Author's note
Hey everyone! First of all, I'm sorry for maybe getting your hopes up about an update. This is not an update. Frankly, I do not know how to call this.
I want to be a writer. I want to create stories, and I want them on every bookstore in the world. I have enough talent (I think) so that, with a lot of hard work, and a little bit of faith in myself, I can make it work.
I think that in order to improve your writing, you have to write. Of course, I've read books about writing and everything, but the best way, is in my opinion, writing. And that is the problem.
I can't get enough time to write. I work, and I study college, and time is just not enough to write as much as I want to. If I could, I would write all day, every day. And so, I decided that I would give it a shot at it.
I've just created a account. This is me, basically asking for your cooperation. It is brand new at the moment, completely post free, but I plan to use it to publish:
-Content of my own. I have some short stories. I have even some poems. I have some ideas for a novel that I have been dying to start, but like I said, no time.
-Fanfiction. While monetizing with fanfiction is shady in my opinion, that wouldn't be all I would be selling. It would be more like a bonus. I would still publish it in Fanfiction, obviously, but I would have previews and polls, requests, and the whole package. Maybe even have a fanfic published in and alone.
-Commissions. Yes, I do commissions! Mostly on short stories or poems, to gift your kids or whatever. But I would even consider a book.
By my calculations, I only need a couple hundred subscribers to be able to quit full time for a part time and focus those hours on my writing. So, if you think I've got even a smidgen of talent, or if you want me to get more time to write fanfictions, or even if you have some bucks in your wallet that are taking up space, please, subscribe. I'll be grateful, and someday, you will be able to say you were the patron of a world class writer.
The link will be on my profile. Thank you all, beforehand.
Sincerely,
Edward Verus.
