp; me, RWBY and JNNPR focus on destroying the Empire's vehicles and heavy artillery." Nathan offered.

"Agreed." Jason responded. "Blake; I'm sure your brother and the White Fang are eager for some payback."

"They are." Blake responded. "In fact, Kanan told me to tell you to count his forces in if you find the Empire's encampment."

"They've been itching for a fight longer than Pyrrha was itching for Jaune." Yang added, making Pyrrha and Jaune blush with her last remark.

"Good. Then one of you go to the White Fang camp and tell them to ready for combat. Me and Jason will do the same on our end." Winter added.

"As for the rest of you;" Ozpin declared. "Take some time for yourselves and prepare for what is to come. Tonight will be a long one."

"We will." Ruby said, stepping back along with the others and heading off.

As they descended via the elevator, Nathan heard Blake ask:

"You okay?"

"I will be." Nathan responded. Now it was time to defend his home.

White Fang encampment, 30 minutes later…

"Kanan; Yang's here to see you."

Kanan perked up at Ilia's statement and immediately stood, marching straight towards the camp entrance towards where Yang stood waiting for him. "Yang; what's going on?" He asked his girlfriend. "You're usually getting ready for dinner by no-"

"The Empire's camped at Mountain Glenn." Yang responded. "We're getting ready to attack them in an hour and a half, and I recall hearing your men saying they wanted payback."

Kanan felt every pair of eyes in the camp falling on him, and took a deep breath. "And they'll have it." He declared after a short time, turning to face his men.

"Gentlemen! Ladies! Brothers and sisters of the White Fang! Last month we were attacked by an enemy whose sole goal is to subjugate our world and all the people on it! Many of our brothers and sisters died defending this place, and many more will die in this attack." Sighing, Kanan added: "I can't guarantee everyone will return to this encampment alive or in one piece. But for every brother or sister of ours that falls, there will be twenty of the enemy that die at the same time!"

The White Fang cheered loudly in response.

"The Empire comes to make slaves of us all." Kanan continued. "I have a better idea. What do you say to drenching the ground they stand on in their blood?!"

Another cheer arose from the White Fang, at which Kanan ordered:

"Be ready in thirty minutes. We set off for Beacon after that."

At that, he turned and walked towards his tent.

Upon entering his tent, Kanan made a bee-line for his weapons, checking them to ensure they were both clean and sharp. He belted both of them on, and turned to find Yang stood by his desk, leaning against it.

"Quite the speech you gave just now." Yang said.

"Glad you liked it." Kanan responded, walking over to Yang and pulling her close.

"It's not the only thing I liked." Yang responded, wrapping her arms around Kanan's neck and pulling him into a kiss.

That kiss became two, two became three, three became four, and so on and so on until Kanan's hands moved down, squeezing his girlfriend's backside and lifting her up onto his desk, kissing Yang fiercely and passionately as her legs wrapped around his waist.

With that, Kanan spun around and carried Yang over to his bed, sitting down with her in his lap, still kissing her with everything he could muster.

Breaking his lips away from hers, Kanan's eyes locked with Yang's. "Yang…" He murmured.

Yang smiled. "You know… I wouldn't mind bringing our planned first time forward a few months." She said.

Kanan smirked. "As much as that excites me… I'd rather our first time was meaningful; not rushed because we had time constraints."

"Well; we do have twenty minutes." Yang pointed out.

"True." Kanan replied. "But that's twenty minutes I'd rather spend just holding you."

Yang smiled and kissed Kanan. "Lie back."

Kanan nodded and obliged, scooting back onto the bed proper before leaning back, allowing Yang to snuggle up.

His hand soon found Yang's hair, and he began running his hands through its luscious, golden blonde locks, hearing his girlfriend sighing contentedly as she snuggled up to him even more.

"Is Nathan ok?" Kanan asked. "I can't imagine what he's feeling right now."

"He's itching for a fight." Yang responded. "I've never seen him this determined except during the Battle of Beacon and Menagerie. Mainly during his two fights with…"

"With Adam?" Kanan asked, finishing the sentence for Yang, who responded by snuggling even closer to Kanan.

Kanan nodded and kissed the top of Yang's head. "I'm here, Yang. We'll be okay."

Yang smiled and pecked Kanan on the cheek, saying: "I know. But for now… just hold me. And don't even think about letting go."

"Never planned to, Yang." Kanan responded, tightening his grip on Yang.

