Chapter 30:
"Damn, I need to work on my fitness." Aiden huffs after running 20 miles, he was right outside his house, and his hoodie was covered in sweat, "Fuck." He mutters as he opens the door, stripping of his hoodie and tossing it into the laundry room, he runs up the stairs and enters his bedroom. "Jeez, I gotta study for tomorrow's history test.".
He quickly strips himself from his shirt and sweats as he dug around for some clean clothes. When he did find some clothes and dresses into it, he turns to his full body mirror, and she wasn't there. "Hmm, must've given up." He tells himself.
But then, in a flash of light… he was gone.
At that moment, Jack walks into the room, "Aiden? Where are ye?". He then goes to the backyard, where Grace was playing in the sand. "Hey, princess, have you seen your brother?".
"No, sowwy daddy.".
"Weird.".
He then goes inside, seeing Sam in the kitchen. "Hey, did Aiden get back yet?".
"I saw him going into his room.".
"I already checked.".
"Well, Oscar is here, so he has to be around.".
"You don't think… oh no." Jack then grabs his cellphone and calls the mountain. "Harriman! Scan for Aiden's tracker, NOW!".
Meanwhile, Aiden, was in a room with grey walls, but after closer inspection, he realizes what the walls are made of… "Ah shit.".