Team JNNPR's dorm…

Nathan exited the shower to find his teammates all dressed for combat.

They all had their combat gear on, and their weapons were all on their person.

Nora was checking the ammunition for Magnhild's grenade launcher form, Ren was ensuring Stormflower was clean.

Pyrrha was polishing her weapons to give them a matte finish, so that they wouldn't gleam in the moonlight.

Jaune was ensuring Crocea Mors was sharp and in the best condition it could be, as was his shield.

Nathan then checked his revolver; Phoenix's Breath. He'd not had a chance to use it in combat yet, but he had been practising, and he'd like to think he was a good shot.

He checked he had maximum bullets, and holstered the firearm. His lightsaber didn't really need checking.

Nathan's eyes soon met those of Pyrrha's as his best friend approached.

"How are you feeling?" Pyrrha inquired.

Nathan took a deep breath. "Like I'm back in the Clone Wars. Only difference is; instead of a squad of clones, I'm walking in on my teammates… my family, readying their weapons for a battle that will change everything. Because the moment a shot is fired or a weapon strikes flesh… there's no turning back. We either win… or we're dead by this time tomorrow. Not saying that'll happen… but you can see what I'm saying."

"We get it, Nate." Jaune said firmly from where he sat. "But we knew the risks when we agreed we'd stand with you. And we're going to honour that promise whether we live past tonight or not."

"And if we do go down… we'll break as many legs as we can before we go down!" Nora declared resolutely.

Nathan laughed.

"But if we don't… me and Nora might have need of the room for a few hours." Ren stated, making everyone laugh.

"In that case, I'll be spending a bit of time with Blake in Team RWBY's room." Nathan responded. "And if they're up for it… maybe Ruby and Weiss as well."

Everyone chuckled.

"Too bad Yang's already taken; you could have had all of Team RWBY!" Jaune pointed out, making everyone laugh.

Nathan chuckled before he said: "With that… gonna go spend some time with Blake." At that, he stood up and headed towards Team RWBY's dorm.

Team RWBY's Dorm…

Nathan walked over to Team RWBY's dorm and knocked firmly on the door.

"Come in!" Blake called out from within.

Nathan opened the door, and momentarily froze when he realised what Blake was wearing.

Or rather; what she wasn't wearing.

Clad only in a bathroom towel, it was clear Blake had only just showered. Her raven black hair was matted and damp, and her combat attire was on the chair next to her.

Blake met Nathan's gaze and smiled. "Hey." She said softly.

"Hey." Nathan replied, walking over and sitting with his girlfriend. "You okay? Where are Ruby and Weiss?"

"Ruby and Weiss are in the shower." Blake replied, gesturing to the shower. "And… I'm fine. Just getting myself in the right headspace for this."

Nathan nodded understanding. "Nervous?"

"Anyone who wouldn't be is either delusional or a psychopath." Blake responded. "I'm willing to bet you're in the same boat."

"Yeah. But… having you by my side helps." Nathan said, taking Blake's hand in his. "Because it reminds me of why I'm fighting. So I don't lose what matters most to me."

Blake smiled in response, but sighed again.

"What's up, Blake?" Nathan questioned.

"Just… I'm just worried about the inevitable fight you're going to face against the Third Sister." Blake answered.

"Jason's trained me well. I'm better prepared for her this time." Nathan said in an assuring tone.

Blake shook her head. "I know but… so has she. All these what-ifs are going through my mind, it's impossible to stop them!" Tears threatened to break through, as Blake added: "I'm scared, Nathan. More scared than I've been since you went off to fight Adam back in Menagerie. I… I…" Blake finally broke down, saying: "I just don't want to lose you!"

Nathan immediately gathered his girlfriend in his arms, saying: "Hey… hey… calm down, it's going to be okay…" Taking Blake's chin, he lifted her head to meet his gaze. "I don't plan on dying now, or for a very long time. Not until you and I are old and grey. Because being without you scares me more than anything else in the world."

"Oh, Nathan…" Blake murmured as they shared a passionate kiss.

Nathan's hands ran up and down his girlfriend's body for a few moments until he inevitably squeezed her ass.

A loud gasp escaped Blake, and the kiss was broken as they shared a long, lasting look.

Nathan glanced at the clock, which told them they had at least an hour left before they had to meet up with everyone for the assault. Looking back at Blake, his eyes asked a question he didn't need words to ask.

Blake shook her head. "As much as I want to Nathan… today's not a safe day; and we have a battle to prepare for."

Nathan nodded, saying: "Okay."

"Though when we get back…" Blake added; a seductive edge creeping into her tone. "I wouldn't mind celebrating."

Nathan grinned and kissed Blake, before using the Force to retrieve her hairbrush. "Back to me." He requested.

Blake smiled and sat with her back to Nathan as he began brushing her hair, sighing happily.

With Jason and Winter…

Jason stepped into Winter's ship to find Winter at the cockpit, deep in thought.

Walking over, Jason handed Winter the coffee he had in his left hand, sitting down with his own.

"Thank you." Winter said gratefully. "Are the troops waiting at the transports?"

Jason nodded. "Just got notification from Kanan that he and the White Fang are on their way, too. They'll be here in half an hour."

"Good." Winter replied. "Means we'll have plenty of men for the attack. We'll need to brief the White Fang on our attack plan; and perhaps Kanan and his lieutenants can give us some revisions." Meeting Jason's gaze, Winter took a deep breath. "Meaning all we can do is wait."

Jason nodded, locking eyes with Winter.

"You're worried, aren't you?" Winter inquired.

"Yeah… battle jitters. Happens to everyone." Jason answered. "But more than that… It's just all the what-ifs. What if Qrow failed to spot anything else? What if they have AT-ATs? What if-"

"Jason."

Jason stopped as he met Winter's gentle gaze.

"Stop worrying about the what-ifs. Worry about things as they come." Winter said softly. "You'll drive yourself insane, otherwise."

Jason nodded. "You're right. It's just difficult, you know?"

"More than you realise." Winter replied. "But don't focus on that. Focus on what's in front of you."

"Like the insanely beautiful young woman sat mere feet away from me who I still can't believe is my girlfriend of several months?" Jason asked with a grin.

A smirk crossed Winter's face. "There we go." She responded, leaning in and kissing Jason.

Jason pulled Winter into his lap at this, letting her snuggle up as he wrapped his arm around her and pulled her close.

"I needed this." Winter mused as she snuggled into Jason's embrace. "Just a talk and a cuddle with my amazing boyfriend."

"Me too." Jason replied. "Amazing how just being around the people you love can calm you down just the way you need."

"Maybe it's because it's only around the people you love most that you can truly relax." Winter reasoned.

"I can accept that." Jason said, kissing Winter again.

They finished their coffee in pleasant, loving silence before they left to muster their troops. There was a battle to be fought.

The Imperial Encampment, 20:00 pm…

"It appears for the most part; the plan is set." The general said as he looked across a set of battle plans. "Commander Kast will lead the charge from the forest against the school from the west. The Third Sister here will lead a platoon of Purge Troopers into the school itself to find and eliminate the younger Jedi and anyone who dares try defend him. Our lord Baron will lead a contingent to hunt the older Jedi down."

The Third Sister admitted, the plan set forth was a decent plan. The forest, being the same one she had first engaged Nathan in, would provide all the cover their army would need before the main attack started. The Purge Troopers that the general was speaking of had not arrived yet; but when they did; they would provide a whole new challenge for the Jedi to defeat, on top of herself and the Baron.

The Baron was elsewhere at the moment, up on the Star Destroyer currently orbiting the planet, meeting with some Imperial bigwig, more than likely the Emperor himself trying to justify the campaign, which hadn't exactly been officially sanctioned by the Emperor.

This gave the Third Sister some relief, knowing the Baron was somewhere where he couldn't just barge into her quarters when he was in a bad mood or just drunk. The only downside was that it'd just be whichever young female Imperial Officer caught his eye that'd suffer that fate.

It was then that the camp was suddenly rocked by a thunderous explosion.

"What's going on here?!" The general spluttered as an aide burst into the room.

"General; we're under attack!" The aide shouted.

"Who by?" The Third Sister demanded.

"I couldn't tell, but there's a lot of them." The aide declared. "I swore I saw one or two lightsabers among the attackers."

Swearing under her breath, the Third Sister turned to the commanding officers. "Contact the Baron and let him know he's needed! Marshall all the troops we have and prepare them for battle! If this camp falls, it'll be our heads on the block!" With that, the Third Sister dashed out of the tent, tearing her lightsaber from her belt. She could see the smoke from the flames of the explosion they had heard, along with the distant cacophony of battle. Scowling, she continued on her path. She wouldn't join the front lines, but Nathan had to go somewhere…

With the gang…

"Let's go!" Jason roared as he ushered soldier after soldier through the wall breach before joining them as they formed a battle line, laying down covering fire for the rest of their comrades.

The initial attack so far was proving a success. The plan had been simple: Detonate explosives to breach one of the camps' walls, then pour their men into the breach until a figurehead could be established.

Thankfully, their chosen attack point was weakly defended, and so the troops defending the area were now quickly being overwhelmed.

Jason turned to see Winter walk up, asking: "Where are RWBY, JNNPR and the White Fang?"

"I've ordered them to split up and start destroying supplies, munitions and some of the Empire's war machines." Winter responded. "Their forces are smaller, and so they can accomplish it better than we could."

Jason smiled. "I knew there was a reason I fell for you besides your supermodel good looks." He remarked.

Winter smirked. "Save the flirtations for the bedroom, mister." She replied, drawing her sword and dashing off to join the fight.

Jason was right behind her, surging forwards just as a fresh group of stormtroopers moved to enter the battle.

"A Jedi?!" One asked in fear, shouting: "RUN!" Just as Jason's lightsaber slashed through their neck, beheading them.

A second raised their blaster to fire, but Jason slashed through the weapon to render it useless, before then cutting a deep wound across the trooper's torso, taking them down. Turning to a third, Jason used the momentum to bring his lightsaber up and across, deflecting a blaster bolt and bringing his lightsaber down, slashing the trooper from shoulder to hip.

Jason saw Winter a few feet ahead, and moved to join her, cutting down a fourth and fifth stormtrooper while he was at it. "Already on five." He said to Winter.

"Is that so? I've taken seventeen." Winter countered with a coy grin.

"What? I'll have no non force user outscore me!" Jason said in mock outrage, cutting a sixth stormtrooper in half.

Just as some explosions took out a big chunk of the opposing force.

"Amateurs." Ghost mused as he dropped down between Jason and Winter. "Think I just took out twenty-five with that explosion alone." With that, Ghost gunned his jetpack and flew off.

Jason and Winter rolled their eyes before Winter shouted:

"Push forward! We need to reach the command centre before reinforcements arrive!"

Their troops responded with a collective shout of affirmation before they started moving forward, their training kicking in as they moved between buildings, taking cover and letting loose volley after volley at their opposition, who started doing the same.

Jason and Winter moved to the head of their troops, cutting down any stormtroopers that were in their way.

"Think you can summon something to clear a path for us?" Jason asked.

"I would, but I'd rather save it for if things get desperate!" Winter replied. "And for something big enough to accomplish that; it'd take a while."

Jason nodded. He knew Winter's summons tired her out the more she used them; hence why she used as little of them as she could. Her battle with Qrow the previous year had been an exception, as she'd been focused on defeating Qrow.

But this was a battle, so Winter would have to pace herself more than usual.

"Just let me know when you're gonna use one." Jason said to Winter. "I'll cover you while you do it."

"Thank you." Winter responded, leaning in and pecking Jason on the cheek.

Jason chuckled. "Thought we were saving it for the bedroom." He remarked.

"Never said I had to save it for the bedroom." Winter answered coyly.

Jason smirked and focused on fighting, wondering how his friends were doing.

Most notably, Nathan.

With Team RWBY and Kanan…

A fearsome war cry escaped Kanan's lips as he closed with the enemy, slicing open the throat of the first stormtrooper he encountered before smashing them away from him.

Turning, Kanan slapped aside the blaster of a second and drove one of his swords through their abdomen, jerking it free just in time to slash a third across the abdomen, causing the man's intestines to spill out onto the ground.

Several shots cascaded past Kanan suddenly, who ducked to avoid them, seeing a cluster of stormtroopers forming up and preparing a second volley.

Only to all be sent flying as Yang emerged from behind them, Ember Celica smoking on her arms as she walked over to Kanan.

"If anybody's taking you down tonight; it'll be me." Yang responded.

Kanan smirked and turned to face a fresh group of stormtroopers, finding himself joined by Team RWBY and Kanan's White Fang soldiers.

The White Fang surged into action, riflemen firing on the Empire's troops whilst swordsmen rushed past, closing with the stormtroopers.

Kanan and Team RWBY rushed to join them, attacking another wave of Imperial Stormtroopers that had arrived to attack the already engaged White Fang.

Using the Claws, Kanan drove them up to the hilt into two more stormtroopers, and with a staggering display of strength, lifted both into the air and slammed them onto the floor, tearing his weapons free before charging into battle, beheading another whilst disembowelling a trooper next to the one he beheaded.

A few moments later, the stormtroopers in the area were all dead.

"REGROUP!" Kanan ordered, and within moments, his men, along with Ilia and Team RWBY, all rejoined and gathered round, taking defensive positions around the area.

At this, Ruby spoke:

"Remember; the plan is to find what enemy munitions, supplies and war machines we can destroy in order to limit their chance to counterattack. We do that; we may not prevent any invasion from happening…"

"But we can sure as hell delay it." Kanan finished. "Spread out and destroy what you can; we'll celebrate later back at camp."

The White Fang yelled their affirmation and soon, all that was left in the area were Kanan, Ilia, and Team RWBY.

"Well… let's get to work." Blake said.

Kanan cocked his head to one side, seeing Blake's pensive facial expression. "You okay there, sis?" He asked.

Blake nodded. "I… I guess I'm just worried about Nathan, is all." She said. "He's really set on finding and facing the Third Sister My only concern is that while he's been preparing, so has she, and-"

"Blake." Kanan said softly, walking over to his sister. "Nathan's one of the best fighters I've ever seen, and he's only gotten better with Jason here. If anything; you should be more worried for the Third Sister. Because we all know her ass is probably gonna get handed to her on a silver platter."

Blake sighed. "You're right. I shouldn't doubt Nathan."

"I mean; you've never doubted Nathan anywhere else." Yang pointed out from nearby. "Especially in the bedroom."

Blake blushed as the others laughed.

"Guys; there's some of those AT-ST thingies over there!" Ruby declared as she rejoined them. "Let's blow 'em up!"

With Nathan and Team JNNPR…

The guards hadn't stood a chance.

JNNPR had descended upon them like vengeful wraiths, cutting them all down within moments of them attacking.

Holstering Phoenix's Breath, Nathan breathed a hefty sigh. He was really enjoying the weapon.

Looking over, Nathan saw Pyrrha looking around at all the carnage with a sickened look on her face. She was taking this better than Ruby had, that was for sure. But he could tell as she wiped the blood off of Miló that the fact she had to kill sickened her to the core.

Walking over, Nathan just placed a hand on her shoulder, hearing her sigh.

"Does… does killing get any easier to do?" Pyrrha asked.

"No… and I pray it never does." Nathan replied. "Taking life should never be easy. And my master always told me that a warrior's true strength comes not from knowing how to kill… but when not to kill. And the fact you're acting the way you are shows me you're a true warrior."

Pyrrha smiled gently before their attention was drawn by Ren:

"Guys; I've found some prisoners!"

Looking back at Pyrrha, Nathan took a moment to hug her, saying: "Regret taking life, Pyrrha. Never find yourself enjoying it."

Pyrrha gripped him a little tighter, before they headed off to join the rest of the team, who were freeing some of the prisoners.

"Thank you…" One prisoner, an old woman said as she shuffled out of her cell. "May the gods bless you all."

Nathan helped the old woman to safety, before looking to Jaune. "This everyone?"

Nathan's team leader nodded. "Let's go looking for more." Looking to Nora and Ren, Jaune said: "Keep these people safe. Me, Nate and Pyrrha are gonna try and find more."

With that, the three of them took off and headed back towards the prison block.

Just as the Third Sister came into view, sauntering from around the corner on the far end of the block.

"Well that's just perfect timing." Jaune remarked.

Nathan's jaw set. "Jaune, Pyrrha, find what prisoners you can and free them, then get out of here with Ren, Nora and the other prisoners. I'll handle this."

"You're sure?" Pyrrha asked concernedly.

Nathan eyed Pyrrha and wordlessly nodded. "Go." He said softly.

Taking a deep breath, Pyrrha leaned in and kissed Nathan on the cheek. "Good luck, Nathan." She whispered.

"I make my own." Nathan responded, before facing the Third Sister once again.

And thus the next phase of the Battle of Mountain Glenn kicks off.

This almost had another sex scene with Nathan and Blake, but I decided not to; opting you give you lot a rest from the lovemaking.

Enough talk though; time for reviews!

keybladelight: Gonna have to wait a few more chapters to see the Baron in action. And it won't be against any Jedi. Yet.

That said; thank you all so much for taking the time to read this chapter. If you all enjoyed it... you all know what to do.

I shall see you all next week with chapters 26 and 27, which see the Battle of Mountain Glenn really kick off.
